When the people denied him the liberty to continue, Rain decided that they have decided to ignore their lives and give in to his will. Perfect. It is exactly what he wants. In a swift movement he utilized his bloodline to be the very thing that would dispatch the two thugs behind him. Swinging his arms back, from his sleeves and the extended joints came out very small, yet accurately placed thread shuriken. Launched straight for the carotid artery. The surprised men, who obviously seemed to know little about the shinobi world and even less about Kekkei Genkai's, had their necks slashed open by three to four three shuriken. Deep enough that even upon grasping their necks, they still were pumping out far too much blood from their necks to survive the injury.
Before the three in front of him could recover, Rain sprinted forwards towards his irritable assailants. With the nimbleness of a combat medic, Rain weaved in-between the two brutish morons that guarded the more literate thug, and took them out in a quick refined fashion. Ducking down and crouching immediately to drop out of their field of vision, Rain immediately thrusted back up just as one of the brutes chin started to drop in attempt to follow the speedy Jounin ( Or at least speedy in comparison to them. ). 'Ryuu Kiba!' Rain thought as he uppercutted the brute with enough force that jarred him from consciousness. But he performed the upper cut in such a fashion that he would be able to spin; spin, so that he'd put himself in position to thrust a kick dead into the other brutes face and throw him off balance and expose that neck.
The moment the neck was exposed to Rain, was the moment it was slashed by Rain's combat medical scalpel. It was a very clean cut. Sliced right through his neck with relative surgical ease. Cutting somewhat evilly so the man could gag on his own blood and have a slower death, that hitting the artery that would enable him to at the very least die a swifter bleeding out death. This would leave the literary leader to the whims of Rain who barged forward to end the battle. Utilizing the speed and strength that he did have, he extended both of his middle fingers and plunged them skillfully between the spacing of the man's rib cage to puncture his heart. Leaving him making only a few short gasping breaths before his heart finally stopped on him. Yanking his fingers from his punctured heart, Rain let the man fall and utilized the cloth of the deceased clothing the cleanse his hands. "Tch... Neanderthals should stick to batting rocks." Rain said before selectively, removing one of their hearts to retrieve his next element. A new heart to bring into his cache and be utilized to empower him for the future. After all, a ruler can't be weaker than the one's that are to be ruled. Leaving the dismembered bodies on the pathway, Rain continued on his way to Nagi Island to retrieve his artifact.

Maki leaned against the railing of a boat they had to take to the mainland. Being from water country there was no direct route into suna. She was looking out over the water as they were crossing. "I dont like the ocean." She said quietly. "so many directions where theres just nothing to disorient you. Eventually you can become tired if your stuck and thats the end for you. Too much can go wrong. How long until we hit land?" She asked, turning her head towards her girl. .

The two would haven't such a direct travel route as they would be no rivers in the dessert for them to travel along. "I heard as long as you can see the stars you can always find your way." She would say as she would look at Maki and smile. "It won't be too long the walk will probably be a lot longer." She would see as off in the distances the dock would become visible. Umeko would point out to it. "See not the far."

"Oh thank kami.." She breathed out and shut her eyes in a relieved sigh. She ended up leaning more against umekyo than she intended but she absolutely hated the ocean. She would be happy to get off the boat in general. In fact when they pulled up to the dock she jumped right off and onto the land, leaning forward with her hands on her knees and thinking that she needed a better way to transport herself in the future"Solid ground...much better. We will have the forest and some fresh water to travel through, but the stars do make a good map. Though Im not too good at reading them. Perhaps you will guide me?" She said with a smile at her, standing back up straight.

_ As the last word escaped Maki's breath, Umeko would blush rather deeply; feeling Maki's body pressed against hers would prompt Umeko to raise her hands, loosely wrapping her arms around Maki's waist. As the time went on, her grip would tighten pulling her as close to her as she could manage while resting her head against hers. As they finally reached the dock Umeko would slowly release Maki, watching her jump onto the land. Umeko would soon follow behind her with a lightly smile. She would listen to what Maki had said, her smile would become more warm and widen as she would stand next to her, holding her hand and interlacing their fingers together. She would lean in giving Maki a light kiss before she began to walk ahead pulling Maki close behind her as she looked up to the sky using her free hand to draw a map in the sky. "Of course I will. You see that constellation? Just remember that it always points to home." She would trace the tip on the constellation back towards the village, "see? And it you go the opposite way it will lead you to the land of fire. But there is still a bit of water in between to we have to head this way first." She would say as she headed off towards the Nagi Island.

xxxxxDancer couldn't bring himself to be as chipper as the girl at his side. Honestly, he didn't even know just how old she was anything. She could be in her thirties for all he knew. That would make her the same age as his mother, if only a bit younger. Her words were lost on him as he felt something a little off. "H-Hey... Something isn't right..." His eyes scanned the area, unable to see what it was he was feeling. Closing his eyes, he tried to focus on the strange sensation he was getting before it became clearer. A strong essence of chakra was swirling in the distance. "Alright, we have a major storm of badass in the distance... Hell no I'm not heading out that way." He crossed his arms and shook his head adamantly.

As she explained, she pulled a Kunai out and cut down her arm, holding it out for him to practice on.

xxxxxDancer looked down to see a green jacket and picked it up to look at it. He shrugged and took it with him as he started to follow the woman and listen to what it was she was saying about a few different types of Medical Jutsu. Only about half way through did he even realize the woman was actually apart of the Medical Training Field. He listened closely, but refused to give any outward give that he was giving her anything more than a minimum of his attention. Though his attention shot straight to her arm as he heard the sound of slicing flesh. Without thinking, he moved forwards and laid his hands over her arm, seeping a small ball of his chakra within her tissues and speeding the healing within the girls arm. As soon as it was healed for the most part, he looked up at the girl angrily. "What the hell is your problem?!" As he started to push past her, a shimmer caught his attention and he stopped dead in his tracks. "Hey, what's that?"
