"Head... phones," Fai repeated. "Are they perhaps like that phone device that I... borrowed?" he asked curiously. He looked at the other prized, picking the plastic thing that looked somewhat like an instrument--in blue, of course.

"But you haven't answered my question, old friend, where did you get a daughter from?" His eyes lit up, though, catching on the purple instrument from the battle of the bands. "And would you like to play that game with me?" he asked, already heading for the guitar in question.

He LIKED it.

Fai still had no idea how the stringed instrument worked, but that didn't stop him from trying!! But he sort of got distracted with the whole strumming thing. Strummmm.... strummmmmm.... where do the fingers go to make it sound different?

He had no clue. But he got an appreciative nod, so he supposed he didn't do HORRIBLY.

Rikki'd resorted to pacing stressed little circles infront of Yin. "She" didn't give him anything at all to work with. Any number of people could have been speaking to Yin. Oh man, what if Amphi was whispering things in Yin's ear? That would suck, cause he actually kind of liked Amphi.

"Paying to.. what?" Was Yin implying he'd hired a male hooker or something that was ridic-

Oh....

OH.

"Are you talking about the horseman?!" Oh jack someone had actually seen that, that was embarassing. "Look I didn't know what I was paying for I wasn't even paying attention, I was just looking at my phone and I laid down some seeds and then there were manlips and tongue and oh my jack, no. Just no."

Frost practically melted into Danny's hand. Token? Who cares?

He got ear scratches and whoever said that such things were below them or embarrassing were just being stupid.

Ear scratches are the best

Still red eyes say the token and he places it in his pocket. "I can play it on the guitar if you life. Or other things. It's just a simple tune."
More pets please, just give more pets.

Danny experimentally scratched under Frost's chin. She'd ask him about the guitar later- right now it was time to give Frost his deserved praise.

This entire place was filthy. What he would give for a nice can of fesneeze right now. Small scarelings running everywhere. People eating disgusting amounts of food. It was all gross. Just disgusting. All he could think was one thing.

Peasants.

He hadn't intended on staying for long. In fact, he'd intended on walking through the gate, and walking straight out. There was a problem though, of course. It was called parental units. His mother had sent him the invitation for this imbecilic event, and ordered that he check on her in their stead. They were busy partying somewhere.

Now that he was here though, he became curious. He insisted it was simply part of the duty given to him by his mother, but there was a sibling curiosity within him that couldn't be avoided. He wanted to see just how far Danny had progressed in this time period.

A flick of a black tail and the crinkling of a perfectly good grey suit later, he found himself somewhat lost. He could have simply looked at the maps distributed, but at the moment he was lost in male stubbornness- no asking for directions.

There was one person he saw that raised every hair on his body, and ignited a great fire of frustration in his body. The demon had to resist growling as he watched the stupid reaper talk with a ... bug. Absolutely unsuitable. A complete abomination. He wondered if the reaper would know where she was. As silent as a shadow, the demon interjected into their conversation and said, "Where is she?" A sickening hatred glared through his eyes. There was probably no one on this planet he hated more than Rikki.

Except for maybe Danny.

Frost might have simply begun to lean into Danny to get his pets.
His tail made a light thump thump on his seat. So nice.

Rikki flailed, both internally and outwardly, arms just moving of their own awkward as he struggled to express his garbled feels in words. "I didn't intentionally shove my tongue in his mouth it was just kind of a thing and -"

Where is she?

Rikki froze as every cell in his body screamed in equal parts terror and blind hatred. There was no mistaking that voice, no way he could even pretend not to know who exactly was right behind his shoulder, speaking in demanding tones. As if Rikki was just supposed to kneel and offer his high-a** whatever he wanted.

He was also entirely certain who the demon was asking about, but he chose to feign innocence.

"Is 'she'," Rikki unabashedly used air quotes here, "Your invitation into this conversation?" He even finished off with a snarky little circular movement of his hands, indicated that this area was Yin and his conversation area. "Because I really don't remember sending you one."

"You put your tongue in his mouth?" Yin asked incredulously. He was still confused, trying to work it out when a strange voice reached his ears.

He turned, regarding the flaming demon curiously, not recognizing him but seeing the hatred in his eyes. How tense that Rikki was. Instinctively Yin shifted closer to Rikki. Hunter? Was it...it made him nervous, made everything feel unstable around him. Even though Rikki was addressing him Yin was slipping into defense mode.

Not even Rikki's sassy a** could stop his paranoia.
