Shehk looked up from her phone with a frown as Shenny began to talk.
"I didn't get the impression they were trying to set us up against the other clans at all, but rather....
If you think about it, the first two scene we saw were us killing humans. Hell, I'll even confessed I might have had some fun with it. However, those two lead to the end of the death of all humans and what it could have meant if we continued along that way of mass human murder.
If we don't have the chance to change the first two, we do have a chance to change the third one."
She looked back down at her phone after sharing her opinion on the matter.Blade Kuroda Text to Jericho: I haven't thought to ask! Maybe I can bring one or two shinies home with me. Though I still have to pay my loser's debt to you, ha ha. =)

--- Shun merely cast a glance over at Shenny as she gave a little speech on the matter of what they experienced in class. "There is always a choice," he said simply, "It's up to you to choose whether to take what's in front of you or seek a different path. Hell, you don't even have to choose a side if they're presented. Something is going on, yes. Regardless of what Death is trying to tell us, what we saw should be some indicator of whatever the ******** is going on behind the scenes."He shook his head again and leaned against the wall. Quite frankly, it tied in with the things he had heard before. To him, the question wasn't about if the future they saw was a possibility. Hints here and there even prior to the class pointed that yes it was. It was why the hunters had taken a greater interest in horsemen activity as of late. And he knew that the horsemen and hunters have had at least one clash in the past. Perhaps that second scene they witnessed was even a part of that. It was a complete slaughter, likely meaning that the hunters weren't too big of a concern for the horsemen if it really came down to it. The real question was more along what Shehk had said. What could be done about it?

Chuppi had been sitting quietly in the dorms, probably one of her first times in the building. She'd been content to sleep outside and away, hidden from others, and as soon as she heard someone speaking her ears pricked up and her quills quickly joined in. Normally passive, normally unwilling to speak harsh about anyone, the bile and venom in the little monster's words was unmistakable.
"The Horsemen are disgusting." She didn't care who happened to be listening in, or if anyone was going to be shocked at her words. A few of her words trembled as she spoke despite her clear harshness, and the chupacabra looked over to the reaper with red eyes blazing. "To play with our minds as easily as a child had to play with toys. They hope to guide us, they hope to chose alongside us? No, I am saying of the no." There had been no free choice there for herself, none at all. "They are not having of will for us. They do not guide they are leading. We do not follow, we are shown death and destruction as if all our own faults. There is no room for our wills, our opinions. All is as Horsemen want."
The monster trembled against an unseen and unfeeling cold. Had she just spoken harshly about those who had taken her in, offered their "hospitality"? She had indeed and she would not regret saying such things. Their actions had put more than just fear of them into her mind and heart. There was no respect, just loathing.

Blade Kuroda Text to Jericho: Maybe I rolled a high 'treasure finding' stat or something. =) Her ears flicked back at the tone in Chuppi's voice, frowning, but saying nothing. She wasn't going to judge the entirety of the clan based on one vision or what her opinion right then was.
There was too much she didn't know.
And as it stood, they probably didn't need their help as it was. In fact......
Her hand went to press the medal inside of her shirt against her chest, wondering if that meant anything. Anything at all in the big picture of the students visiting the island.

Wylfenne emerged from the corner where they sat quietly trying not to attract attention and answered. ' Sometimes it's not about going out to battle knowing all the answers. That's the lesson I've learned here'. They nodded to the reaper boil as if recognizing his words at the temple were not the last thing that made them accept their current stance.

Shenny litstened carefully to students remarks on her speech, feeling a bit shy of taking too much of their time now. The ghoul turned her head towards the taciturn reaper boil who was speaking. He was right, of course... Shenny noticed the boil is quite clever, and his calmness passed on her, too " You're right, of course", she smiled to him. " It's an indicator, I'm just trying to read it correctly. I think Death aren't that good and nice, as they want to show. They wouldn't be our allies. It's just simply they disagree with other clans - right now - not that they would with us".Shenny had to agree with the pricolici's reasons. " It's obvious they are powerful enough not to need their hands. If they are going to use us, they would simply throw us to the slaughter as a cannon fodder. But I don't like the idea of being merely a tool in their hands; what if they just want to belitle other clans - using us - to rule them all?.. it could be that way, too". She had a couple of questions in her mind. " Have you encountered humans before?.. Are they powerful enough to be on par with the horsemen? Those guys with glowing weapons in a second door... they seemed to be pretty hard". Shenny turned to Chuppi and nodded thankfully. " Yes, that's what I'm talking about. They do not guide: they are leading. And that is suspicious, seriously. I don't believe in Death being one of the clans for jacking ages, and now, all of a sudden, opposing others in their quest to destroy all the humans".

Olivia had been startled from her thoughts when Shenny entered, her voice booming and loud to her ears and her words so calm yet so full of opinion and matter-of-fact.
The ghoul pulled her eyes away from the phone she was fiddling with, she had been trying to send a text to Amarus but really had no idea how. Now her attentions were on the other ghoul, contemplating her words as the others began to speak their minds as well.
The whole ordeal in their classes on this island had been a ... little suspicious yes but, perhaps that wasn't the best of words that came to her mind. Cryptic. Was that a little better perhaps? None of these brought straight answers, they all had to reach their own conclusions, and Olivia hadn't gotten the same impression as Shenny. "I... didn't take it as.. a way to .. not like the other clans either..." The Wight stated slowly even as the other ghoul had gone on to converse with others, "I... took it as a way to simply.. show us death and the consequences that.. can come of it... especially in extreme cases." Their ordeal had shown the death to the human race, even if there was a war between so many factions... one lose would effect so many.
Olivia but her lip and her eyes fell back to the skellyphone in her hands and began tapping at a few buttons to finally send a message.

Willow had just entered the doors and slipped into a room when she paused hearing some sort of long babbling and very loudly at that. The tiger's ears pinned down as she stared at who was talking loud. "Jack Damnit Will you shut up?" She asked glaring at Shenny, just when she thought she might be able to take a cat nap undisturbed. She added to that a throw of one of the Pillows before walking out of the area she was going to try to sleep.
"Not every jacking thing has to do with the horsemen or the hunters." Her fur bristled, "I'm going to Meditate." She added before disappearing form the dorms all together.

"No you are mistaken, Death is much of the Horseman clans, I am just thinking they are playing with us. I. . . I want to believe in them, as they are wanting what is best for us, but after the trials, after seeing that, I am not sure I know how to feel over them other than disgust. It is in the same I feel towards my brothers, older and lording. I do not wish to be someone's child and toy. It is of disgust and mistrust, not of hate and violence." The chuapcabra shook her head, her tone settling from one of anger and bitterness to one of sadness. Her moods were swinging, she was well aware, but she was honestly frightened. The power the Horsemen had, all of them, was a staggering and vast amount that rendered someone like her just a drop in the ocean of FEAR. "I do not want games, I want honesty. If I am to follow them without my will in the end, I just want to believe it is for something other than their own gain. If I cannot chose my time of passing, at least I want to have reason to show no fear as a soldier."
This was probably the most Chuppi had ever spoken aloud in offence to anyone and her cheeks instantly turned red, her eyes no longer burning but instead watering with tears. She tried to rub them away but they just dropped down her cheeks. "I....I am always aware I am no one's equal, I am a small monster who is good for no things, but I do not wish to be keeping showing horrible things. I want to believe in a future where I am not in cages shouting secrets."
Honestly? Chuppi wanted to run and smash her face into Shehk. The older girl was the only face the chupacabra knew right now but that probably would not go over well.

Demon_Pachabel text to shehk: That would be pretty sweet. --- There was a lot of spite within the chupacabra's tone. He could tell that much. Even so, he was not ready to jump to any real conclusions. There was still too many unknown factors for that and quite frankly jumping too soon could get him in a ditch somewhere. Right now, he was going to just keep on his guard while trying to learn what he could along the way. He caught the fae's gaze, nodding quietly in turn. Shun's attention shifted back towards Shenny. "I've seen one human take on all four heirs at the same time and win," he said plainly, "Humans, though usually fragile, are not to be underestimated."

Shehk noticed Chuppi's nerves and held an arm out, beckoning the Chupacabra over willingly. Differing opinions or not, Shehk was going to give Chuppi comfort to sooth her worries. She wouldn't hold her scorn against her.
"If they're going to pick tools from us, I have a feeling I know who they'll go for first. However, they've made no moves to make me feel as though I would be a tool in their hands. All they've done is told us information.
Unpleasant, yes, but I was not forced to act in that illusionary scene they conjured. This 'trance' of theirs.
However, I refuse to make my judgement on what their goals may be based on limited information we've been given. They would have to offer me something greater than power or reputation or my own survival to obtain me as a tool to their ends, and because of that I'm not worried on if they want to use me or not. Because Horsemen aren't the only ones who would seek to use us as tools."
She looked at her phone. Would she sacrifice herself to the Horsemen for Riley and Jericho if she was given that choice? Was that what she had chosen?
"Humans are questionable in terms of strength. Some are small and frantic, some are.... not as much. They can knock you out just by grabbing you and then you wake up wondering when you got where you are..... However, I don't think that the horsemen see them as a threat. I don't see why they'd even worry about that."Blade Kuroda Text to Jericho: We should go treasure hunting sometime. Like real time, not like what I set up for you (Though that was fun =) ) so we can test this theory.

Chuppi didn't need to be told twice or offered twice to go and move herself into someone's embrace, and the chupacbra moved with surprising speed that set her against Shehk's side. Her small arms were able enough to wrap around her companion's side, she couldn't link her fingers though, and it was there against Shehk that she allowed herself a chance to cry. "Shehk, the Horsemen are scary. I am of them feeling very afraid, I shouldn't have said those words loudly."
Her quills were no longer standing up on end, thankfully, or else she might have stabbed the undead girl. Oops. "I do not like being scared of them, is worrisome." There was still disgust for them somewhere in her mind and heart, a bitterness that would take time to fade if it ever would, but the honesty of fearing them outweighed those thoughts at this moment. They were so strong, strong enough to destroy all humans and then her own kind!

Shehk wrapped her arm around Chuppi's shoulders, making a low thrumming noise as she tried to soothe her worries. "Yes, they are scary. They have power and they are much older than we are. They know more about what the world will offer to us than we do and that is very scary." she agreed, though she didn't really sound..frightened by this.
"If they take offense to us having opinions, than they looked to the wrong place for camaraderie. Do not worry for it, if they have a problem with you speaking I will put it to rest." she added, seeming to turn into a big sister for the tiny monster ghoul.
She was right to dislike being afraid, however, "You are growing stronger and stronger, Chuppi. You do not need to fear them as much as you do. They will have to go through all of us older students and the adults back home to make bad things happen." And Shehk also knew that there were the hunters.
Yes...the hunters. The unspoken word after the taboo it had created.

So, students began to talk. Actually, Shenny wasn't quite sure on what she was talking about; she had to agree with the Pricolici, they indeed seriously lack information. The ghoul just didn't liked they way the information they were given forms easily into a solid picture: that was way too suspicious. " I guess, you're right", she nodded to the pricolici. " We just have to wait and see". " Was it one of those humans with glowing weapons?" She asked the reaper. " What exactly is their power?..". Hunters... That's how the tiger called them. By the way, Shenny noted to herself, this tiger surely lacks basic courtesy, and well, is quite hateable. Good she managed to irritate her, thought the sorceress. Shenny loved to irritate people, especially those she disliked. The ghoul wanted to say something rude to the beast, but they left the room already. It would be good to kick their a**, if she ever has a chance later. As for now, the situation was just not... appropriate.

Shehk's concern, her kindness, would not be forgotten. Chuppi would repay her one day. "Gracias, Shehk. Muchas gracias." Being told she was strong, even though she knew she was weak, was something the monster needed to hear.
"Hunters are scary, is all you need to know. They use our kind as weapons, they wield them against us." Chuppi's words were muffled against Shehk and she spoke no more, wanting to say nothing else on that subject. Her eyes were still flowing with tears but at least they were silent, her wails kept deep in her throat.
