Attempt 1!
The plains were kind of nice. And minus giant, reality-sucking dragons.
They were plus a weird guy standing at the top of the tallest hill, though. Maybe if they got up high enough, they could see where... everybody else was.
Maybe more especially some everybodies than others.
Harrison almost panicked again when part of the landscape squirmed under his feet. But when it was just a minipet complaining at him. He irritably told it to buzz off, and brushed past.

It appeared Marcus had the right idea after all to move to higher ground, but now for entirely different reasons. Following the herd should have seemed simple, but..no not really. She was apparently so darn light she was BLOWN away from the others team rocket /blasting off again/ style. Maybe she should have eaten that second brownie. He was nearly at the top. And, for a moment, whoever this guy actually was made him uneasy- was he one of theirs, or...?
It was windy up here. Windier than he thought. He realized too late HOW windy, and his claws scrabbled at the hill before being lifted off it entirely.

SwirlpoolGrumbling, this just wont do she thought as she slowly tried to make it back up the hill again. Maybe because she was tired...maybe because she didn't care either way it seemed like the grass was a little more slippery, and maybe the wind a little harder but she found herself at the bottom once again, "ARGH!!!! This time, Harrison got to the top of the hill. And he stayed there. He side-eyed the figure, then looked out at the view.
He didn't know what he expected to see.
There were minipets milling around, sure, but none recognizable. His ears flattened. "I don't see 'em," he called down the hill to Marcus and the rest, but the wind carried his voice away.

A dramatic from the top of the celestial plains as the sun seemed to shine even brighter, reflecting off the shadows of the figure, their long straw hat creating a perfect silhouette. They turned around, walked a few steps, and nodded sagely.

"Mrrr. I know. Dunno what minipet though." He gave an ineffectual flop flap of his wings, asserting, "And m'sure I-I am. Same speech patterns n' stuff. Something happened while at lockers, like cave collapsing . . . N' next thing knew, woke up here. Either is weirdest haze-sleep ever, or is actually happening."
And given what the students had to deal with normally, without the snooping about? Mort wasn't about to question the possibility of this strange new reality, even as at the same time it baffled him. Utterly.
"Since you're s-same size, guessing is minipet too," he added, though frankly that comparison was all he had to go on; Shehk pretty much looked the same to him too. A small commotion near them caught his attention, and the Spoilers turned his head with an owlish blink. Followed by a narrowed stare.
Familiarity didn't necessarily mean friendly.
"You see that? Sh-Should go check it out . . ."

Top of hill?Well...that was unexpected. Possibly a little unnerving was she at the top of the hill now? Was there really no more trying to get up and then falling flat on her butt at the bottom? Looking around she tentatively asked mainly because she couldn't see anything, maybe the fact that she still had grass hanging down infront of her eyes had something to do with it. "Di...Did I make it to the top? Can someone tell us how to get back to our normal selves...not that I don't like being a fox...but I kind of miss my own ears..."Ahha that would be safe enough just in case there were any foes around, then again for all she knew they were all students.
