~~Dr. Elizabeth Sadenes~~ "Crewman, I don‘t care if you‘re god-damned President, this is MY Sickbay, and God Himself can wait like everyone else."
Sadenes picked up a cylinder with a small fork-looking tip at the end.
"Well, if all you have are cuts and bruises, I could easily fix them, if you'd like. This is a dermal regenerator. It will heal your cuts and bruises by accelerating time on the area. It's completely painless and harmless as well."

Amarissa Eyeing the odd device with caution, she nodded, accepting that it was probably better to have them healed now. "Alright," she said, "do you need me to do anything?"

Sadenes turned the device on and the prongs glowed blue.
"All you need to do is show me the cuts and bruises and I can heal them."

Amarissa She flushed at the thought of revealing the bruise on her stomach, so settled for taking off her jacket and gloves, revealing a whole host of bruises, some in the shape of hands from where some idiot grabbed her and she quickly taught him never to do it again, and luckily shallow cuts that extended along her neck.

Sadenes raised an eyebrow at Amarissa.
"Child, you mind telling me what all happened to you?"
She began using the dermal regenerator on the various cuts and bruises while paying attention to Amarissa.

Amarissa "Some guy grabbed me, I taught him a lesson," she said flatly, focusing her gaze on what was happening instead of how she got all of her wounds. "This is incredible, what makes this thing tick?"

Sadenes chuckled.
"I hope he got what he deserved. That will never happen to you aboard this ship. And if it does, Luna will probably push them out an airlock."
She held the device up.
"A teaspoon of the matter of a neutron star, held in containment. When I press the button, the gravitational forces are changed, affecting time in a very small area. It can speed up or slow down the body's natural healing process. Sometimes, we use it to slow down a bleeding artery, so the patient bleeds out less."
She smiled at her.
"Any other injuries, my dear?"

Amarissa "That's good," Amarissa replied, smiling at the idea of a guy like that catapulting through space for the stars to punish. After her explanation, she smiled gently to herself. "Stars are amazing, huh?" She murmured, surprised she was actually able to slightly follow that. "Anyway, I think that's everything. Thank you very much Doctor..." Amarissa blushed, realizing she'd never even asked the doctor's name.

"Sadenes. Dr. Elizabeth Camford Sadenes, at your service, my dear."
She put the dermal regenerator away and smiled.
"I believe Luna needs to speak with you. If you go through this door, in the hallway is a door labeled Conference. Go in and have a seat. Luna's on the bridge, so she'll join you in a moment."

Amarissa Amarissa quickly put back on her jacket and gloves, feeling relieved at the comfortable fabric. "I appreciate everything you've done, Dr. Sadenes. Bye!" She said with a wave, walking toward the door with a wave. She liked Dr. Sadenes and she seemed trustworthy. She prayed silently to the stars she wasn't wrong as she left. -exit- Lord Redtail Rathan Sorry, almost left her clothing.... That'd be awkward.

Shreoake The doors to the sickbay opened with their usual hum as a petite blond teenager gingerly stepped into the space. She stared about in wide-eyed amazement at the objects in the room until the automatic doors closing behind her made her jump in surprise. A small yelp escaped her lips and she immediately covered her mouth with her hands as if to keep the sound from escaping. This place still seemed so unreal to her. From the moment they were picked up from the planet, to the awe inspiring approach to The Unity, to the exorbitant amount of food in the galley, all of it seemed like some strange kind of dream. Up until this point she had been walking in a daze. It was only through the help of some fellow refugees she managed to arrive here at all. Finally in a small, shy voice she managed to call out, " H-Hello? I was told I needed to come here. Is there anyone here?"

~~Dr. Elizabeth Sadenes~~ "Crewman, I don‘t care if you‘re god-damned President, this is MY Sickbay, and God Himself can wait like everyone else."
Sadenes stuck her head out of her office, a noodle hanging out of her mouth. She slurped it up, wiped her mouth of, and gave the girl a warm smile.
"Well, hello there, child. You're the second youngest person I've seen all day."
She patted a bed near her.
"Come, have a seat, dearie."
She picked up a padd from the counter. There were still a lot more empty padds, meaning some still needed to come in for a basic screening.

Shreoake "Ah, oh ok." The shy girl nodded. She obediently moved over to where the older lady had motioned and took a seat on the table as requested. She continued to look around the sickbay in awe. She knew this was the medical facility but it was so clean and alien compared to the moldy tent and cobbled together medical equipment that had served as their hospital back on Earth. After a moment or so the girl realized she was spacing out in front of this kind looking stranger and flushed red in embarrassment. "Oh, ah, sorry, uh... Ma'am. They said I needed to get medically screened after eating. I'm in the right place... right?" The girl looked up at the at the doctor with her large, inquisitive, green eyes.

Sadenes looked surprised at first, but laughed and patted her shoulder.
"Yes, dear, you're in the right place."
She said nothing about the caduceus on the wall.
"No, my dear. I need your full name, birthdate, and I need to know if you have any allergies."
The padd Sadenes was holding included a facial picture of the girl in front of her.

Shreoake The girl looked relieved to hear she was in the right place. She had already accidently wandered into one area she didn't belong in and had been hurriedly shooed away by crew members. However, as Sadenes asked her for her personal information, she suddenly began to looked troubled. "Oh, ok... well, my name is Shreoake, uh..." The doctor had asked for a full name and Shreoake knew this meant she wanted a last name along with her first. The only problem was Shreoake had never had one, or at least one she could remember. "Shreoake" was the only name she'd ever known. People in the camp had teasingly told her it was an odd name, but maybe that was why she remembered it. Still, she didn't want to disappoint the lady. If she didn't have a last name, that meant she needed to pick one, and fast. Shreoake quickly thought about the names she could remember off the top of her head, and with a twinge of sadness, she knew the one she wanted to take. "Mathison. My name is Shreoake Mathison. I have no allergies that I know about and... uh..." The blond girl looked embarrassed again. Her gaze drifted to the floor. "I don't know when my birthday is... I... I have no memories past two years ago." The girl suddenly looked back up at the doctor with an almost pleading look. "People say I look around sixteen, though! Once a year a friend and I would celebrate September 4th, which is the day that I was found in the wasteland and brought back to the camp. So, maybe that could be my birthday? I'm sorry I can't provide you with better answers, it's just..." The girl fell silent as her gaze once again returned to the floor. She was at a lost as to what further to say.
