Xiu was nearly knocked off of Aymet's back at the sudden impact, but she somehow managed to hang on. Her gaze flickered over towards the controlled dragon--the controlled rainbow dragon--and the figures that were perched on his back. They were close enough for her to strike now, but did she really want to--what was that?
Her eyes widened as she caught sight of a strange, slender red thread that led to Riley and Jericho. "Jiejie, do you think that's..." She glanced over towards the tatzel, and then a look of determination came over her face. If there was any way to free the other students, this seemed to be their chance.
Taking careful aim, Xiu suddenly struck out, aiming for the thread that was controlling Riley.

With that red thread thing gone and her ride maybe safe, Savior decided it was time to move on and go hit the thing the threads were coming out of. She wanted to protect the Puppy.
Everyone else was kinda secondary. ( Seriously )
So naturally when she could attack? She attacked, and attacked hard thanks to being up in the air. My HP: 38/40

Taryn shrieked at the first appearance of the hands. She couldn't help herself. To see something tangible be created in intangibility. She could not reach it from the ground, although she roared a plume of fire that looked pretty fantastic, but evaporated in the air. It took her a moment to realize that she was still clinging to the jar. ...she didn't want this! This was Insanity! Pure, unfettered Insanity! She heaved the jar up into the fog, hoping that it would connect with something or another. It passed directly through the fog, splitting pieces of the hand apart.

One of the controlled students was being attacked, Taryn noted. She doubted that Roch would have just done it unbidden... perhaps her sanity was at risk? She couldn't imagine being led by a beast attacking your peers, your friends... but what was this? A string? She lunged up to try and grab it, releasing a puff of flame that burst apart an inch or so away from the string. Damn!
"Roch, attack the string!" Taryn yelped, although she couldn't be certain if the ghoul would actually be freed. It was worth a try! "If she falls out of its power, she can help us attack it!" Probably with more power than any uncontrolled student would know.

West landed back on the ground, falling heavily to his knees as madness reigned above. He was pretty sure he had managed to damage the thing, even though he couldn't really tell where it began, and he was ready to deliver some more pain. The boil was still looking at the ground when a glowing bug skittered past, bringing with it a feeling of warmth and, well, awesomeness. Rock on, glowing bug.

Sura shook out her body, watching the strings and the students who were attacking them, before she took up the largest and heaviest object she could find (whatever that ended up being), just completely chucked it at the large and annoying creature in the sky. She even kind-of-didn't-miss it!
It frustrated her that the puppet-like thing was messing with them, however.
"Anybody need a lift?" she finally said, her voice as loud and monstrous as her body was.

Tucking back in after having thrown his daggers, Shun braced himself for some sort of impact. He glanced down to see Mitsu leaping up towards him. Gritting his teeth, he twisted around and let out a grunt as his body impacted with hers. Just barely, he managed to grab a hold. Sheridan was flying toward the monster in the fog, powering forward with with each lash of his tail. The dragon would have been the first to admit his fighting prowess (or rather lack there of) left much to be desired, but when it came to flight it was clear he was in his element. On his back, Petro would have noticed the flight was smooth, his balance easy to keep even if he were standing on the dragon's back. His head turned, his body following as he circled, daring to fly closer to the fog, to get them both within range. Something caught his attention, pausing to hover in flight for a moment as his gaze turned to the monster's hands. Threads? Wait, puppet strings? Was that... "Do you think we can break those threads?" Sheridan was already diving in that direction. My HP: 30/30 (thank you Rage for your healing!) My Status: charge! Well it looked like those strings could explain Mei's attacking of another student. Maybe she wasn't mad at him afterall! =D
Maybe if he liberated her she wouldn't even be mad at all period right?!

Everyone was attacking, everyone was fighting the boss. Chuppi could only hope to protect them one at a time, but if she helped go after the boss, wouldn't that be best? How could she get up there though? Could she jump? In her natural form her abilities were at their best, but even then did she had a chance?
It was then that she heard someone talking, and the Chupacabra turned to see the massive Sura offering to lift people. If she was thrown, with a jump combo, perhaps then?
"Yes! Do you think you can lift and throw me?" Chuppi's voice was as loud as she could muster as she ran over on all fours, red eyes looking up at the Collosus. Such a large monster had to be strong!

While Calder continued to bash the face of his beloved against the sled, he looked up when something glowed around him. It was ANNOYING!
Snarling, he snatched out and gripped it between his fingers, and felt a glow tingle up his arm. Whatever it was, it was lovely to squish.
He certainly did love bugs.

Sura looked down towards the tiny Chupacabra, having had been working on her ability to..find smaller individuals than herself (Re: Most everybody) and regarding her curiously, ears perked to catch her tiny voice. Still, the Colossus lowered her tail so that it could be climbed upon.
"You are small and I am sure very light, I will be able to throw you most easily." she said confidently.

Barth remained loose in Calder's grip, asleep even with the abuse...but not unresponsive. Another thorny vine struck out from under the slay, curled around Calder neck, and flung him into the snow below.
...Admittedly more gently than it had flung Amrita. There was no extra malicious squeeze. And the string tying Calder to the master hand, of course, remained unbroken.

"Gracias" Chuppi didn't even wait much longer before she scrambled onto Sura, apologizing inwardly for her weight. She knew she wasn't light but she figured it would be okay since the other had said it would be and as soon as she was ready she was launched....and she jumped right at the highest point, giving her a good go.
Once in the air the monster curled into a ball, her quills out, and she spun in an effort to make a decent strike. She connected as far as she could tell, the strange feeling against her quills some form of proof, and the little monster spread herself back out as she started to fall downward. Maybe she'd land on her feet?
She didn't think this through, Roch was going to be so mad at her when she hit the ground and died!

Soon after using flamethrower on Aymet, Jericho felt something.. snap. Blinking, he looked stared at the dragon ahead with a sense of confusion. Wait. What had he been doing? Why was he attacking Aymet? Shouldn't he be attacking the big thing in the sky? He also realized that he still had some extra passengers on his back, he let out a grumble, still not entirely happy about extra riders.
