Clockworkkefferson Umum hello. (;w; ) Since this seems to be doubling as an introduction thread, I'll go ahead and post a little bit about myself as a roleplayer. I'd like to start by saying that I'm really happy to have been invited to this group. It seems like there's not a whole lot of good, tight literate groups nowadays. It's even harder to find good lit/advanced roleplays than it used to be, it seems. I have a weird roleplaying style, I'm not fond of sparkley posts or pictures of characters in general. I prefer for it to be 100% about the words that are written. That being said, it's not that I can't set up the coding to make nice-looking posts and such, I just prefer not to. I've been told that sometimes I post a little too much, which is better than posting too little, I guess. xD;;; I'm pretty good about posting, but I'll get grumpy if someone's being a little OOC or silly and if the thread descends into madness I'll stop posting. So all in all, I guess you can say I'm a bit serious and maybe a little picky. Even so, I hope to be able to make some friends on here. Um um, that's all. (;w; ) I know I've already said this, but welcoooooome x3 It's a thrill to have you here. I hope you get everything you could ever want out of this guild.

Hello, my name is Felin Greenleaf.
I've been a part of this guild for a while but haven't posted a single thing as far as I remember. I honestly don't even remember how or when I joined, but hey. I'm a fairly decent role player in the right setting I suppose.
I generally dislike overly happy settings or guaranteed happy endings, if only because that takes the surprise out of things. I'm much better at sulky, brooding characters than I am at overly-bubbly as well. I prefer fantasy or cyberpunk settings but will give most anything a shot. I also abuse commas, the semi-colon still frightens me.
I do not say very much most of the time, especially if I feel like it adds little to a conversation. I will come off as serious most of the time, at least until I get settled in. I will say here that if anyone at any time feels the need to send me a PM do not hesitate.
My specialties involve slaves, intricate combat, death scenes, and scenery.
Oh right, I'm also sort of bad at keeping up with guild-based RPs due to lack of notifications. I have yet to find an RP I want to join, though there are a few I'm looking at currently. I may also start one in the coming nights.
I dislike having to use pictures for characters, partly because I am horrible at finding them, partly because I find it easier just to describe them. Post formats, as well, are generally a pain. I will, however, use them if required.
Hopefully I will begin posting relatively soon, and I do look forward to playing with you all.
Edit: Ah right, a few more things I had forgotten. If/when I do set up an RP I will do very little to influence it once it has gotten started. I prefer to watch stories grow and progress naturally. I will drive plot points in if needed. I am also, for lack of better phrasing, a responsive role player. If there are characters and settings interacting with my own, or even just engrossing, my posts will be much higher quality than if not.

Hello All, I am Hadies Queen,
yes I'm aware of the Typo in the Name, I was young when I made it, and though it use to irritate me it has grown on me none the less.
I tend to Create Roleplay's more then I join them, but hey things can change.
umm lets see....My grammar isn't that bad (in my eyes) the only thing I have a problem with are the their there and they're and any other word that has multiple spellings with different meanings...that is my weakness, but other then that I am normally very active.

-I love to read, write, draw, and I do have a Denviantart where I post some pictures some times.
-When I make an RP i tend to get really into it, I make roles, I make up new weapons, draw maps, create arc's and plot murders and revenges and what character's would go good who's.

-I've been on gaia with this account since '09, but I actually joined back in '07 with my other account (which is more of a mule now)

Hello hello everyone! I'm known as devilish masquerade here on gaia, but my name's Katlyn. My roleplay friends call me Katato, so feel free to call me whatever! I'm 26, well soon to be 26, and live with my girlfriend and two dogs. My dogs are my babies, so I tend to talk about them alot! They're boxers and the best things ever! I love to read and roleplay. I love writing. I haven't roleplayed for a while. I just started getting back into it so please bear with me.! I don't really have a lot of things I wont do. I am willing to try anything out! I like playing oc's and canons alike, no hate here! The only thing I will not do is slave x master. I have never liked those kind of roleplays and I won't do them. Hello everyone!
I'm paarthuurnaax, fka Talon StarDrifter. I was away for a few years, but I'm back now. I used to be a pretty heavy roleplayer, but I'm on indefinite hiatus from that. I first joined the guild a few years ago as Crew and shall hopefully resume my duties very soon.
Even though I probably won't be participating in any roleplays, please feel free to ask for any help regarding setting up threads, story ideas, etc. It's what I'm here for!

Hello my name is Alexis, but please call me Lexa.I have been on and off Gaia for about eight years now, and I have just recently been active every day for almost a full year.
Just me:
~ 21 years old as of October 14th, 2014
~ I am currently a senior in college and I am a dance major
~ I live in New York (no, not the city stare ) So I am on Eastern Time
~ Right now I am in two shows and they both go up in October, so I might be
a bit slow at responding until November comes around
Roleplays:
~ I am a movie, book, video game, and anime nut, so I love roleplays like that!
~ I love fantasy and romances. I will play female and male straight characters and gay male characters. (I apologize for you yuri lovers out there, but I just can't get into it)
~ I always have to find the perfect picture for my character, and they are always in anime form.
~ I'm not very good at thinking of an overall plot, however, I can be very helpful if you need details or small plot ideas inside a roleplay
~ I am slowly learning how to make pretty post formats
~ I have never played an evil character, that's just not who I am. I would be open to try though! You would just have to be patient with me.
~I have always wanted to try a Horror genre roleplay
~ I never intend to make short posts, but if I do it means that I did not get enough inspiration for one
~ I don't really like futuristic roleplays

Looks like this is the welcoming thread and I am seeing a few familiar faces around here already. ninja
So for those of you who know me from other guilds, good to see you here as well.
For those who don't, I'm Angel. I think it goes without saying since I'm part of this particular guild, but I like writing, a lot. It is my stress relief and escape when life gets too overwhelming and chaotic. I will note here as I have elsewhere, I don't think to think of what I do as RP. I write. I do tend to write things with darker twists and love taking my plots in ways that stretch my characters to their breaking point and beyond. My bad guys tend to think of themselves as heros and my good guys tend to be....a little rough around the edges. Let's go with that shall we?
I do stay away from fanfic and work with original plots and ideas. That doesn't mean that I don't take inspiration from things, but you won't see me writing a story with the main character being Ceiel (Black Butler reference). Other than that, I'm up for most plot ideas if they look like they have a solid goal in mind and a journey to take. Look forward to writing with you soon!

Hola! The name is Likewise Borne, but you can call me Borne. My real name is Niki, if you would prefer to call me that. I usually don't answer to that anymore, but if you need me, just quote me. It makes things easier on everyone. Right now, I am 24. I will be 25 in four days (!!). I'm not excited about this at all. >>;; I'm living with my wonderful boyfriend and strange, yet very private, roomie. I only have one pet, a betta named Fish Sticks. He's an a*****e. I'm trying to talk my boyfriend into letting me get a kitten, but so far it's a no go. I'm too determined though. I'll win this one! I know it! Currently, I an unemployed, which sucks, but I'm thinking of going back to school to get my Masters in Library Science. I love everything about books. You seriously don't want to get me started on that. My passion for them runs too deep, yo.
Some of my personal interests are reading, writing, and drawing. I've been doing them all since I was three (older cousins, what can I say). My favorite is reading, though. To sit back and get lost in another world, in a character's mind... It's amazing. If you have any books you think I need to read, let me know. I keep a list. I've read about 400+ books just within a few years, so more than likely I've read it.
My roleplaying interests vary. I love original rps, those are always some of the best. Series are always fun (I have one that I want to start back up again, but that will not be posted in here, sorry). When it comes to series I like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy, though if I see a series that piques my interest, I'll try it. School rps don't really hold my interest anymore unless it involves something other than drama. Like if there is a main plot for it, I'm more likely to join. I've been wanting to try out this rp idea I have, so you may see that in the near future. I have some major details to hash out still.
