Yeah, she learned when she was younger. The men in her village sometimes wore shoes when going into town to vend, and she learned how to hem them as they grew older.
Lakota can't wear shoes. Her feet get blisters and in addition to being already clumsy, she'd fall on her face/a** even more.

Well, they couldn't hire a medic, because Ipo would hit on them, and said medic would end up stabbing him and fleeing, leaving Ipo there bleeding to death with no medic.

I don't think Bubblewrap would work. xD Ipo would probably start popping it when he got bored and Atlas would find a way to beat the living crap out of him for it.
