This is not a passive ability, and while he intuitively knows what to release to best suit a body of water, he isn't cognizant to the actual details involved in this. Basically, he instinctively knows what to do, but doesn't know the why or the details about how it actually works. At this time, he wouldn't be able to explain what he's doing to someone else in a way that would allow them to replicate the process.
As he grows more used to using this power, he will intuitively come to fine-tune what he's doing, but will never know the exact chemistry behind it.
Secondary Power: Desiccant - Haust can remove the water from within organic objects by touching them. The removed water is pure.
This is not a passive ability - when he touches an object to remove the water, he 'pulls' it out of the object. He cannot controlled the pulled water, so if it's of interest, it'd be helpful to have a way to capture it. He cannot do this for inorganic materials, e.g. soil (aquifers). He cannot add water back in, but he can remove it multiple times if need be (it's just very annoying). He cannot affect Laisidhiel or her daughters and, at this time, can only affect nonliving matter. I have no plans to expand this to living matter unless there is a specific shop need.
This can occur underwater as well - just think about what happens to freshwater fish/frog placed in saltwater.

A brief touch is all that's needed; if he makes contact too long using this cooling touch, it will become an irritant, almost a burning sensation. Secondary Power: Magical Item: n/a

Pae'il Name: Dulce Parent 1's Name and Power: Diona 1) Why Is The Rum Always Gone?: Diona can fill any vessel with rum by touching it. 2) Love Drunk: When a pae (who is attracted to females) looks at Diona's... hindquarters.... while she walks, they will temporarily become infatuated with her and begin to act drunk. Parent 2's Name and Power: Kalibang 1) Battle Muffins - Kalibang makes weaponized muffins that have different effects--grenade muffins, rock-hard artillery muffins, smoke bomb burnt muffins, and some that just explode into gooey batter. 2) Just Enough; Kalibang will always have enough of what he needs to make what he is making. This isn't to say he'll never run out, or never has to buy more ingredients, but he'll find that he'll always have just enough sugar, or flour, or whatever to make what he's making, so he'll never have to run to market for more in the middle of a recipe.
Primary Power: The Rum Is Not Gone - Dulce will find that she always has enough liquor for what she needs it for. This is not an endless supply, but like her father's power, will mean she never needs to run out for more in the middle of using it.

Pae'il Name: Almajara Link To Where Scroll Was Earned: VDay 2022 (Discord games) Scroll Power: Magical Teas - Almajara has the ability to create special blends of teas which have magical properties, mainly affecting emotional states when brewed and consumed. Weakness: This isn't something within Calanthe's control. Plants that are considered more "fragile" such as flowers and fruiting plants, are more susceptible to her power, whereas hardy evergreens aren't all that bothered.
Secondary Power: Fertile Fingertips - By touching soil, Calanthe can make it more suitable for growing whatever is planted in it. Weakness: This power is at touch range, and only affects soil that Calanthe touches directly, meaning she'll have to sift the soil through her hands if she wants all of it to be improved. This only affects nutrients, not pH or moisture levels.

Her water purification is limited to removing impurities from water, and functions passively: the water that passes through her gills when she breathes is affected. Very polluted water will inflame her gills and cause significant pain, though not impede her ability to breathe. Secondary Power: Gem Magnet - While underwater, gems and precious metals are passively drawn to Pearl as to a magnet. Weakness: They stick to her and have to be physically removed like one would remove something from a magnet. Very small particles are difficult to remove, and they itch. She cannot extrapolate information that has been damaged on the map (e.g. from water damage, burning, smearing) Secondary Power: Waypoint - RosalÃa can designate features in the environment as waypoints; she always knows what direction and distance they are from her current position.
Only 1 can be set at a time. Must be set on something easily identifiable (e.g. a major landmark, obvious terrain feature, or just a very nice tree). She knows distance and direction "as the crow flies," which may not account for the actual feasibility of the travel. Pae'il Name: Crystaline Concept: She is a sprite, so doesn't need one. Primary Power:Spoonful of Sugar. She has a magic Sugar cube. The sugar from her cube has healing properties. One spoonful has the ability to heal wounds and illness.
Secondary Power: The sugar can cure inebriation and hang overs.
Weaknesses applied to both The sugar cube has limited use. She can use about a cup of sugar a day safely. That allows the cube to regen. If she uses more, the cube stops regenerating. The more she goes over a cup, the higher the chance it will never regen., If one pae gets too much sugar, this will cause a "sugar high" followed by a crash. Sugar is addictive Sugar wires children up like a top, but this particular sugar is far worse. So to heal children, only a small amount of sugar is needed, but they will be crazy afterward. The cube cannot get wet because sugar dissolves. If more than a cup's worth of sugar dissolves, the cube cannot regen.
Tertiary Power: Eventually the cube will grow and allow for more sugar to be used. Magical Item: Sugar cube
Sabola can divine from dried herbs and spices. He is in tune with spices. He can touch and smell spices to gain insight into which spice blend another pae (customer) needs to benefit their life. The spices "speak" to him and can sense when a pae has is in need. Pae can use this spice blend in their food, or other products that enhance senses such as candles or sachets.
Weaknesses Spices are incredibly expensive, so Sabola has to travel to obtain some spices at their source, or grow them himself. He cannot use the spice blends on himself or his family because they won't work. The spice blends have a short shelf life. To gain the benefit, the customers must use it before midnight on the 15th day, or it loses its magical properties. Splice blends still are able to season food or scent other products, but they lose potency over time to eventually become bland. Spices are not to be consumed directly or causes health problems.
Secondary Power: Add-on to the first:
One spice blend cures mental maladies, including spells put on another pae. Includes such things as headaches, brainwashing, illusions, etc. One spice blend cures a broken heart One spice blend eases the mind and induces feelings of peace and serenity One blend increases confidence.
WeaknessesEffects are all temporary on long term condition. But can cure short-term conditions. Only work if the customer wants them to work. Cynics will not benefit from the magic, but the spices will still make their food delicious.

Sabola owns a little shop in Kekomura which sells spices. His specialty is spice blends. They not only season food, and provide amazing flavor, they also have magical properties.
Sabola is in tune with spices, and they "speak" to him. If a customer enters his shop, the spices can pick up on their needs and speak to Sabola to let him know the specific blend that will help them. He usually offers these as free samples.
He offers several blends that are guaranteed to provide special benefits.
Caga: This spice blend has strong notes of ginger and cayenne. It pairs well with chicken dishes. A dash of this blend added to honey and drizzled on a pineapple is utterly delicious! Added to food, tea, or candles, this blend will also heal maladies of the mind. Say goodbye to headaches, brainwashing, illusions, or mental trickery. Silender: This spice blend contains notes of sundew and cinnamon and has a delightfully sweet scent. Perfect for confections, this blend can boost confidence in those that need a boon. Badashok: This delicate and subtle blend has very floral undernotes, with rose as the dominant scent. It is perfect for candles. This blend can cure a broken heart. It eases the pain and soothes the mind and opens a pathway to acceptance of the change. Karana: This blend has a citrus scent and paired with ginkgo created a heavenly aroma when mixed with candles. This blend is very versatile. It soothes the soul and can bring peace to the mind when a pae has anxiety or experiencing hardship.

Secondary Power: Twitterpated - each of the colored birds Kiel creates has a minor power based on its colors. Red: Creates a very minor feeling of anger the longer it's around a pae'il. Can cause the Pae'il to become more easily frustrated, however never angry enough to 'rage'. Orange: Creates a minor aura of warming. This wont sustain a pae for long periods in snow or frigid climates but it would be enough to warm their hands, face or feet on chilly nights. Yellow: Creates a minor feeling of happiness. Pae'il around the yellow bird will he an overwhelming feeling to smile the longer it's around. Green: Creates a minor feeling of greed in a pae the longer its around. That pae will begin to feel a need to have more of something, whether it be a shiny rock they find on the ground or eating more food than physically capable. Blue: Creates a weak light source. In the day time, the bird's light isn't very useful but at night time or in dark spaces it's glow is enough to see a few feet in front of one's self. Indigo: Creates a minor sense of calm in a pae'il. Not able to calm high strung fears but able to help another work through a bout of anxiety or ease its nerves/rampant mind for a good nights rest. Violet: Creates a minor feeling of creativity. Great for helping out small artist/writers blocks or helping a baker tweak their recipe. Wont suddenly make a pae a super genius in creating the next world cure or city.
Tertiary Power: Colored Illusion: (This would ideally be RP'ed and worked towards) - Kiel can command his birds to create colored illusions of someone or something that seem almost tangible. From far away, the illusion looks near perfect and real, up close it would look more akin to something having walked out of a painting. Can be used to confuse foes or entertain friends.
Magical Item: A staff with a smoothed cluster of crystals at the top that he's able to harness the light through to create his Prismatic birds.

Pae'il Name: Asra Concept: Sprite so unneeded Primary Power: Bubble Transport - Asra can encase items in a bubble to either bring it up on land or bring it down into the lake/water.
Cannot bring objects larger and heavier than herself. Works best on small hand held items or things such as fish, food, baskets, blankets, etc.
Secondary Power: Dine-n-Dash: Asra can make said item inside her bubble resistant to drying up/breaking down in water for a couple days before it either has to be returned to the surface it came from or eaten/disposed of/alerted to fit, I.E. a blanket made waterproof somehow OR fish being put in a proper aquarium/pond.
Tertiary Power: Perhaps she could eventually make something completely water proof but only that specific item. Not exact items like it, just that specific one. Such as a wool blanket becoming water proof or perhaps an underwater plant becoming fully able to live on land for the rest of its duration.
Magical Item: A bubble on a necklace clasp. The bubble never pops/diminishes. She has to dip one or several fingers into the bubble before she can encase an item in it.

Pae'il Name: Baldr Concept: Sprite Primary Power: Beloved - Said to be so handsome, gracious, and cheerful that "he gives off light", Baldr is quite the charmer. For those familiar with D&D, it works like the Charm Person spell. "Charmed" creatures (I'm thinking like other pae, mellons, and familiars; so things with "higher-order" sentience) will see Baldr as their friend/acquaintance and behave accordingly.
Weaknesses: -How well it works depends on the target's initial feelings (hostile, neutral, friendly) toward him. -He can't compel or force anyone to do or say anything they wouldn't normally. -The effect only lasts as long as the target has line of sight. When line of sight is broken, the target realizes they've been "messed with". How or whether they respond is up to the player. * Badong is immune; partly from their bond, mostly because of the sprig of mistletoe he carries.
Secondary Power: Ask, and Ye Shall Receive - Since Baldr is such a cool guy and all, he can make simple requests of nature or natural objects and, if they "feel" so inclined, they will do their best to provide. Example: "I sure would like something to eat.." Nearby bush: 'Here are some berries, my guy'
Weaknesses: -It doesn't work on mistletoe, period. -He has to be careful about the requests he makes. For example, plants don't know how pae bodies work so those berries might be poisonous or make him sick if consumed raw.

The Pae'il's wish must be specific: if they wish for a gown, they will get a beautiful gown! But it may not be a color they like. If they wish for a pink gown, they'll get a pink gown, and so on. Oh--and the clothes only last until midnight, at which point they'll turn into rags. Secondary Power: Little Dressmakers - Parvana can temporarily enchant small mammals (cats and smaller) to assist her with creating dresses. The enchantment lasts until the garment is finished, and then the critters will go on their way. Dressmaking is the only task they will help with. Magical Item: (some fae will have unique items, but most will have a default staff only)

Secondary Power: Skin Seasons - Inci can manipulate her skin into one of four states (or none, which would just be her normal skin), each corresponding to a season of the year, and each with their own pros and cons:
Spring - Inci's skin regenerates, healing blemishes and minor cuts. (Doesn't work on "summer skin" blemishes.) While in this state, her nose itches and she sneezes uncontrollably often. Pae'il Name: Honeysuckle Concept: Beekeeping Primary Power: Bee Smoker - Honeysuckle emits a pheromone-like scent that can calm Pae and bees down. It works for about 5-10 minutes on a Pae, depending on their strength of mind. Strong-minded Pae are not susceptible to her scent. It works on bees as long as she keeps emitting it, which she can keep up for up to 20 minutes at a time. It also has a distinct smell so if she's put someone out with it before, they can avoid it if she tries it again. Secondary Power: Queen Bee - Honeysuckle can understand the bees. However as with any language, it must be learned and each hive/queen may have a different dialect to learn. Tertiary Power: (rare, for PLOT purposes and must be approved by RP mod beforehand) Magical Item: (some fae will have unique items, but most will have a default staff only)
There is currently another Pae who is able to communicate with bees via their powers. Some suggestions that staff came up with is: Dancing Queen- She can do a bee dance to make bees follow her. She has to learn different dance patterns for different swarms like a 'bee language'. So she can lead them to flowers that need pollinating or things like that.
OR if you would like to do a combo of your powers: What if she can use the pheromones to communicate with them. So like a pheromone to calm, one to anger and send them after someone...

Pae'il Name: Killa Concept: The Snow Hare Primary Power: Arctic Hare - Killa has the ability to transform into an arctic hare. She retains an enhanced sense of hearing outside of this transformation, along with naturally strong legs and a high tolerance for colder weather. Unfortunately, predators may find they have a peculiar affinity towards her.
Naturally, these 'benefits' are not quite as acute in her pae form as they are in her transformed form. The color of her transformed coat varies depending on the ambient conditions when she transformed - unless its quite cold outside, her coat will be brown.
Her regular form remains considerably smaller than the average fae; her total height including her ears is about that as the average fae. Likewise, with the exception of her legs, her body is considerably more frail than average. Basically, smol bunny is smol fae. Be it this small stature or just some unfortunate pheromone, "predators" (e.g. harpies, naga, those bonded to predatory animals, and wild animals) will find themselves inexplicably drawn to her for one reason or another. Generally this presents in them wanting to eat the bunny, but could also result in wanting to protect the bunny. Secondary Power: Snow Bunny - Killa can temporarily transform others into 'snow bunnies' by bopping them on the nose. Afflicted pae remain sentient of their surroundings while transformed but are unable to do anything. Side effects may include frostbite, void where prohibited.
Killa must properly bop the pae on their nose (boop their snoots) to cause a transformation. The transformation lasts from 2-10 minutes, depending on the magic/mental resistance of the afflicted pae. When she activates her magic to turn another pae, the finger she boops them with will suffer minor frostbite immediately upon activation - it cannot be healed by normal means, but will heal in time.
Transformed pae will not melt, no matter the ambient temperature. They cannot feel pain, and they will suffer no permanent injury to their regular body should anything happen to the transformed one while afflicted. However, those who remain in this form for longer periods may find themselves afflicted with minor frostbite upon returning to their regular selves - this can be healed by normal or magical means. Primary Power: Thief's Friend: Lumellia can pull a key out of any object to unlock any door. Think of it as turning random objects into keys. The item in question must always be submerged in some way or halfway hidden. She literally has to unsheath it. Think....a pile of books. She can pull out the bottom book and open it, and there will, magically, be a key inside that fits whatever door she needs it to. Or she pulls a flower out of a vase, at the end of the flower's stem, a key like shape that magically fits the door she needs unlocked. She can pull a hair pin out of her hair, and it will become the key she needs. It's all random.
Once the door is unlocked, the key will vanish. If she puts the key out of her touch, the key will vanish. If she takes her eyes off the key, it will attempt to vanish. No matter what the key is made of, nor how it was found. The key shaped object will return to it's orginal shape/the key will vanish.
Secondary Power: When Lumellia makes tea, she can add medecinal effects and flavors by singing to it.
Downside: Lumellia can't sing worth a lick, so every tea she brews has a bitter taste and low quality healing.

However, she is not able to dive down underneath it. She can try but it will be a constant struggle. Secondary Power: Full Sun - Natela is able to spend long hours in the sun without being sunburned.

Pae'il Name: Calanthe Concept: Flower Garden Primary Power: Garden Empath - Calanthe's mood directly affects any plants around her. Cheerfully singing while gardening? Flowers around her might bloom early or be extra colorful. Complaining about someone? Leaves will yellow. Depressed? Things may begin to wither. Weakness: This isn't something within Calanthe's control. Plants that are considered more "fragile" such as flowers and fruiting plants, are more susceptible to her power, whereas hardy evergreens aren't all that bothered. Her power only works on those plants that she planted--whether from seed or start--as that is when her empathic connection is established.
Secondary Power: Fertile Fingertips - By touching soil, Calanthe can make it more suitable for growing whatever is planted in it. Weakness: This power is at touch range, and only affects soil that Calanthe touches directly, meaning she'll have to sift the soil through her hands if she wants all of it to be improved. This only affects nutrients, not pH or moisture levels.

Primary Power: Channeling time: this pae can channel backwards or fowards thru time to watch history/the future on a protective bubble. 1. It always happens inside a bubble set with her own blood. (Like wiccans/pagans cast a circle) 2. It requires two other people to represent the past and future, each holding her hand (With her in the middle) to ground her in the present. 3. Since the other two pae wouldn't be built to hold this kinda power, it would hurt when the power goes thru them, to her. (Now if this pae has family, they can do this power with the family without affects cause family) 4. There are no lasting effects. Once the vision is over, and she breaks connection, all the effects of this power is dropped. (Pain, bubble, vision)And if she can't remember what she saw, it has to be done again. There is no spell that works to make her remember. Only those inside the bubble can see the vision.
