☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Falling to the ground when Reed was no longer holding him up, Alan brought his fists up to his eyes and started to cry, large salty tears running down his cheeks. People stopped to stare at them two, shaking their head at Reed, then walking away from them, murmuring about the crying boy. "Why are you so meeeeeeeean?" he whined, sniffling. "I jus' wanna show ya that yur my bes' fren'!" "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."Reed looked at Alan then at the people that gave him disgusted looks. "He's a grown man!" he shouted at them. If they seriously thought that he'd bring his own son to a bar to get drunk, they were the sick ones. Looking back at Alan, the musician groaned as he realized he wouldn't stop crying and crouched down to get eye level with him. "Shh, shut up." he hissed, trying to calm him down. Looking around to make sure there were little to no people around, he looked back at the scientist. "If I let you kiss me, will you hush up?" he bargained."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." The teacher reached his hands for Reed, pushing him away and turning his head, pursing his lips and pouting. "You don' mean it! Ya jus' wan' me ta stop cryin'!" he sniffled, accent thicker than usual. Suddenly, his eyes snapped back to the man, and he pointed his finger at him accusingly. "Yer a jerk, Reed de Févin! You jus' like me for my lab coat!" "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."The musician felt his eyebrow twitch. What the hell is wrong with this guy, he thought. He sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "No, I don't want to kiss you to stop you from crying, and I don't just like you for your coat." he lied. "Will you feel better if I kiss you instead?""Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Alan slumped over in thought, then got on his knees and nodded. "You still won' mean it, but it's better than nothin'!" he reasoned out loud, tapping his kiss with his index finger in thought. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."Reed sighed and rubbed his temple. He felt like he was being tricked by a snobby brat, he probably was. Making sure no one was around, again, Reed leaned in and grabbed Alan's hand. He moved the arm away and pressed his lips against the scientist's. "Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Green eyes shot wide open, sobered halfway almost immediately. His hands dropped between them, but soon enough, something made him reach up and grab Reed's shoulders, eyes closing. It was when his hands touched the man that sense finally occurred to the physicist, and he pulled out of the kiss. confused and blinking up at him. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."It must've been too long since he kissed anyone, because this kiss... wasn't all too bad. For a brat, Alan had soft lips, and he seemed to be reacting to the kiss well. Before he knew it, the kiss was over and Reed opened his eyes. He gave the scientist a confused look for breaking the kiss then leaned in to kiss him again."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." He hadn't been expecting the first kiss, much less the second. When Reed came close for another one, Alan quickly decided to stop overthinking it and let himself remember what was so nice about this intimacy, closing his eyes and kissing back. His left hand moved from Reed's shoulder to his cheek, fingers gently touching the skin as his other hand gripped tightly the strong shoulder. The man's lips were soft, but strong, the kiss weakening his knees, and if he hadn't been sitting on the ground, he would've been unable to stand. It was... nice. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."After a while, Reed broke the kiss to smirk at Alan. "Heh, you're not that bad of a kisser." he chuckled. He paused when he saw something coming and rose to his feet as a taxi drove to the curb, waiting on them. He nodded at the driver he recognized and turned to look down at the scientist, holding a hand out for him. "Get up, the taxi's here." he hiccuped."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Alan blinked quietly as he took the hand and stood, unsure about what had just happened. It wasn't until he sat in the taxi that he spoke. "Wh-what was that?" he asked, swaying dangerously, although it was just after a car honked at them, so he wasn't entirely sure if Reed knew what he was asking. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything.""What's it look like?" Reed snapped, misinterpreting the question. "It's a taxi. Come on. You paid for the beer, so I'll take care of the fare." He put his hand on Alan's back and helped him into the taxi, then moved to the other side - nearly tripping over himself a couple times - and sat in his respective seat. He nodded to the driver, who memorized his home address. As the car pulled off the curb and drove down the nearly empty street, Reed looked at Alan. What was up with that kiss, though? It felt... weird. He couldn't put his finger on it, but... Whatever, he's too drunk for this. "Just stay at my place for tonight." he told the scientist then looked back forward, leaning against his fist. "Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Alan sat with his hands clasped in his lap, head bowed and cheeks hot, although he wasn't sure if it was due to the booze or that kiss. And what a kiss! The first had been alright, but the second? Wow! It was his first one in a very long time that he hadn't had forced onto him or guilted into it. It was nice, despite the taste of beer, and Reed seemed to enjoy it, considering what he'd said after the act. It had felt much too good to the physicist, who was certain that, should he remember it the next day, he wouldn't be able to be near Reed for quite some time. After all, how could he bear it? His only real friend in the world, the one person who could honestly talk him into doing things outside his comfort zone, like drinking in public, shopping at the mall, or even dressing up for Halloween, and Alan enjoyed kissing him?! It would ruin everything if he let it loose! not to mention he would never be able to live it down! The offer made Alan shoot his head up, burning cheeks hotter than ever. "Huh?" The scientist blinked twice, then three more times, then felt himself nod and heard himself say, "Okay, if it's okay with you." He shrugged, staring out the window and squirming in his seat. Jesus, skinny jeans were invented by the devil. How was he supposed to sleep in these? "The numbers never lie."

Anthony Han Anthony checked his phone for the millionth time as he walked inside the bar, sitting on a stool and crossing his legs. He'd asked Ryuu to meet him here, but didn't tell him why. He'd just told him that it was important, and it really was. The actor had been offered a job in a Disney Broadway show as the lead, something he hadn't done yet and was excited to say yes to. He was due back in New York the next day, and wouldn't be able to leave for another nine months. That meant he wasn't going to be able to see Ryuu for almost a whole year. Something in his chest yanked at his heart at the thought, but he quickly shook his head and ignored the feeling, ordering a beer and looking at his phone once more. He should be there by then. Anthony ran a hand through his blonde locks, his hair naturally curly like his brother's, but tamed to a straighter style like usual. There weren't many people who had seen his natural hair, but Ryuu had. He didn't make fun of him right away, remembered the blonde. By the time the blue-haired male started laughing, Anthony couldn't help but join in. " Damn it." He didn't want to leave.

Ryoichi Kimura "You seem down." that musical bass tone uttered from besides Anthony. Ryuu removed his gloves to warm his hands and sat down on the bar stool next to the blonde. His breath had a slight shudder to each exhale. It was getting cold outside, colder than usual. However, Anthony's message sounded urgent, so the Japanese star felt it necessary to see what he needed. He was glad he came. The Broadway star looked as though he were about to burst into tears.
