Moving, he was moving. Who was moving him? Rory blinked and the purple hands gripping his arms. Purple hands? Huh? Okay, moving.
Fighting back all possible scenarios for what had happened to her trainer, Pinkie continued scanning the area and keeping a close eye on the familiar sheath. She noticed her trainer moving before she saw what or who was moving him.
She noticed a purple shape motioning to her. What was the Haunter doing? Who was he with? She didn't remember seeing one of the team set it loose. She turned her attention to the female that had moved Rory away from the shark's mouth. Good, it probably wasn't a good idea for him to be that close to it with his burns. By the time Pinkie got to him she found her trainer being held up by the Haunter.
[Put him on my back! I can carry him!] Granted she hadn't carried her trainer since he was a boy and she hadn't been hurt then but that didn't matter. He had to get out of here and she would make sure that he did.

The Haunter hesitated for an instant before following the Ponyta's orders. [Be careful,] he advised, knowing that the fire-type probably had sustained enough of her own injuries. As gently and as quickly as he could, the ghost lifted the human onto Pinkie's back, trying to settle him so that he was comfortable and that he could cling onto her neck with his unhurt arms. [I've got your back. Just keep going and catch up with the others.]
Meanwhile, Shadow was tense with the animosity between Frost and Aulus. He knew Aulus had been through a great deal and that was probably what had him on edge, but Frost seemed to be in the right at the moment. They had to concentrate. "They brought us here from some place where they'd knocked us out," he tried to help. "I'm not sure if that's the hanger, but I remember the way to that room. Lots of...um, vehicles and things?"

Xander stepped between Aulus and Frost with his hands up in a 'relax' motion. "Aulus, Frost is thinking on how to get us out that's all." He said then moved over to check up on Jerome, giving Paul a smile of thanks for his help. Xander gave the injured rocket a once over and put his hand over Jerome's wrist to keep a watch on his pulse then looked up at the others. "We better make this fast though." he said with a worried look to the others. He may not be a medic but the one with them was busy and at least he knew how to check pulses.
He wasn't sure if after all that time in the brig any of them would remember the way out but maybe if they all worked together they could cover any memory gaps. It was at least worth a shot.

Hayes was never going to get used to being suddenly dragged off his feet. He kept up this time though, the only stumbling being at the beginning and the end when they'd made it around the corner. The blond braced his hands on his knees and followed Aulus' gaze to.. Jerome, if that broken body had anyone home. "Dunno," he breathed, getting a look at his partner's back as he straightened up. He could see it now. He wished he didn't. "Hey-" Hayes touched what looked like the least injured area of skin. "Leave it; he's getting us out of here."
He might be beaten half to death, his muscles might be wasted, and his back might just have been cooked but he was 100% sure he could still snap the little b*****d in two. The intervention of two of his fellow prisoners however allowed him to get a grip on his temper; the input of the elder of the blondes was especially relevant, the gentle touch on his arm and calm words cooling his ire a little. Get out of here for now, worry about heartless bastards later. "Right," he nodded sharply and shot Frost a look of disgust, "later."
"You remember the way they brought us in?" Hayes asked, as much for the distraction as the information.
The irony of being deep in the heart of Galactic's base and unable to see any layout or tech to report back to Faleen hadn't been lost on him, and now that he could there was no time to look around and she was here to witness it herself. She was here. The thought bloomed inside him again, and he chanced a look back.
"Not sure," Aulus replied with a shake of his head, "might recognise bits of it... hopefully we can remember between us." He wanted - needed - to get out of this place, to get far far away, as if the physical distance would let him put all of this behind him.
Frost turned to Shadow with a nod, having already dismissed Hayes' guard dog's disdain as insignificant. "Most likely that is indeed the hanger. If between all of us we more or less agree on the turns to take then statistically speaking we might not be completely effed." As Skiron, Persephone and Gilda rejoined him Frost looked about at the assembled Rockets. "If everybody is ready then I suggest we make a move. I'm sure I don't need to say 'stick together' but I have anyway now."

Fortunately for Agent Frost, Galactic's airship had the frequent and well-marked wall maps of a cruise ship. Considering how well these maps had served Team Rocket thus far, Deimos should probably have considered taking them down. Regardless, doubleing back around the next bend brought one of these maps into view. The most direct path to the hangar was, of course, the one currently blocked by Tethys and her small army of Galactics. But there was an alternative route if they took the stairs up one deck, crossed the ship, then went downstairs again.
Twitch's quick attacks managed to nail two Galactics in a row before a Feraligatr in the mob fired a watergun at the pidgey. Spook and Trick's confusion and night shade attacks along with the help of the strange haunter that'd appeared were doing a good job of keeping the Galactics distracted while the injured group made their escape.
Somewhere in the insanity of the fight a random Galactic gave a panicked scream as Hirss launched acid at his Jolteon, which retaliated with an electric attack.
Faleen's Charizard, Banette and Absol were all doing an admirable job, firing attacks into the fray. Some hit their marks, others were dodged. There was so much chaos it was honestly hard to keep track of which hits were successful. Though the encouraging occasional yelps from the Galactic side suggested some damage was being done.
Axel managed to carve a path through the battle to join Satoshi and Loki at TRP's side. "Keep firing!" The elite ordered an instant before a stray electric attack caught her in the ribs. She staggered back, where Axel caught her and retaliated with a flamethrower.
Lore cursed as he was forced to retreat with the other injured, Espresso and Cappuccino close behind him.
Somewhere toward the back of the group, Star regained consciousness. The back of his head ached where Tethys' starmie had landed a hit on him. Groaning he pushed himself to sit up. "Nnnghh.. s'going on.." He muttered an instant before a stray flamethrower spiraled in his direction. With a panicked shriek he rolled out of the way and scrambled to his feet, head rising above the crowd.
How had they dragged him into this?

Frost studied on of the maps on the wall and sighed. "Of course. I suppose the only surprise is that they aren't in crayon or something." Well it made his life easier, he wasn't about to complain. "Skiron, up at the front, Persephone at the rear," he instructed his pokemon as they moved along. "Anyone else with pokemon they're not riding, it might be wise to form a front and rear guard," he added to the others as an afterthought.

Aulus was gone, hopefully to safety. There had been plenty of others with him, so the best she could do was probably make sure these people didn't follow him. Teeth bared Tortie flung herself at the hated moth with a vicious Sucker Punch.
Having spotted Red's gambit, Char rumbled deep in his chest and flung a Smokescreen into the mob of Galactics and their pokemon. Red meanwhile, though not thrilled about listening to the Absol, opted to help Tortie out by aiming Aerial Ace at the Volcarona.

The Feraligatr had better aim than some of the others that had tried to hit the bird. A direct hit sent Twitch straight into the wall over the Galactics, stunning him. Seeing this, Alba grabbed the Pidgey's Pokeball, and quickly returned Twitch to safety before Twitch could fall down next to the enemy.
"You okay?" Alba asked, calling Twitch back out now that he was somewhat safer back with the Rockets. Twitch ruffled his feathers and shook off the excess water, proving he was tired but fine. If the situation hadn't been so serious, Alba might have laughed at the random spikes of wet feathers sticking out here and there and the small bird. As it was, he just instructed Twitch to get to the side and do some preening to dry off.
Spook and Trick kept up the same string of attacks as before, Confusion and Night Shade, with the occasional Shadow Sneak from Trick.
Hazel shifted her weight from hoof to hoof, wishing she could do more. If only she could learn a distance attack... Oh wait! "Deerling!" Alba look down to her in time to see her hopping forward. What the-! Ohhhh, right. He'd completely forgotten one attack they hadn't really ever practiced but it looked by Hazel was ready to give it a shot: Leech Seed. The little deer wedged her way through the remaining Rockets and Pokemon, and fired off a few attempts of the attack the Volcarona and line of Galactics behind it.

It was hard to make out just what was going on in the fight, with as much steam as the water and fire was creating. She trusted her team to know what to do when she couldn't see them, That was good, since she had to keep as firm a hold on Sharpedo as she could right now.
She didn't know how much longer they could last though, sure that there would just be more Galactics on the way, and already they were vastly outnumbered. That point was driven home when Charizard let out a high roar and tumbled into her view, dripping went and sprawled on the ground. He tried to get up, but more attacks bearing down on him. Banette swooped down to try and take some of the hear off of his team mate, so the dragon could get up and keep fighting. Breathing heavily as he readied a Dragon claw
Faleen caught the electric attack hit TRP from the corner of her eye, Faleen looked over at her. "Ma'am!" She called, but had to jerk back herself when a jet of water slapped like needles against the side of her face. "Rrg!"
Shaking the water out of her face, and holding a hand to her head, Faleen forced herself back up, taking a quick check on the other Rockets and how they were holding up. Alba, Arcadia, Inigo, TRP Each of them were handling their own pokemon, except a horrified lanky man in the back, who seemed to have finally come too.
"Star!" she called to him "Call your pokemon out! We need everyone!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes! that's it! just scream! keep screaming! It was the screaming that Hirss knew so well, the horror! Everything hurt from the electric attacks she was getting, but she could see the fear in her opponents eyes, and it made her want to KILL!
With a shirking scream the Feraligatr threw herself at the Jolteon, wide strong jaws spread open, her fangs iced over in her Ice fang attack.
The pain that shot through his body when he was lowered onto the Ponyta shocked Rory back to semi-consciousness. He took notice of the battle still raging and the fact that Pinkie was trying to get them away from it.
"Pink," he gasped, his voice giving away how much pain he was in, "no! We came here with a job to do."
Pinkie looked back at her trainer with fire in her eyes. Was he trying to get himself killed? He wasn't even able to stand, what did he think he was going to do to help?
Rory stared into her eyes as he drew his sword. "We came to help save the team remember. We have to help buy them time."
Pinkie snorted her displeasure at the idea; why did he have to be such a stupid idiot, but turned back at her trainer's request. She reluctantly returned to the battle line and let loose a Fire Spin towards the closest team of Galatics.
Inigo stayed with Alba safely tucked around the corner and out of the line of fire. "You sure?" He asked the older man, brows furrowed and a concerned frown set on his face. He certainly didn't look alright... But at least he was instructing his pokemon and seemed better than before. He noticed the little Deerling's attack, and it made him suddenly remember something. Two flashes of white later, the grunt was pointing at the Deerling. "Leech Seed as well, both of you!"
The pair of Whimsicott looked at each other before nodding in unison with a "whims!" before they bounced over to one side of Hazel, then directed their own Leech Seeds at any Galactic they could.
The horns on Acier's head began to glow white before he rushed towards Tethys with an Iron Head attack, acting on his new human's previous orders. Oriana, on the other hand, preferred to target the Volcarona, otherwise known as the fiery bug of death and destruction, at which she aimed the biggest Confusion she could muster. That was good, right?
Located where it was and belonging to whom it did, the Volcarona was taking a lot of hits, several of them super-effective. The giant moth fell back under the combined onslaught of attacks from Revenant, Tortie, Red, Zack, Oriana and Hazel, flaring up like the heart of a small star. Any attackers that made contact with its Flame Body were theatened with painful burns as the Pokemon fanned its sextet of wings, regaining health in the light of its own Morning Sun.
Overhead of the Rockets, Conrad's Trump Card caught the Starmie and sent it spiralling toward Alba's head. At the sight of Star's crest the starfish's center gem flared and it swerved around with a burst of psychic effort. A second later something blue boomeranged behind the former Galactic, catching him up by the collar of his coat.
At the sight of an Aggron rushing towards her Tethys selected another Pokeball, sending a burst of red light into Acier's path. It became a Breloom as the creature neared, which raised its little claws and set up a shimmering Substitute to take the blow.
Tambrey was rather forced to go where ever the pony decided to go. She wanted to go back and help.. even try to fight... And she wanted to retrieve Neph; letting her out was the last thing she should have done. "I can start repeating the word 'please' over 'nd over..?" She tried, thinking it unlikely to persuade the horse any differently.
With a slightly heavier sigh than before she let out Palu... and was faced with the prospect of a faceful of a feathery hug. She didn't think that would go well, riding on the ponyta. "No! Hug later, I /promise/. It is /wonderful/ to see you Palu, but I need y' to go toward the sound of fighting ok? Support whoever needs it and... try t' bring back you know who..." Tam' tapped Neph's pokeball.
The bird was excited to be out of her ball and /so/ pleased to see her trainer... and this pony! She was, of course, the epitome of elegance in her excited squawking. ... And wait, this was not the base? She became aware as she was denied her hug and then received instructions. A job? But she'd /just/ gotten out! They'd been apart for /so long/! It sounded... urgent though and that snapped her into her usual demeanor; missions came first and she was -good- at them... Ah. The spider was out. If she could have saluted, she would have, but settled for a regal nod instead; the bird sped away as fast as she could toward the fray. --
Neph, meanwhile, was scuttling across a wall, up toward the ceiling. She recognised this sort of situation and she recognised a certain blue haired human. Ahah. The trainer of the one known as 'Gun' as she's come to understand it... That was where she wanted to go. She scuttled across and halted, watching Tethys' weapon. How to get it away from it's human so it could focus on the glorious combat between them instead of being distracted by the irritating commands of a trainer? A little rude, but necessary, the spider decided as she launched a string shot, hoping it would reach far enough to pull Gun away and up to her.
The burn was painful but did not put her off, though she did fall back for a moment to power up with Swords Dance to compensate for it before leaping in again with Bite.
Spotting something he had the advantage over Char roared and turned to face the Breloom, launching a Flame Burst that would affect it and any allies close by.
Red - annoyed by the moth's recovery - threw another Aerial Ace at it; they would keep on chipping away and together they might just defeat the powerful pokemon! Now that would be a tale to tell Lady Odette when they returned home.
When his attack was met with something completely different than his target, and he suddenly found a Breloom blocking his path, he stared at it uncertainly. What should he do now? He couldn't follow his orders with him in the way! Um.. Shoo? Please?
The command of "Metal Claw!" echoed above the chaotic battle, and it sounded like his new human, so with a flex of his claws, Acier began bearing down on the Breloom and its substitute with powerful Metal Claw attacks while trying to avoid Char and his Flame Burst.
Alright, it looked like Acier heard him. That taken care of, Inigo looked toward Oriana next. "Try to put it to sleep," he said to her gently as he patted her head. "Otherwise it'll just keep healing itself." The Chimecho's mouth formed a tiny circle and she nodded uncertainly before floating forward, concentrating hard before sending a Hypnosis towards the Volcarona.
Unfortunately for Tambrey, Sonata had orders to follow and she would follow them until they were complete, and those orders did not include going back just because of a runaway spider. She whickered a greeting at the bird when it appeared, but otherwise kept pace with the rest of the group as they made their way towards wherever it is they were going. As long as the ground stayed relatively flat, she would be fine.
Revenant fanned out slightly, brushing off the heat of the Flame Body that reached her even when the effect itself did not damage her. Terribly useful that the only rock-type move she knew was non-physical. The ghost took note of the Aggron rushing ahead and the enemy that appeared to counter him. Acier appeared to be doing all right under the command of his new trainer, or at least, he was faring just as well as her. She paused momentarily to toss a call behind her, summoning Charmant to join forces with large steel-type, before turning a second Power Gem against the Volcarona.
Charmant heard the summons and saw her comrades, and she quickly joined rank with Acier, regarding him with a brief gaze that could pass as greeting before turning a Flamethrower on the Breloom.
Arcadie called in futility after the Arcanine as it suddenly ran off. All her pokemon seemed to be doing whatever they wanted without her telling them. It was frustrating. What kind of trainer was she that her own pokemon knew how to fight in battle better than her? She was pulled from her building pout by the soft whine of a Spinarak on her shoulder, prancing his legs about anxiously as he awaited orders.
"Oh, someone wants to listen to me after all?" she said, still vaguely offended by the behavior of her other two pokemon. Oh, hmm - actually, this put her in a tight spot. Everything was awfully chaotic, and she wasn't exactly sure what she was supposed to be doing. She caught sight of the Starmie hurdling through the air and gestured to it, "Think you could catch that, Buggy?"
Mise looked in the direction of her gesture. No, he probably couldn't catch that. He wasn't very good at things, after all. But it was worth a try, wasn't it? The Spinarak worked up a good Constrict and aimed it at the designated foe with no regard as to what he would do if the haphazard ploy actually panned out.
