----------------------------------- Grimm continued to stand beside Axzaki yawning a little as he continued to listen to everyone's input. He then looked up as the new Captain of Squad Seven walked in without saying a word. Just by the way he was acting he could tell the new guy was an arrogant p***k and he knew he wasn't going to get along with him. He then looked over at Axzaki with bothered eyes. For some reason he had an ominous feeling that this whole plan of theirs was going to cause more death then they wanted, but war is nothing but death. In a low voice only loud enough for his brother to hear he spoke. "This darkness grows heavier over the Soul Society, I hope we can see the light soon brother, otherwise I might get used to this."Though his words were half joking he was still serious. He then looked down at the ground sighing a little....But prisoners of their own Mindset

Aya stayed quiet as everyone spoke, and then the new captain of squad seven appeared. There was something different about him, especially the aura that he gave off. Aya didn't like it at all, nor did she like him. What was up with everyone these days? Couldn't they just be normal for once? But then again, who was she to talk? She wasn't exactly normal herself.

"I Only Offer Peace Once." Hiddan smiled lightly under his scarf. He then began to ask something that was on his mind. "Could someone give me a rundown on our current situation. I was busy arranging Ex Captain Viki's burial." He stated. "My apologies for being so late." As he then looked to a third seat. Her eyes were judging him, as well as her Captain. Which he did not care. If they were to judge him, then they obviously had no life. Because had they had a life, they would not judge people they did not even know. However he would not engage in such a trivial little argument with this girl and boy. In time they may come to like him, if not, Hiddan didn't give two shits. He wasn't born to meet their approval. And he cared not for it.

Of course people who are deemed un-fun aren't left alone, they just become a target. Until this meeting either ended or got interesting those deemed boring like mister 7th Captain or anyone else who Rin saw as dull would become targets for the boy to try to draw reactions out of as a form of entertainment. Perhaps the need to get Reactions out of people was something inherited from his father, though Gin's meathods were usually more subtle like that 'creepy' smile he often sported, Rin taking more obnoxious measures was possibly a trait earned from Rangiku.

When a boy has one rubber band chances are he likely has more in his pocket or around his wrist... and a boy with rubber bands and possibly small objects to launch has a method of using his hands as a slingshot and those who catch interest as a target.
A vulpine grin which seemed trademark for anyone carrying the surname Ichimaru spread across the boy's face.
||Mr. Captain Seven has a sour attitude... I wonder if I can make it sweet|| he thought of course Rin was up to no good.
Where he was sitting he was behind the Captain and Lieutenant of Squad 3. Their Hakamas kept him out of view... not that he was actually hiding, it just happened to be that Rin was sitting and even if he weren't he was still small and the fact that the two shinigami in front of him were wearing skirted pants it was like sitting behind a curtain.
Hiddan was tall enough that Rin could see his head from where he was, though Rin likely wouldn't be seen unless someone was looking for him, how often do you expect to find a child in the captain's hall?
The boy pulled an new rubber band from around his wrist looping it around his thumb and index finger to make it sort of like a sling shot. He pulled a piece of hard candy from his pocket and held it to the rubber band.
He drew back and aimed, sights locked on Hiddan, and once the seventh captain began to speak he launched the candy watching it fire off like a bullet (of course not quite as fast) passing Axzaki and Akane heading right for Hiddan. Rin was only trying to poke fun, however he didn't think about the fact that he could cause the man to choke if his shot actually goes in and hits the back of his throat

Shadow watched as a little boy shot rubber bands at a new captain. "huh" he thought to himself "This kid has the face of an old captain in my records. Must be his son." As this captain Hiddan grabbed and snapped one of the rubber bands Shadow thought "this person is more annoying then most.Best keep an eye on him." shadow then saw the boy setting up a shot with a small candy this time from behind another shinigami, and befor he fired it shadow walked into the way of the shot. Grabbing the candy in his mouth. Shadow walking up to the kid "Your the son of Ex-captain Gin Ichimaru, am I right." Shadow got down on one knee to be at eye level with the kid and talked in a low wisper" Though I never meet him, your father is someone who I consider unparalleled in the world of shinigami. Few fit the role like he did, and I dough no one else will match him. Just as my father is my goal, I hope you surpass your father and one day show most of us here what a real shinigami looks like." Shadow then gave Rin a few rubber bands and with a slight smile "if you could, wait until after the meeting is done to fire these. Best to wait until every-ones tensions and guards are down to strike." Shadow then got up and walked back to captain Hana's side.

"I Only Offer Peace Once." Hiddan watched as some interferring child got in the way of yet another childish attempt. He simply thought to himself on how annoying becoming a Captain had become. Not only were these people over judgemental on people they did not know but they were childish. He hoped the Head Captain as well as the other Captains actually had a brain in their skulls. Because from the most part it seemed to him that the others were only egotistical judgemental hypocrites who purely judged someone on being more intrested in listning to others idea's and the situation before he started blabbering out idea's. He then heard the child speak to another child. The son of Gin, huh? Slightly intresting. Again Hiddan had to smile ever so slightly under his scarf. "Would someone inform me on what I have missed in a brief rundown?" He asked calmly. He would have liked to be aware of the situation.

Still kind of does if their not reading it in entirely. And as for the child, if their not a Captain, Hiddan calls them child. Because they can still advance more then what Captains can. Shadow looked over at the new captain" We are encountering a new foe called the Taizai. There are 7 in there ranks and they cant seem to die unless they are killed by a virtue holder. The new head captain thinks the virtues are among the seated officers and thus has a plan to bring the Taizai here and fight them. the last head captain died on a mission over to the Taizai world, and his death is taking its toll on us. That is the basics of whats going on, captain of squad 7." shadow gave him a moment to take it in then asked "Do you have any other questions?" Then turning to the crowd "Also I still suggest we make a backup plan. Or is everyone here just going to not take heed to caution?"

"I Only Offer Peace Once." Hiddan's eyes didn't even falter, neither did his stance. As if the news had no effect on him. "The only problem I see, is that the Virtue Holders are not known, let alone what their Virtue even is, it seems. Then there is the problem of getting the right Virtue Holder to face the right Taizai. I suggest finding the Virtue Holders and their Virtue. Have them under the protection of a Captain of the Gotei 13. While others figure out which Taizai are to be pitted against which Virtue. After that a Captain and a Virtue Holder should fight together to ensure the defeat of the Taizai they are facing, however that is only my suggestion." He stated as he stood still. His plan was by no means solid, but it was merely a suggestion in which was formed within a second of hearing what Shadow had said. Hiddan was both smart and cunning. However his plan, would take time. "While time may not be a possibility, I suggest we limit the damage until we can find all of this out, if one of the Virtue's die, in theory, that Taizai is unkillable." He stated.

The guy even gave him more rubber bands. He seemed a lot nicer than Captain 'red scarf' who isn't too punctual. Is killing a captain taking their spot and making burial arrangements even a worthy excuse for being late?
... ... ...I'd like to see that play out in the corporate world....
Odd how he along with the rest of the captains were so serious upon arrival...well noting the previous head captain is dead He could see why but a lot of them seemed so uptight before they learned as much. Is it true that adults become dull? that they lose the expectation in finding fun every day, or was it that the Taizai were just that bad?

Shadow's words meant a lot, Rin couldn't agree more, no captain could compare to his dad... though with Rin it was more so his biased perception being a child who so loves his deceased father than one who speculates and calculates the power and capabilities of those compared. ||...Surpass dad...? He'd be happy if I did that... right?|| Can one who has passed feel pride in those who've been left behind?
Between not launching rubberbands and other items during the meeting and surpassing his father Rin's response was a simple "Kay~" his response was short, sure he could go jabbering on about his dad and such but hinestly he wanted to cut the topic as soon as possible, it always hurt when he talked about his father... it always hurt to be reminded of loss.... why do people have to die?.
