 Tenko looked around at the others. His body was feeling almost as good as before but not at the moment. He struggled to move. He wiggled and wiggled. Nothing had happened. He sighed and began to focus. He saw the teacher did something. He couldn't think of what he had done. So he kept trying by force to get out. He struggled in hopes that he would soon find a way. His hands began to hurt. He smiled. 'Well at least I'm not the only one tied up. I'd love to see them do any better.' He went back to trying to wiggle his way out. He puffed up his chest the best he could and hoped the would give way to him. He felt the rope begin to tighten every where else. His wrists began to hurt. He exhaled as the breath left him from being squeezed all over.
He thought back to what the teacher had done. He remembered the Sensei did a lot of moving around. He nodded and gave it another try. He tried to twist and turn inside but the ropes were to tight. On top of that, every time he twisted and turned the rope would pull somewhere else and it began to hurt. He wondered how he was ever going to get out of it. 'There had to be something more to it.' He wondered what it could have been. He tried to think closely. Everything had to have had a reason. He closed his eyes and thought back to what the teacher had said. He said it was a "Jutsu" and it was the first one. 'Usually you need Chakra to use any jutsu's other than Taijutsu. Is that he key?' He struggled a bit more before he stopped to catch his breath. Tenko nodded to himself as if he had solved it all. He wondered how the cocky kid was doing. He had a little hope that the kid would fail, but that was unlikely. That kid seemed like a beast. He cleared his head of distractions. 'Chakra... You need to focus... Come on.' He tried to get his chakra. He closed his eyes and focused harder. His face began to turn red. He exhaled and realized he was holding his breath. He couldn't do it. They hadn't even learned how to tap into it. His head spun, whether it was from the thoughts swarming inside his head or if it was the light headed-ness from when he held his breath, he didn't know either way. 'There HAS to be a simpler way. Chakra. Yes I got that far but what about it?' He rattled his brain and hoped for information.
Suddenly it had struck him, the notes. The Sensei had made them take notes about Chakra and how it could be used. His head began to hurt as he searched through all the information he could remember. 'Gah! I should have paid more attention in class!' He slowly started to remember. He closed his eyes and felt the mist as it brushed against his exposed skin. He felt a fiery feeling that started to well up inside of him. He grabbed a hold of that feeling and let it course through out his body. His body felt lighter. He began to move around a little easier. Once he had noticed this be began to try and slip himself out. He was able to wiggle half his hand through. As suddenly as it had came it let. His hand became jarred in the knot half way from freedom with it. He couldn't believe it. 'So that was Chakra?' He felt the same feel as before but it had felt more refined this time. Not as brutal and more able to control. He smiled as he realized what it truly meant. He was going to get to that food one way or another.

Tenko was excited so much he actually began to quake with happiness. He laughed out loud. "Bwuahahahahaha!" His legs thrashed in his enthrallment. His smile became serious as he used the rope to hold himself up. He posted his feet against the post. He dug down deep inside himself as he wiggled his hand more. He felt the rope get tighter as he did so but he was confident in himself. He wiggled his hand out the rest of the way as his smile or seriousness never faded. He enjoyed the challenge he would have ran from the first chance he had, but he was not going to be shown up by some new arrogant fish person! His right hand broke free of the knot. He smirked and rotated his wrist. He enjoyed his small success. It may have been small but it had show that he used his chakra.
He set his feet down against the ground once more. His feet barely touched. He felt he had to make up for being the shortest, as if that was somehow his fault. It was when the feeling disappeared once more that he noticed he felt weaker in a sense. He felt drained. He wasn't hurt but his inside felt as though it had been sliced and taken from him. He groaned quietly as he tried to figure out what happened. He wiggled his left hand but it didn't bulge an inch. How was he to get out of it this time, and to top it off he felt as if he had just been robbed of his puppet. Odd thing to think about at a time like that. He sighed as the mist floated around. He was barely able to see the person on the end of the line. His smile still never left his face even as he failed his attempt. He wasn't going to lose. Not this time. It was going to be a struggle but he was serious and had something to prove.

Tenko flexed his left hand. He closed his eyes and dug deep down. It was becoming alot easier to call it forth. 'I'll have to thank the Sensei for making me take all those notes.' It was like a switch flipped inside his head. He wasn't going to run away. He was an enrolled student in the Hidden Mist Ninja Academy. He heard the rumors but he didn't care. His hand began to tremble from the strain of his closed fist. He found what he was looking for. His Chakra. He seized it and it in turn coursed through his body. He relaxed his left arm and was able to pull it half way through the rope before it got caught up. He was just glad that he was doing it. His anxious thoughts clouded his mind. He couldn't believe he was actually using his Chakra like a ninja. His mother would be so proud. He didn't even notice that after he lost concentration he lost the hold he had had on his Chakra. He cursed himself for to have let that out of his grasp was a stupid mistake.
He felt another piece taken from him as if it were life from him. He would have hit his forehead if his arms could reach his head. His upper body was still bound. He can't believe that he didn't remember. Chakra IS life. It was awaken by the hand seals. He thought back to what the Sensei had said. If your Chakra runs out you pass out, and if not helped by someone with Chakra of their own. You Will die. He shivered from the thought. His mother would kill him herself if he died. His smile dropped a little before he could recover it. He needed a little more Chakra to pull his other arm free. He dug deeper than he had before. He found it. Once it course through him he focused. 'Remember. Focus. Concentrate...' His body felt lighter once more as it had previously. He was able to wiggle his hand the rest of the way out. His face lit up as he rotated both his hands. He was definitely getting the hang of it. The lost of the Chakra he used drained him almost to his limit. He started to feel a little sleepy.

Tenko looked at the "Man/Puppet" that had tied him up. He then turned his attention to the bentos. He was so hungry his stomach began to growl. He shushed his stomach and looked back at the Sensei. "Um... Sensei. Can I ask. How did you become a puppet? Was it cause your normal body got hurt badly? Or was it cause someone else's Jutsu turned you into a Puppet so they could pull your strings?" He had made a horrible pun but he didn't care he truly wanted to know more. He had never seen such a thing. I mean his mother had told him about people using puppets to fight but never one with its own conscience and will, let alone one that speaks in an odd accent. "Also where are you from? You have an odd accent and or dialect. I hear a lot of stuff from my mother. Heh heh." He would have rubbed the back of his head for feeling foolish but his main body was still tied up and he couldn't move anything above his elbows.

Tenko couldn't take it anymore. His stomach was growling almost nonstop. He dug down deep inside himself once more. He had to finish it now. Otherwise someone was going to get a better bento! 'THAT'S NOT HAPPENING!!!!!' He dug deeper still and grabbed a hold of it and was thankful that it did as he wanted to. He felt it almost pulse throughout his body. He moved and put his feet on the post once more. He pushed up against the ropes. With all the rope slack he had gained from the escape of his hands he still didn't have enough to get out. He smirked as a thought came into his head. 'Not force." He kicked his legs out from under him and away from the poll. He had gained what he needed, an opening. He slide out from underneath the rope and fell hard onto the ground. "Ow my butt, ow my butt, ow my butt." He moved away from the post in time to hear the rope hit the ground. He smiled and stood up a tad shakily. He moved towards the bento and grabbed the one that was closest to his favorite types inside. He sat on the ground a few feet from the Sensei. "Thank you for the meal." Kokoa struggled with the rope. Ugh this its REALLY tight! she thought as she pulled on it. She tugged on it but after figuring out how tight the knot really was she closed her eyes. She calmed her mind relaxing herself. She force herself to lower her heartrate and think purely on the rope. Kokoa breathed in slowly and exhaled slowly. Now! she thought as she opened her eyes and used the Jutsu in one quick flash. She struggled with the Jutsu. Then it stoped. Kokoa caught her mind thinking of something else.  Tenko looked at the girl struggling and sighed. He set the bento down and walked over towards her. He was going to regret it but he couldn't help being nice. He looked at the teacher then looked back at her. "It's easier if you relax. Jerking around and struggling will just make it tighter. The jutsu is to help you slip out of it not use brute force. Well... Not unless you're super strong I guess." He smiled at her as he turned around and went back to his bento, but this time he sat so he could see both the girl and the Sensei. He slowly began to eat his food feeling a little stronger than before. He couldn't believe that it had taken that much out of him. He needed to stay stronger. If he was going to be short he was going to have some tricks up his sleeves to go along with it. He pulled his sleeves up exposing the scars and ate without restrictions.

Kokoa was looking at the dirt thinking how she would ever get out of this trap. She looked up to find one kid was already done. It was Tenko, the small one. Hmmm, well if he can do it than so can I!!she thought. She began to struggle against the rope again with a new passion. Kokoa looked up at the boy who had talked to her. Kokoa's first reaction would be to ignore any help. She wanted to do everything on her own. She was use to doing everything by herself. Her parents weren't there to tell her how to do something. But Kokoa took a minute and considered what the boy said. Relax?! How can i "relax" when im tied to a post! Kokoa thought and scowled. She took a minute to think without trying to escape she sat there and thought about what he said. Okay obviously at this rate im not going anywhere. I might as well try something else. Kokoa breathed slowly. Relaxing her body. She quietly tried the knot again keeping her heart rate down. I hope this works. she thought as Kokoa used the Jutsu again. Tenko smiled reassuringly to Kokoa. "Don't worry you'll get the hang of it. It doesn't take that long once you know what you're doing. It'll just flow to you. Though the notes did help." He smiled happily at her as he sat there and at the bento. 'Is she always going to be this difficult?' He let out a sigh and lowered his head. 'Girls....' He looked around to see how the others were doing. At this point in time he noticed that it seemed she was the only one that made any sort of progress. He tilted his head to the side curious of what she would attempt next. 'I wonder if she will struggle again. Then again I struggled a lot. Though if I had known to relax. I think it would have went smoother... Oh well.' He shrugged and set his half finished bento to the side. It wasn't fair that he got to eat and the others didn't.

Nothing was happening.What am I doing wrong?! Kokoa thought as she continued to test the knot. Am i not focused enough? Am i not relaxed? Or should i try to struggle again. Kokoa watched the boy eat as she continued to work. What am i doing WRONG?!! If he could do it why cant i?!! Kokoa sighed, but she wasn't giving up just yet. Kokoa sighed. She had tried all this time and yet nothing was happening. Nothing.... Kokoa thought as she continued pressing and turning in the rope. What about the notes that she had taken only some time ago. It was all about Chakra. Maybe the teacher made sure everyone knew enough about it so we would be able to know a little about chakra in the notes and apply it here.
