Here's a simple one that I wrote for the heck of it. I just thought of a title for it, so that might change....or it might not. Who knows.


Arrogance:

I turn heads wherever I go
It doesn't matter the sex, don't you know?
Obviously you don't realize
That this one right here is a major prize
So don't diss or hate because you can't relate
Need to get rid of that bad attitude and appreciate
And maybe learn a thing or two
Because that weak thing you call game just isn't going to do.

This was a spur of the moment type thing so I didn't really think it out too well. I just kind of...wrote it. So if it seems off flow, then that's why. I want to go and make changes, but I don't feel like it razz






Get out of my head
I thought this nightmare was fed
I’ve been playing in elements I know nothing about
And it’s come back to haunt me without a doubt

I know a little of what I’m doing, not a complete idiot
Then why won’t it go away!

Been trying to move on with my life

I’m done dealing with things that link you to me
I cut that cord a long time ago
The wind carried me and I just went with the flow
But obviously I didn’t get far enough

*screams*

Just leave me the hell alone! I’m not this tough
Why does it keep testing me!
You already know what I’m made of. Just look and see!
It’s printed all over my face
Now give me my space
And just leave me alone
This one thing will you please just condone

*sighs*

Or maybe it’s just me
And my insecurity
In the words of my mom, I’m just a “little girl”
Trying to make it in this adult world
So just let me be
I wish you would cease to haunt me

Ooo, I like it. Deep as can be =) I especially like the ending. To be honest, the first stanza wasn't that appealing to me. ^^; Sorry
