Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ "Angela, that's if we can get out of here to fight at all. Well, even if your magic is a bit unstable, if nothing else works out and worse comes to worst, we might as well just bust out of here and if your magic goes haywire... alt least it's better than dying while being torn apart and eaten by some kind of beast or whatever this creature has planned for us." Misaki said.
"And is it possible if you could use fire to weaken my cage, Tshila? Pierce might be on to something about layers--although I'm not entirely sure if we'll even muster enough layers to make that possible, but if not, I don't mind serious pain either as long as we all get to get out of here alive as a result." Misaki added. Plus, she was also glad that Pierce had finally stopped ranting about stuff and was actually trying to be helpful. Well there was one person off her list to smack around after this ordeal was over. "But if someone knows how to pick locks, I'll gladly choose that option over getting burnt."
Misaki jumped when Reilynn spoke up. The thought of even coming close to bending steel seemed impossible for Misaki. "I don't know if even that will work. Maybe there are some guys here that might be stronger than me?" It's not that Misaki minded. It was always up to her when it came to brute force, but jeez... after this her feminine image will be completely demolished. Not that she really established a good feminine image to begin with. ______________________________

Marcellin "ROSE" Bellerose
"Life is a rose, beware of the thorns." ❤═━.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.━═❤ Each time Rose heard a female voice speak, he winced, wishing Hell was more like the movies, surrounded by fire with the devil prodding him with a pitchfork. But no, apparently it was far worse. He didn't listen to anything they were saying, just wanting the suffering to end. He finally shut himself up, his throat burning when one of the very few male voices snapped at him.
"Don't tell me to shut it, or I'll come over and snap your ******** neck!" He immediately snapped right back, hitting the bars with his fist. Maybe he was overreacting a tad bit, but he wanted the lights off. He didn't want to see what he knew was around him, and he wasn't going to let some guy he didn't even know tell him no. He leaned on the bars and whimpered when the light got brighter.
He finally listened to what others were saying when someone mentioned picking locks. Metal and wire? He started looking around for anything close enough, spotting some wire a short distance from his cage. He reached through the bars with a shaking hand, pressing up against the cage so he could reach as far as he can. Eventually, he managed to flick the wire closer to him, quickly breaking it into two pieces and examining the padlock on the door of the cage. It was difficult to tell with so little light, but he was sure he could manage to pick it. And get away, hopefully.
He bent the wires and started working on the lock, irritated that it was nothing like the lock on Mr. Gray's wagon. But he was sure he could get it. After struggling for sometime, he heard a satisfying click. He carefully grabbed both wires in one hand to hold them and tugged down on the lock with the other, sighing in relief when in actually worked. He didn't want to just run out though. First, he had something else to do. He took off a shoe and pulled off one of his socks, shoving the heavy lock in. He slipped his shoe back on and pushed open the door to the cage, feeling a little braver now that he had something he could use to knock the brains out of someone. Oh, that reminded him.
Instead of running for an exit like he initially wanted to, he had some unfinished business to attend to. He climbed out of the cage and walked right over to the one housing the male who snapped as him, slamming the locksock (hurrhurr) on the bars. "Would you like to repeat that before I remove your jaw?" It was stupid to get butthurt about one little remark, but being violent was much better than curling up in a ball and crying on the floor of his cage like he wanted to do. ❤═━.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.━═❤

Tshila.Curari
"Right then. Weakening Misaki's bars," Tshila said. She was trying to ignore Rose threatening Pierce because, well, if she lost focus while doing this, she could catch someone on fire. Keeping her little whirls of flame in one place took concentration. She took a deep breath and focused on Misaki's cage--just two bars. A little spiral of flame sprung up between them and slowly started to grow and engulf the bars.
"Just stand back," she said, holding her hands out toward the cage, just to help her focus her magic better. A swirl of wind spun outward from her, slowly circulating through her cage. She grimaced, trying to rein that in while strengthening the fire but no such luck. Still, as long as the wind stayed at reasonable levels, it didn't really matter much.
Her fire wasn't that hot usually, but if she focused on it, she could strengthen the flames--it was just hard to make it burn hotter, without making them also bigger. And she didn't particularly want to roast anyone alive. Or blow anyone up. It was a little strange, but as she focused on the fire, it felt almost like the skin on her hands was crackling. She didn't tear her eyes off the bars to look but it was a little unnerving.
It took a long time before the bars began to glow slightly. "Misaki, are you sure you have enough protection on your hands? Those bars are going to be hot--one or two layers totally are not going to be enough." When it reached the point Tshila knew the fire wasn't getting any hotter, Tshila began to slowly let it die down. The iron bars were still glowing brightly. "Okay..do it now, before they cool off."
She rubbed at her hands as she watched the other other. The strange feeling had vanished and they seemed fine--but that had been a little weird.

Angela.Tremaine My heart is like the ocean, it gets in the way So close to touching freedom, then I hear the guards call my name... "Last resort," Angela said. "Because I don't think being torn apart by my magic is going to be much more pleasant than being torn apart by some kind of monster. there was an iron rod not far off and she began to stretch, trying to reach it and pull it over to her. It was just....she could barely touch it. She looked up when she saw Rose had gotten free and had gone straight to threaten Pierce. "Can we wait to kill each other until we're all free?" she asked, managing to inch the rod closer only to have it roll away from her seconds later.
"Gaaah! Dammit!" She slammed her fist against the floor and flopped back into her cage. Staring at the bars, she wondered briefly if she could somehow focus the light and cut through them. "Pfft. Yeah right." That would be awesome, but she'd never been able to do more than glow or cause flashes.
Maybe she could release just a tiny bit of her other magic...just a little. Just enough to...do something. Eurgh! She hated being helpless! Relying on others was just frustrating and look! Look what happened when you relied on other people? Instead of helping you, they went to go threaten someone else with a sock.
Not cool. You can say it one more time, what you don't like, Let me hear it one more time, then have a seat while I take to the sky.

Pierce Mikelovitch Pierce couldn't help but laugh as the shrieking boy (definitely a boy now) shouted death threats from his cage. It was a rather silly thing to do, seeing as there were two whole caged walls that separated the two of them, not to mention... Priorities. But thoughts about such things slipped to the back of his mind as he turned to see Tshila begin to heat up some of the bars on her cage. That... was fun to watch. Pierce unwrapped the cardigan from around his hand and stuck it through the bars of his cage and into Tshila's as soon as she was finished being magic. Despite being nowhere near where she had been applying the flame, he took care not to touch any of the bars anyways... just in case. "Hey blondie, pass this down will you? You're closer to Misa... Maysak... That girl than I am, and if she's the one who's gonna do it, she'll need it more than I do."
A sharp clang caused him to start, dropping his cardigan onto the floor of Tshila's cage in the process. He spun to see- There was someone outside the cages? It was the screaming boy! He had something in his hands (something that appeared a little heavy) and appeared to be attempting to be threatening. Actually, he was pulling it off rather well, but the fact that Pierce was mostly excited that someone amongst the captives knew how to pick locks sort of dulled the unease he should have felt at having someone at the edge of his cage threatening to remove his jaw.
First thing to do: attempt to get the boy to free him. That could happen one of two ways. By taunting him to open the cage in an attempt to assault him, or by convincing him... that he had the wrong cage. By this point, the latter didn't seem too likely, but there was one thing he could do to make his possibly imminent jaw removal a little less probable.
He yanked the earring out of his right ear, clenching it tightly in his hand before making a quick sweep around the room with his eyes. With this many girls in the room (not to mention the attention that the hysterical boy was attracting) The chances of Pierce making eye contact with a female by doing this seemed fairly substantial. No such luck just yet, but he continued to scan as he responded to Rose.
"I said to shut it mate. You screamin' for your mum isn't going to make things any better, and throwing a tantrum probably isn't that great for the overall morale either. Why would you be curled in the fetal position screaming like a little girl when you can pick F$#@ng; locks? Are you slow or something? Doesn't make sense to me. Look, why don't you remove my jaw later yeah? Leave me in the cage, and save me for dessert. But before that, do the smart thing yeah? The OBVIOUS thing TO do, and, you know, get everyone else out! Make yourself useful!"
He shot another look at Tshila, hoping she'd look at him after picking up the cardigan. She seemed more likely than anyone else at the moment to get his little "Don't get assaulted" strategy to work, seeing as she was the closest, and had an actual reason to face him.

Tshila.Curari "Huh?" Tshila looked over at Pierce, then down at the sweater he dropped in her cage. "Alright then..." She picked it up, looking at Rose a little worriedly. Maybe she should, like, knock him away from Pierce's cage? But that was kind of mean and he was a fellow student. She didn't want to attack any of the others. Maybe she'd just wait to see if he actually tried to attack Pierce. As long as there were bars between them, it should be okay.
"Boys..." she muttered under her breath as she tossed the sweater to Misaki. "Here you go. Pierce says you should use protection! and I reckon he knows about these things."

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki was about to get ready to just charge the bars when Tshila threw to her cage a sweater. Well, Misaki didn't think it would help but it was better than nothing. "Thanks, Pierce!" Misaki said as she wrapped it around her arm. Oh freaking hell, this was going to hurt like no tomorrow. She wanted to back out, but the boy that got out wasn't helping and Misaki swore that if she ever got her hands on that boy, she was going to beat him until his face was absolutely not recognizable. She was pissed. After all, she had to resort to punching red hot steel.
If only she had the power to tear off the steel and stab the boy while it was still hot because the thought felt so delicious in her mind. Imaging that boy's face on the iron hot bars, draped the sweater on her shoulder since she figured the only way she was going to break this was a full body collision. Making sure it was her right shoulder since she was better with a sword with her left hand, Misaki backed up as far as she could and then dashed for the hot steel and body slammed right into it. Misaki felt in an instant a very painful collision and a string of unsightly curse words and gibberish escaped from her mouth as she crashed down to the ground.
She would have stayed there and agonized of how much the pain sucked, but she figured there was still more that she had to do. She went to go inspect the cages to see how she was going to get everyone out. She started with Angela's cage first since she provided light and found that there weren't any locks but there was some kind of latch system that could only be opened when one was from the outside. Misaki struggled with it, her fingers clumsily trying to make it work since the monster could attack at any moment.
Then finally, she managed to get it open. "Lucky us. There isn't a lock. I guess the people who made the cages didn't want to bother with keys. Angela. You think you can follow me around so I can open all the cages? It's kind of hard to do it without light?"
And when this is over, Misaki will mope and complain forever about the pain on her shoulder.
((And if Angela agrees, Misaki opens all the doors. D< Finally we can get them out of there. )) ______________________________

Rose Martin Not really knowing what was happening, Rose stayed curled up in the fetal position. She could hear people around her talking, but had nothing to imput. She looked at the girls she was trapped in a net in. How are we going to get out of this? Rose knew none of her skills would work in this horrible net. Luckely, her wings weren't being hurt.
Rose thought that maybe if ripping the net somehow would get them out of the net atleast, Rose pulled, but no luck.
A girl was freeing everyone from their cages, Rose looked at her with a great smile when she unlocked their cage. "Thank you so much!" Rose said and smiled timidly at the girl.

"You know, I'm not much of a fighter, but..." Reilynn had been trying to wiggle out of the net and finally got herself out of it. Now she understood how fish felt. It must be hard to wiggle out of a net while flopping around. Her hair kept getting tangled and everything. Misaki was going around and was freeing everyone, but the collision with the hotness must have hurt. Reilynn cringed when it happened.
But now that the door was open, Reilynn was glad to finally get out of the cage. She stretched and walked out. See! Things were okay if Misaki was around, but it sure was sad that none of the guys in the place was stronger than her.
"Misaki!" Reilynn cried out as she dashed out and clung to the girl like a koala. She was probably being really immature, but she wanted to do it anyways.
((Feel free to just shove Reilynn off. XD She's one of the useless people.)) "...I'm a pretty darn good treasure hunter!"

"Sure. No problem," Angela said, following Misaki around as she let the others out. "Hey, are you sure you're alright? We should probably have a look at your arm--burns are prone to infection and that had to burn you, even through the fabric. Hell, it probably melted the fabric. We need to get you to the infirmary. Tendrils of light spread out from where her feet touched the floor, making the way across the lab. "If I recall, the way out was over there, but it was sealed up by the man who teaches alchemy here."
"I don't think we can get out that way."
But their only other option was to find whatever crack or crevice they were brought into the lab through, and try to get out that way. And that could mean running into the creature in a very tight, narrow spot--not a wise decision at all.You can say it one more time, what you don't like, Let me hear it one more time, then have a seat while I take to the sky.

They were making it really difficult to ignore them with all the blabbing they were doing. He just wanted to pretend he was elsewhere, away from all these girls, not trapped in a smelly old lab.
When they seemed to stop speaking for a moment, he turned his attention back to the male, scowling at him. "Maybe I don't want them to get out. Maybe I want, whatever dragged us to this Hellhole, to kill them all! It would be... safer. Better. I would rather be eaten by whatever the thing was than be around them or you!" He slammed the lock on the bars again, looking for a way to break the cage open so he could beat him to a bloody pulp to ease his nerves.
He jumped nearly a foot off the ground when he heard metal clang on the floor, turning to see one of the girls managed to get free. His eyes widened in fear as he immediately started panicking, grabbing the bars of Pierce's cage, shaking it as hard as he could, trying to force it open so he could hide inside. When it was obvious that there was no way he could get in that way, he moved back, giving one of the girls some distance while they unlatched the cage. ...... Why was his cage the only one with a lock!?
He would wonder about that later, because right now, he had the perfect opportunity. He immediately stepped forward and grabbed the door of the cage, swinging it open and standing in the way so he wouldn't be able to get out without a fight. He was just going to kill him, claim his cage as his own, and lock himself inside until all the women were gone. Yes, a plan. Plans always kept people at ease, and it would do the same for him. Smiling slightly at that thought, he swung the makeshift weapon at Pierce, hoping he would be able to set his plan in motion without too much resistance.
[Feel free to have anyone stop him =D] ❤═━.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.━═❤

Pierce Mikelovitch Pierce ducked, the makeshift sock weapon whistling through the air mere centimeters above his head close enough to take off his hat... if he was still wearing it. It was a bit difficult to dodge at this point, seeing as he had managed to make eye contact with Tshila mere moments before Rose entered his cage, but he knew that if he didn't move through the pain, he would be hurting a whole lot more in a minute. Honestly, when she thought about it, it wasn't the best laid plan. Most people who would swing a decently weighted object at someone else's head probably wouldn't discriminate between the sexes, although it was really surprising how many boys were incredibly hesitant to hit a woman, even if said woman was recently a man. She herself had diffused many a situation in such a way, although most of those blokes were probably too shocked by the fact the the boy they were wanting to slug in the face wasn't actually a boy to do anything. As soon as the transformation was complete, Persephone launched herself at Rose, attempting to tackle him around his midriff and knock him to the ground without looking him in the eye. The last thing she needed at this point was to be changing back in forth willy nilly in the middle of a fight.
"Woah now! Hold up a tick!" She yelped, her voice jumping an octave. "You wouldn't hit a girl now would you?"

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki gave a nod to Angela. "The infirmary is the first place I intend to go when we get out of here." Misaki said as she avoided looking at her right shoulder because it would just make her will to ignore it evaporate.
The crazy boy was up to his antics again and was bullying Pierce. Misaki frowned when she started to hear a girl's voice from him. Well... whatever. Misaki was too much in pain to even react properly. She flinched when Reilynn went colliding into her for a hug. "Oh... Reilynn. Um, why don't we save the hugging for later?" Misaki suggested as she untangled the smaller girl from her. "Why don't you look around for ways out of here. I need to help Eros get on his feet." After all, he seemed to be crawling around.
Misaki made her way to Eros and attempted to help him up and almost dropped him when her burn started to complain. "Hey, you can lean on me. We're looking for a way out of here. Our kidnapper got us in here somehow, so there has to be a way out."
