"We've met before, yes," said Sparrow with amusement, grinning at Freya and Eris and Belladonna. He gave a bow to all three and then straightened, his grin relaxing into a smile as he rocked back on his heels beside Mort and Ramona.
Meanwhile Ren had found the zomboil's booth.
"HAY MORT SUP!" he yelled cheerfully, and immediately went to go try Odin.Ol-j-man 61-75 - You're both evenly matched until, with a sudden clanging noise, the arm gives in and is easily defeated. Huh! Guess it short-circuited. You win 1 token!

"Not yet!" said Ren cheerfully, and as though he knew he were being talked about, said-cluppy crawled over Ren's shoulder and proceeded to flop lazily, tongue lolling.
"Just this one! I've named him Zoom."

Lancelot saw the tongue lolling. He also saw a delicious fuzzy creature on top of another much larger deliciously fuzzy creature, and he just had to try that. OuO So the zquirrel crept closer to see if he could n** at the gryphon's heels.
"Well, er, hello Zoom." His brethren made me run around for nothing. You couldn't make a zombie run around for nothing, man. But Mort waved his fingers at the cluppy anyway, gesturing to the coffin on the counter. "Nabbed one from radio booth too. Guess ,er, all've 'em got attracted by festivities? But speaking of booths, w-wanted to talk t'you about idea for Scario Kart Club."

Not even her ship could bring back up Belladonna's spirits, especially when Ramona didn't even give her a real 'hello'. In reply, the witch only nodded her head and kept quiet, because she only knew Freya and so fleetingly that introductions were impossible. But, there was someone she did know who could lift those spirits. Reeeeeeeeen~Trying not to look altogether too pitiful, Belladonna offered the gryphon a wave before she dissolved into coos over the cluppy. "Ah! Its sooo~ cute~ And Zoom? D'aww, what an excellent name!" Then proceeded to coo all over it as she reached up to pet it, because no pet capable of being loved upon when unnoticed by Belladonna. She even snuck in a head pat for Ren too.

Anthe walked up to another student council booth. This one looked interesting... while looking she spotted a robotic arm. What was this for? Maybe for arm wrestling! She decided to try it... and dismally failed.

Hmm, arm-wrestling....
Mayaa seemed to fair pretty well in arm-wrestling with Rage-tan (despite the fact she's around 3 times his size), so she'd do just fine against a robotic arm, right?

If Odin had a mouth, it would of laughed at Mayaa.
It probably wasn't needed anyways, since Mayaa's self-esteem was already pretty much shattered.
On the second try though, she seemed to get lucky, as the arm short-circuted.

Thackery had been meaning to stop by Mort's booth to say hello, so at the opportunity presented by a free moment, he headed over to do just that. After greeting him with a wave, he was immediately distracted by all of the amazing...things. This was so far out of his technical skill level that it was almost like magic.
"Did you make this all by yourself?!" he asked, amazed, completely oblivious to the very evident similarities between the arm and Mort's arm. He gave it a little poke, delighted with the metal tink his nail made against its surface.
With the abrupt decision of I'm gonna fight it, he clasped the hand with his own and commenced a serious struggle with the construction. Just as he was sure he had this one in the bag, a little jolt from a stray spark startled him. Pride wounded, he jerked his hand away and cradled it with the other.
[Thackery really wants a locket + key for his prize, if that's okay <33]

When Thackery had 'patched himself up' by reassuring himself that maybe, just maybe, nobody saw that one, he eyed the rest of the robotics with wide eyes, like a scareling in a FEAR candy factory.
"And...these? Did you make these too?" He pet the floof on top of one of the bots as if it were a minipet. "This one's my favorite. I bet it's also the best." No implications of faults in the other one - it just happened to not be blue.
He plucked up a controller and began to use his secret video game tactic: press ALL the buttons! Miraculously, it really seemed to do the trick. The bot he picked was really wailing on that poor little guy.

As the fight went on, Thackery got more and more involved in his tactics. He seemed to think that making the bot move around a lot helped, which really sent it directly into the line of fire in some instances.
With a barrage of "pow pow pew pew!" sound effects from the Cerberus, his bot actually did manage to do pretty well. Maybe there was a method to this madness.
