"Oh my god, Leon. Do they not make jokes where you're from? Drop it already." Candace finally snapped. She was trying to stay nice and civil. She was. She really had been. But he just wouldn't shut the ******** up.
Jerry's voice cut her attention away from the almost-fight and she perked up, sitting straighter in her chair and patting the open seat beside her. "C'mere, honey~." She smiled until she heard someone yelling. Oh...it was that girl from before, the one who had defied Caelius' orders. Did she know Robert and Petra, then? Huh...
Girl's got some rage.

So glad to be out of that particular golem and back into her own body as her ears still slightly ringing from the pixel freak, but she was still in a good mood that she had done well in netting freaks, but she had a feeling that mood might be short lived maybe. She also wanted to find some new books to read as well, but that would have to be later.
That is true.
Looking around the room to see that some of the others had made it back and she just decided and for the fact that she didn't know what to say to the others that she sat down away from were most of the others were. She did want to know just who those four freaks had been, but she didn't voice her question. She just sat there listening to the others to see if her questions might be answered and to wait for Before to get back from his own golem.

"Reine!?"
Eva was out of her seat in an instant, the chair squeaking loudly as it was pushed back. She listened to her friend's outburst with alarm, and though she was confused, she knew that she should get find a way to calm Reine down before things escalated. Fortunately--just as she had been able to climb onto the table herself--the girl climbed down, settling back at her side.
W-what just...?
Turning around, Eva rest her hands on Reine's shoulders, her expression concerned as she looked over her friend carefully. "Do you know hi--" No, not a good question to ask. She cut herself off, paused, and cleared her throat. "Let's sit down, okay?" She settled back into her seat, urging Reine to do the same. Otto had the right idea with talking privately...
...When some guy suddenly walked past and pat Reine on the head. What.

Robert looked vaguely amused at Otto, giving the guy a half-smirk, but he had nothing short of a second to see a flying Reine coming at him, fist in his face. It would be cute, if it didn't hurt so much. Robert's hair swung wildly to the side as he was punched, and he snapped back into place, amusement forgotten. The dark glare evened out as it stared at her retreating form, and a growl left his throat, low and rumbling. Jordan's voice cut through his mind, and Robert took a deep breath, before the dead apathy returned. "All right, boss." He growled. "All right." His eyes flickered from Reine, to Otto, to Eva, and there was a flicker of something there. Something terrible. So, he moved a chair over where Reine's chair had been before she pushed it back, and sat down beside the girl, ignoring Reine completely, and held his hand out to her. "Robert. We met earlier. Nice to see you in the flesh."

Jordan winced, his amusement vanishing as his eyes flicked between Reine and Robert. What had just happened? He was going to find out after the meeting. From both of them. To Maddie, he said, "Reine was A10, though I had no idea there was history between her and Robert. And Petra, apparently." His voice was calm and even, carefully controlled.

"Oh." was the simple reply. who the hell pissed in her cornflakes right now. The only joke Leon ever heard was that he punched like a woman during training sessions. But man, was Candace two faced, quick to bite off his head and just as swift to be all honey'ed with the Choir fanatic there. "Whatever then." he huffed out almost childlike.
silly awkward Leon, it was time for more pushups.

"Maybe later," she murmured to Otto, clinging to his jacket. "He didn't hurt you, though, did he?" It helped her calm down, fussing over him and ruffling his hair, messing with his bandanna. "'cuz I swear, I'm going to rip him a few new ones if he's screwing with you.."
She didn't mind Jeremy's headpat quite as much, though; the comfortable weight of his hand on her head- even if it was a stranger- was nice.
"Not a loudmouth," Reine sulked at the new guy; it was going to take her some time to get out of this mood.
oh, kitten, making a show out of yourself...
It's just.. aughhh. I thought we were done with this, and he always has to pull the same crap, I don't... even.
pull yourself together.
It wasn't a statement, even- more of an ultimatum, and Reine obeyed, forcing a smile onto her face... even as Robert moved a chair next to Eva; her Eva. Ruining everything always ruini--
what I said, kitten.
Biting her lip, Reine cuddled Eva, whispering an "I'll see you later," before standing up and clutching the new guy's sleeve.
"Can I sit with you?" "

"Mmmm...Nope, loudmouth." Jeremy decided cheerfully, lightly teasing the poor girl. Something was obviously way off with this situation, and he had to wonder what Robert had done to her to promote this behaviour. One night stand, maybe? Well, who knew, who cared? Certainly not him. She had turned back to her friends and the Sun Trainee was about to wander off himself, but he felt that tug on his sleeve, and he looked back at her over his shoulder.
"Uhh, sure?" More glances between the girl and Robert; did he really want to get into this? It had nothing to do with him, and she was so obviously...well, alright. He reached up to take her hand, taking a firm grip on it to lead her to 'his' seat.
Which happened to be the one she had been sitting on prior.
He kept his grip on her, pulling her down onto his lap and quickly wrapping his arms around her, keeping her against him. Grinning like the little s**t he was, Jeremy rested his chin on her shoulder. "Don't give him that satisfaction." Jeremy whispered softly into her ear.

Eva's eyes widened in surprise as Robert suddenly pulled a chair out next to her, as if Reine had not been there at all. She pulled her gaze away from the man to look at her friend and, as she had expected, she did not seem at all pleased by the man's presence. Just what had gone down between these two in the past? And where did this "Petra" person fit in?
She shook her head. It wasn't in her place to wonder.
She returned Reine's hug with a tight squeeze, her expression concerned as she pulled back. However, she said nothing--she simply nodded to show that she understood, glanced back to look at Jeremy calculatingly as Reine asked to sit with him. So long as he didn't actually do anything to her friend...
Eva turned back to Robert then, hesitating for a second before she finally took his offered hand. "I, ah, likewise. I'm Evie. It's nice to meet you--what."
She was momentarily distracted by Jeremy what the hell was he doing to her friend?

Ariane entered the classroom, was about to go bother Jeremy, noticed the pretty girl on his lap...
... And might had stopped, grinning and giving him a thumbs up, before sliding into a seat that was conveniently located where she was standing.

Robert took Eva's hand, and shook it. "I remember." He answered, just as distracted by Jeremy's antics as Evie was. "I'd like to talk to you, later, if you have a chance." His voice sounded dead serious, as he spoke to Evie - but his eyes were narrowed on Jeremy.
"Hey. Jeremy. Do me a favor?" His hands were clenched like fists, ready to strike, and his voice was a low growl. And then, suddenly, with a cleansing breath, he released.
"Watch your extremities, bro." He murmured. "She bites."

Reine fully expected him to sit, perhaps, on the opposite side of the round table.. somewhere far away enough from Robert.. and the rest, but instead he plonked himself right down on the chair she'd just left vacant.. and pulled her along with him.
... Well then.
"Keep your hands off my things," she warned Robert, snuggling into Jeremy's arms. Whatever it made her look like, she'd take it; at least, Jeremy wasn't trying anything indecent on her- that, in itself, placed him higher on the rankings than Robert, and she could, for the most part, pretend it was like sitting in a rather clingy.. and warm armchair whose name she did not know.
"Oh, I won't," she whispered back. "And I don't bite. Otto there might, though." If not satisfied by the current situation, at least calmed down enough and feeling somewhat brave enough to properly ignore Robert. "Reine, by the way- and you? Or should I just call you 'Couch'?"

Ariane's thumbs up received a wide grin and a wink, but other than that he said nothing to her. Why bother?
"Yeah, Man?" Jeremy lifted his head from Reine's shoulder just enough to lean back and look at Robert. He'd seen that look before, heard that tone before, and the clenched fist didn't escape him. Okay, seriously? Just once he'd really like to have a strange girl on his lap without the possibility of a boyfriend (or ex in this case, considering) punching his daylights out! He was honestly surprised when nothing happened, and instead of answering right away, he merely pouted at the answer the girl gave in his place.
"Aww, really? That's too bad." He was trying his best to sound upset, really he was! It might have worked, if he could stop grinning. "Thanks for the heads up man." Robert received a pleasant tone and smile, before the pretty girl in his lap had all of his attention.
"Reine? Well, that's a pretty name~" One arm loosened around her waist, and just enough to put the end of his hoody string between his teeth; those cravings were returning where he just needed to chew on something, it was probably a bad idea to chew on her. "Jeremy, but 'couch' works fine, too." His arm was right back around her and his chin back on her shoulder, making her sit near to the man she supposedly hated.
"Who're your friends?" More importantly, why did you throw a bitchfit against Robert?

Coming out of the pod became easier each time you did it. Bix was definitely glad to be back in his properly proportioned male body. He'd just missed the almost-fights but there was definitely a weird tension in the room when he came in.
He tried to pay it no mind and collapsed into a chair beside Gale.

A-10? That would ordinarily have been cause for celebration, except that Madison had no idea what was happening and didn't want to get in the middle of... whatever it was. "Oh," she said, quietly, and watched the fireworks in utter confusion.
Awkward.
