I should offer to give that save Toby guy the full $50,000 if he'll give me his address so that I can come over and actually buy Toby away from him.
...and if he agreed, and if I were not a God-fearing woman, I'd go to his house, knock him unconscious with a little sockie filled with lead shot, drive to a secluded location with him trapped in the trunk of my car, lock him in a cage lined with wood shavings, feed him water and bread and carrots every day while keeping a webcam on him, and make a live 24-hour webcam feed site called "Save Toby's Owner!" The website would show live feed of this guy trapped in his cage and there would be a scrolling marquee at the bottom of the website that reads thusly:
Save Toby's Owner! This is the rat b*****d who was trying to squeeze fifty grand out of soft-hearted rabbit lovers over the internet! Give me fifty reasons why I shouldn't throw the key to his cage away by the time the domain name registration runs out on this site or I tie steaks to his head and throw him into a pit of starving foxes. Yeppers, you guys are all welcome to start your own avatar collection threads. ^^ Set them up however you like. Having some kind of marker or obvious title would be good though, so people know what the thread is for just by looking at the title. Like..."AEC" for "Avatar Edit Collection," perhaps.
