Sugar watched as the runner made a dashing display leaping and hopping down the hill at full speed. Her ears fell back before she started after the runner. Jumping down the hill after the runner, might as well run head first into it.

She had miss judged the steepness of the hill and slipped a touch but it wasn't bad enough that she could not regain herself. She moved herself down the hill with a bit more caution this time.

She was agitated with her slow pace but still she kept it up, not wanting to slip down the hill. She needed to go faster!

Her speeding up cost her and she slipped again. Having to slow back down to regain her balance.

She made it to the bottom of the hill in one piece. Turning around she started back up it.

Going up was apparently much easier than coming down. She found her feet had decent purchase and she wasn't afraid of slipping and falling.

While it was easy to start she found the farther up she went the tougher it got.

She sprung across the finish line, kicking her back feet out in pleasure. She had made it up that blasted hill.

Falcon just couldn't gather any speed. He needed to push his legs harder. After the race was finished he could rest and make sure they were ready for tomorrow. For now they needed to push harder up this hill. He could see that the end was so very close. Just a couple more hops and he would be across the line.
