Vivian Sinclair. Hana Cress. Suzanne Malevolyte.

((WARNING: I'm having an RP with myself day so I could have my characters meet each other so I don't have to worry about who met who and this is probably for me to break into my characters and distinguish their different personalities. I could do this on my own, but people will get confused if my characters suddenly "know" each other. Useless stuff that no one needs to stalk unless they are bored. 8D ))

Vivian had gone out to go grocery shopping with her super special bag that was jinxed to be able to carry 200 pounds but still weigh decent enough for Vivian to carry. She had gotten the bag some few hundred years ago from a blurry face that she didn't quite remember and it was very... out of fashion and looked like a typical travel bag, but it was handy which is why she carried it around even though it was like a huge stain on silk when it came to Vivian's fashion sense.

Well, she was suddenly thirsty and she was craving for some tea. She was too far away from Rosentale to go badger Chloe about it so she just went to the teahouse on the way back. She settled down at a table and tried to figure out what kind of tea she wanted to drink that day.

A little bit after the small child entered the teahouse, Suzanne entered. She was just trying to find a quiet place to relax and read a book and the teahouse seemed like a really decent place for something like that. With a book tucked under her arm, she was about to make for a seat when she recognized Vivian Sinclair. She met her once at a teacher meeting and was amused by her childish looks even though she was accepted as a teacher. Suzanne, thinking that maybe her book could wait, joined Vivian at her table.

"Well, we meet again! It sure has been a long time since the last teacher meeting. I wonder when we're going to have another teacher meeting. I want to meet all the other teachers. Although that wasn't the last time we saw each other. The last time we met, we were looking around for a missing student." Suzanne said as she already pulled up a seat. "You're here alone right? You don't mind if I sit here?"

"Go ahead." Vivian answered. It wasn't like she needed to answer since the woman already settled down and expected an agreement right away. Who was this woman again? She had long forgotten that incident and the name of this woman escaped Vivian. Well, she'll just pretend she knows her and just avoid saying her name.

Around the time they were chatting, Hana came by because she was exploring the city and coincidentally chose to enter the teahouse. She looked around for an available seat and saw the two women that she had seen around Rosentale but never got to chat with them. Hana walked over to them.
"Oh! You both are staff from Rosentale? I hope I'm not interrupting anything important. I'm Hana, a student teacher and I'm just running around as an aide for teachers because I want to see the different styles of teaching. If you need help, feel free to call upon me? Oh, but yes. You both do not mind if I join you? Vivian glanced at the girl who suddenly came to chat with them. A student teacher? Well, she was really bubbly and chatty. It wasn't very observant because that was obvious. However, Vivian's wonderful quiet day was all gone now. These two women both seemed very chatty.

It didn't take long for that thought to leave Vivian's mind when the purple haired woman spoke up.
"Oh! I don't mind at all and Vivian is free. You can join us. So, did you recently start working. I don't think I've seen you around very much. I'm Professor Suzanne Malevolyte. I'm the librarian, but I like to be referred to as a professor anyways. So, what are you? Both of you. It should be a normal question around Rosentale. I'm curious after all. We have a lot of species. I'm a demon and I can travel through shadows. It's not at all impressive but it does cause me to run into interesting situations." Well, her main reason for asking is because Suzanne wanted an idea of all the different species in Rosentale for... her own purposes. Heh. Heh. Heh.

Hana sat down in a free chair and pressed her lips together. Ack. She's so normal! Normal! She was just a human and she had no super powers at all. Well, It's fine. She'll just admit it.
"I'm human. I don't have any powers. But I wish I could travel through shadows so I could stalk-- I mean, it seems convenient." But she really wished she could have that ability. To be able to stay in the shadows under the feet of a couple and have a front row seat! Suzanne had it really good. Hana was envious! Of course, these two were potential main character roles. Everyone in Rosentale shone with main character potential! Wow. So yes. Suzanne probably is a cool beauty who quietly gathers her information and hides her advanced knowledge with her friendly chatting. She probably is the leader of an underground organization!

"Nice to meet you... Hana. My name is Vivian Sinclair. I'm the potions professor." Vivian glanced at Suzanne. Oh so that's her name. Well, it didn't ring any bells. Vivian would have never guessed what her name was. "I'm a witch and I specialize in potions and magic circles."

((SPAM SPAM SPAM. 8D ))
Oh a witch that looked like a little girl! Possible that she was a beautiful enchantress that took the form of the child for beauty is found within. The way she just goes straight to the point and the way she sips at her tea! She must really be something wise and great and amazing! Hana was certain of this because she was a professor and it was hard to imagine a little girl to have that kind of demeanor. Unless... she was a genius little girl which made room for more main character material! She is too mature to play with the other kids and is always treated like an outcast because of her appearance! She is lonely and has no friends so she shut herself off to the world and does everything on her own! Such strength! Such willpower! Such geniusness!

As Hana was thinking her delusional thoughts, Vivian--who didn't have a teacup since Hana just imagined that on her own--was thinking about something completely 'wise and great and amazing.' She was thinking about how much she wanted candy, but she was too lazy to rummage through her bag to get it. A waitress came by to take their orders.

"Orange pekoe please."
"Hmmm, I'll have a white chocolate mocha."
"Um, uh-- I'd like the ginger peach iced tea."

Suzanne was amused with the different choices of drinks. Did it say something about their personalities? Maybe or maybe not. Only a person who looked too hard into things would think that their personalities were reflected in their choice of drinks. Usually drinks were chosen because of what kind of mood a person is. Well, she had no interest in the human. She was easily pushed aside. The witch didn't seem to amount to much either. Well, she just met the most useless people in Rosentale, didn't she? What luck. It was bad. Rotten. Suzanne wanted to strangle both girls and ask them why they were so useless. But the witch had some powers so she was best not underestimated. The human seemed like a dimwit. Suzanne could use her to pass time at least.

"Well my powers are very convenient. I just wished I had an unlimited supply of energy so I wouldn't need to walk. I could just glide or slide in the shadows. But if I did that, I might as well be a shadow." Suzanne answered. "But as a human, you are strong for being weak, don't you know? To live with such inconveniences. You humans baffle me. While witches or other races rely on their pretty magics to make themselves appear strong, you humans persist like cockroaches. Which is a good thing. It's a strength, Hana."

Hana blushed. What!? She was being praised! Well, not really. The human race in general was being praised. She still couldn't help but twiddle her thumbs in embarrassment. "Um... well, thanks! But you probably have your strengths too. I don't know much about demons. I mean, there are so many different kinds. But you're kind is so diverse and it's hard to know everything about you. You're so mysterious and so cool."

"Yes. Why don't we all go play in the fields and pick flowers together and braid each other's hair." Vivian butted in sarcastically. Suzanne smirked as she glanced at Vivian. "Why don't we? There's no reason not to."

Vivian's eyes flashed at Suzanne and both the woman and the girl had a staring contest. Hana watched them stare at each other for a long time and she twiddled her thumbs, unsure of what to say. Well she didn't like this silence. "Ah, so what about boys? Surely you both have someone you are interested in? Are either of you married? Well... I don't know about Vivian. You seem to have circumstances right?"

The witch and the demon declared it a draw in the staring contest and turned back to Hana. "So the question is only directed to Suzanne. I am in no position for silly little thoughts."

"Oh come on. You act as if it's the end of the world, Vivi! I can call you that, right? But whatever. You should at least have a preference at the very least. What if you were as tall and lovely as me? What would your preference in men be?" Suzanne asked. It was decided. Suzanne liked Hana better. Vivi was such a bore. She had the same expression and she seemed to just have given up on life altogether. So she was boring. Boring. "Hmm... now let me think. My favorite men must have some pretty nice horns. I love horns and if they don't have horns, it'll take a lot to make me consider. Of course, I can always make room for nice teeth and nice hands. Strong and vicious." Yes. Claws were wonderful. Sharp teeth that made sharks feel very embarrassed about theirs were perfect. But horns were the most important above all. "But I can always appreiciate a man who can have some fun. Or a man with money."

Hana was amazed! Suzanne had such high standards in men! She was confused about horns, but then she realized that maybe it was some kind of innuendo so it wouldn't be awkward! So beautiful horns... probably means... that. Wow. She was... so detailed. Well, all women had their preferences! But really, how would she tell if a man had 'beautiful horns?' Could it be she was fast to sleep with people? But she also wanted big hands and teeth like a celebrity! She must be a very well off person to have such high standards! Suzanne was definitely a noblewoman! Hana was certain of this!

Vivian, on the other hand, just wanted to go home. Maybe she'll just say something to satisfy them so they would stop pestering her.
"Definitely a man with a lot of money. He has to be obedient too and he has to cater to my ever whim."

"In a sense, you just want a rich slave." Suzanne said.

"No! It has to be a prince charming type of guy! They're so loyal and care so much about their lover! He would do anything for her! That's what she's talking about, right?" Hana cried out.

".....Yeah."

Hana, sure enough, led them straight to the tea house without any problems. Saeslin followed along behind, keeping a respectful distance from the two ladies but when they reached the tea house, he stepped ahead of them and held the door for them both.

"Please, allow me," he said. "After you ladies..."

Walking together with Hana.. Though Colleen isn't comfortable being with her.. Somehow, she's trying to get herself acquainted with a female..

Soon as they reach there, Saeslin just took the lead and opened the door for them..
"Uhm.. Thank you.."

Looking at the selection.. Colleen sighed and took out her purse.. Hiding it from them, she starts to count the pennies inside.. She didn't bring too much money.. Sigh.. What a bad idea.. Somehow there's an ATM machine elsewhere...

"I used to think that everyone had what it took to be a main character."

xxHana led the way and she was pleased to feel their presences behind her. It made her nervous leading the way and as she was leading them to the place, she had doubted herself many times that she was going the right way. She wanted to turn around and ask them to take the lead or if they could go look at a map somewhere. But a miracle happened. She found it and she was happy that she actually could do something right. Saeslin suddenly walked faster and took the lead and Hana felt relief in it. She did a job well done and she could rest now.

He opened the door for Colleen and she walked inside to thank him. Hana was certain that he was going to walk into the building right after Colleen. Then she would grab the handle and go dashing into the shop. However, he stood still and waited for her. Then it finally dawned on Hana. She really was an idiot, was she? Even though he was in love with Colleen, as a gentleman, he would open the door for her to be polite! Yes! It was out of polite rich person duties!

"OH. Sorry about that! I-- Erm, thanks, Saeslin!" Hana cried out. Jeez. Way to make things awkward, Hana. She probably should have let them go alone so she could stalk at her leisure. Well, whatever. They can ignore her now so she can watch them act like a cute couple! Wait! No! Time for side character duties to help them fall deeper in love with each other!

Hana went over to Colleen. "Oh! Colleen? So what kind of drink are you getting?" Hana asked. She noticed that Colleen was rummaging through her purse. Oh! Hana should pay for her. Wait, maybe Saeslin wanted to pay for her and his man pride would be bruised if Hana paid. Well... if that's the case, Hana won't say anything!

"But there are just some people like me who are just destined to remain side characters forever."

"You're welcome," Saeslin said faintly, following the two women inside. "Shall we find a table to sit?"

He had never been her before but the ambiance was nice--very low key and mellow, but also nicely casual. It wasn't a place he had to feel staunchly uncomfortable for being here two two (presumably) single women. He noticed Colleen counting her money and frowned slightly.

"Please don't worry about paying. I will take care of the bill--after all, it was my suggestion for us to come so it only make sense than this will...ah...that this will be my treat for the two of you."

He hoped that didn't seem too bold...

Percy gave the teahouse an incredulous look. There had been a place near the school this entire time that was actually dedicated to serving good tea, and he hadn't known about it? He'd been going to the cafe for tea this entire time when he could have been coming here! He shook his head slightly. Probably would have been better tea as well. He wasn't exactly what you would call a "connoisseur" or anything of the sort, but he knew what he liked, and what he liked, was good, strong tea. The cafe certainly had decent tea, but it never tasted quite right. Possibly the fact that there was a good chance of running into his sibling at the cafe spoiled the flavor. He shoved his hands into his pockets and entered the teahouse, casually looking for a place to sit. He hadn't been hanging out with anyone recently... In fact, he didn't think he had seen any of his friends since the trip to the... river resort, if that's what those were called. A shame to be certain. Maybe he'd go out and look for an acquaintance or two after a cup of tea, though he seemed to notice that when he went looking for someone, or something, he never actually managed to find it... them.

He found a small table and sat down, flipping open a menu and glancing at the vast number of choices laid before him. Well, there certainly was an abundance of flavors, many more that the cafe, and infinitely more than the preprepared tea bags in the student lounge. Of course, what was he expecting from a place the professed to be a teahouse?

Edward Pourdlaw

Edward was forcing himself out of his after full moon slump and was taking a walk despite his want to laze about. After all, if there were anything he hated most in the world, it was lazy people because they were no fun to play with. The walk helped wake him up a bit more to his usual self and he considered going off to find a gym so he could workout, but instead he found himself at a teahouse and on a whim he just decided to try it out. He actually kind of liked tea. He entered the teahouse and found that the place was fairly popular. Too lazy to go grab an empty seat and in a rather chatty mood, he went and approached a boy who was sitting by himself as he looked through a menu.

Hmm... familiar. Surely he saw him around somewhere. Maybe a student of Rosentale that must have been running around a lot that Edward never bothered to talk to. But he could have sworn it was a girl. Either that or Edward probably wished every boy he saw was a girl so he could land a girlfriend or something. Well, it doesn't matter. Edward wasn't really known for having the best memory."Yo, you mind if I join you?" Edward asked as he gestured to the empty seat at the table he sat at.

Percy jumped as an unfamiliar voice sounded closer than he had expected. He hadn't been paying attention to his surroundings so the appearance of the familiar looking boy was rather sudden and surprising to him. "Ah! Ah... Huh... No, no I don't mind. Not at all." Despite being a little uncomfortable and feeling slightly awkward about sitting with and eventually (most likely) drinking tea with some random boy he had never seen before... or... had he seen him? Either way, Percy mostly just felt grateful for the company. "Um, do you... er, right, well, I'm Percy." He stuck a hand out unceremoniously across the table. "Nice to make your acquaintance. I think ah, I think I might've actually seen you around before... Do... do you go to Rosentale? Well, dumb question really, most kids around here seem to go there... well a lot of them at least." He scratched the back of his head. "Sorry, not great with introductions."

This guy did seem familiar... had he been one of the guys who had been fighting with the serial gropist? Maybe... though he really hadn't been paying as much attention as to who was fighting as he was to keeping away and out of it. He didn't really look like the sort to get into a fight, though then again, neither had the gropist. Percy dropped the thought. It wasn't like it really mattered if he had seen him around or not, he hadn't ever attempted to introduce himself, or even talk to the boy before, so really, all that mattered now was not making a total fool of him self in the process of doing so.

"Alright! Thanks." Edward said as he settled down in the chair across from him. He looked around for a menu but he couldn't quite find one. Hmm... maybe it was supposed to be given by a waiter or they just didn't conveniently set two down. Or Edward might have missed grabbing one. Oh well, when they boy was done with it, he'd just snatch it up.

The boy went ahead and introduced himself and Edward grinned at him as he shook his hand firmly. After all, fishy/limp hands during a handshake lead to awkward handshakes, but if he recalled, girls tend to give such handshakes. Either that or Edward was too strong. "Percy, huh? Well, I wouldn't have noticed how bad you were with introductions until you mentioned it. I don't think many people would pay attention. You can call me Edward." Edward answered as he released the boy's hand. Besides, a bad introduction is a nice to meet you without a name or something. But then again, that wasn't an introduction at all. That was just a forgotten intro. Okay. Edward was just confusing himself. He'll stp thinking about it. "Oh? So you're from Rosentale too? Great! So I wasn't imagining things. I think I saw you around... at places. Somewhere. Anyways, it seems like Rosentale students are littered all over the place since it's summer vacation so it shouldn't be rare to be running into other students from the school"

Edward certainly had a firm handshake. Percy resisted the urge to shake out his hand as the other boy released him, as that would have been far too dramatic for the pressure applied. "Ah... yeah, probably not." Percy smiled sheepishly. "But then, telling you that I'm bad with introductions sort of proves how bad I am with introductions doesn't it? Never mind, doesn't really matter anyways... Nice to meet you Edward." He set the menu down on the table, having decided what to order, and gave the spot in front of Edward a speculative look. No menu... there was only one at the table. "Um... menu?" He raised his eyebrows and slid the folded object towards the other boy. "I think I've seen you around before too... maybe in the cafeteria or the hallways or something. But yeah, I guess it shouldn't be too uncommon to run into someone from the school..."

He leaned back in his chair, searching for something to make a conversation of. "Yeah... Summer break. Don't get me wrong, I love the whole no school thing, but I'm kinda having a hard time figuring out what to do with myself." He smirked. The other day I kind of just stared off into space the whole day. Kinda decided I needed to start actually doing stuff after that. Go out and... I don't know, play cricket or whatever it is that we do around here... I'm ah, only joking of course. Don't actually play cricket, mostly I just read manga... Fan of frisbee though."

He was done with the menu. Edward was getting ready to sneakily snatch it when he wasn't looking when Percy offered it to him. "Oh? Thanks! I was wondering how I would know what to get. So what are you ordering? Exotic tea or a personal favorite?" Edward asked as he took the menu gratefully and started flipping through it. There sure was a lot of tea. Edward wasn't sure if he should get something he knew would taste good or something new. It was a hard choice and Edward would really have to think about this.

He glanced up from the menu when Percy started talking about what he's been doing for summer vacation. "Dude, I feel you. Well, not because I don't know what to do, but because it's around this time of the full moon that I feel super lazy. Doing nothing sounds totally legit right now. But we can't waste our summer doing nothing and what the heck is cricket?" Edward asked.

He perked up a little when Percy mentioned frisbee. "Frisbee? That's a pretty good game. Well, if you're ever free, I'm always up for a game." Edward said. The rest of his hobbies kind of was another world to Edward. "But I gotta warn you. I can get pretty aggressive when trying to get the frisbee." No really. He would bite. Not that... he should be running around telling people this so he won't.

Percy shrugged hesitantly. "A-ah, just a, um, personal favorite I guess. Black tea. That's what I... That the kind of tea I drink usually, at least it was. The cafe has black tea too but it doesn't taste quite right... But I mean, no sense being picky... Just thought I'd try this place, see if it was... you know... any different."

He wanted to ask what exactly Edward meant by feeling lazy around the time of the full moon... Why would something like that affect how active one was?
But his question about cricket sort of made him forget about it. "Er... Cricket..." He began. "It's like... Golf, mixed with baseball and croquet, with no gloves... sort of." He grinned momentarily. "They mostly play it in britain, but I never have. I've heard the rules are real confusing... And I-I'd be down to go toss a frisbee around... sometime, though if it's just the two of us then I won't have to worry about your... aggression right?" He smiled weakly, hoping he hadn't sounded insulting. "Ah... What about you? What are you... What are you gonna get?"

"Looks like we have the same taste in tea. Usually I'd go for some black tea, but I think I need something cool and refreshing and fruity. Hopefully it'd help knock the lazy out of me." Edward said as he looked through the menu. He might as well just go for the typical lemon flavored iced tea. "So you've been to the cafe before? I haven't been there yet. Then again, I haven't gone out much at all. But I'll keep what you said in mind if I decide to go there." Of course there's considering that people had different tastes too.

Edward set the menu down since he had already decided his pick as Percy started to explain what cricket was. He was a bit confused as he tried to imagine what Percy was describing to him but all he could think of was the messed up croquet game from Alice in Wonderland. "Eh... Doesn't really sound like my type of game." Edward remarked. Well the boy had a point. As long as he stayed out of Edward's way as he chased the frisbee, he ought to be fine. He didn't seem at all manly like Jacob or hard headed like Izzy so it would be terrible if Edward sent him to the infirmary because of careless playful behavior. "Er... yeah... I think it should be fine! Although we'll probably have to go find a frisbee somewhere. I have a ball collection at the dorm, but they're not really frisbees."

"So you don't strike me as one to play much sports, huh? So what exactly do you do on your spare time? You mentioned manga, but I don't think that's all you do." Edward was asking mainly because he wanted to know if this boy was smart. Maybe he studied a lot in his spare time. Maybe Edward could at least find someone who could help him out with some schoolwork when he needed it.
