 "You'd be surprised. I don't suppose you ever had a client who's mannerisms in bed were those of a black widow?" she asked. She was silent for a moment, "Did you sleep with her or the other way around?" She enjoyed how close he was, the feel of their sides as they pressed together. She loved the smell of the roses bushes that climbed up the walls nearby.

Ike saw something shift in her eyes... He didn't know what it was, maybe whoever she was supposed to be before the damage. "Don't flatter yourself" he teased, "I've had more than one attempt to kill me in bed... they couldn't do it though... Must be my bedside manner." He smiled; he noticed how she was taking in long breaths everytime the wind blew from the direction of the rose bush. He got up, and bit one of the roses off the bush. He gave it the good once over with his hand attempting to get all the thorns off, before throwing it down to her. He laid back down at her side, looking at her holding the rose "I can't honestly say, but that that woman is the reason I am who I became..." He sighed and watched the beautifully glowing stars once more...

She toyed with the rose he had handed her, and unknowingly a tear rolled down her cheek, "Would you like to be free?" she asked, not knowing why she offered him his freedom, bit something inside her couldn't bare to control him, to hurt him as she had with so many others, "Do you want to leave? If so," she gently touched one of the two keys that hung around her neck.

 Luan Luan listen to their conversation until he heard her offer Ike his freedom he l he got really mad that she offered him freedom. He was mad mostly because she will free Ike but not himself he sat down and continued to listen to their conversation.

His hand wiped at the tear, something in him couldn't bear to see her so deppressant... He grabbed her hand holding the key and lowered it. "No..." he'd whispered, "Why would I want to do that?" The hand that wiped the tear lifting her face, so he could kiss her... He stopped... He thought to himself I can't tell if she's acting... Is this her sick way of trying to break me? Is "Luan even a slave? These questions rolling in his mind as he stopped there frozen.

She knew Luan was listening, and she could almost feel his anger as he glared down at them. He didn't know that if Ike was freed, he too would be allowed to leave. "Because, you're a slave a prisoner," she said. Her heart pounded as he moved to kiss her, but she wondered why he hesitated, "What is is?" she asked.

He'd snapped back into motion with the reality that he'd probably be broken one way or another. He set his fears aside and kissed the halfblood... All his fears and anguish generated into it... He hoped it wouldn't be something he'd come to regret.

Luan Luan anger grew even more his eye turn dark red he smiled and grabed the shock collar of coursed it shock him but it felt like tickles. He stopped holding it and laid their smiling. "I guess more than wine can make me come out" Luan said to himself. He stood up and jumped from the building braking the concrete when he landed. He went back inside and went to sleep in his bed.

She kissed him back gently, with none of the fierceness of before. She lightly touched his cheek, and broke the kiss, "I'm sorry," she whispered. She looked into his eyes, "I'm sorry we had to meet like this."

A faint smile came over his face looking back into her eyes; but now she looked exhausted. Ike bearing the reality that was ahead said "I'm not..." he went on "Any other way, and I'd doubt we'd have met... but it's late" he gently lifted her up, setting her properly onto the ground. "We need to get some sleep... I don't think Luan is going to be to happy in the morning..."

Ike walked back to his room, his night vision was amazing, one of the few perks of being a lycan. He walked back up the stairs, almost following after Kiara. He saw she got up to the fourth floor, and went into his room. He opened the door, going in then quickly locking it. He threw his dirty shirt and pants into the hamper, grabbing a silk set that more or less matched the bedding. He fell in, thinking "What kind of day have I had... It's a nice change of pace to the usual routine though."

She woke up early. Climbing out of bed, she stretched and went to her bathroom to shower and dress before breakfast.

Luan The Next Day Luan woke up he yawned a little then went to the bathroom took a quick shower he got out then brushed his teeth then put on his old clothes since they where the only ones he had. He stretched and started to do push-ups and sit-ups when he finished he was sweating he splash some water on his face to wake him up even better. Then he had nothing else to do so he just sat down on his bed and started to think how was he going to leave the place.

Jake rolled out of bed, and splashed some water on his face. He looked in the mirror and frowned, almost all the cuts had healed overnight; except the big vertical line running across his chest, and the four dots above and beneath it.. It was irrelivant. He walked down the stairs seeing Luan, and headed to the kitchen. He went into one of the kitchen's many refridgerators and stared.
