Any tips for a novice?

I love to vend XD I can seriously do it all day if I want to. I once did it for a weekend, having nothing else to do, I made 1mil. Hehe.

Hmm.. tips... Idk, there's not many tips to give, I think o.o
I just offered prices which I think are reasonable, and which I know that they'd usually accept that. I never buy in hoards, since I think that's risky.. But other people seem to love it so that's your own choice.

Like what items sell faster. I know everyone has their own vending style but how do you suggest that I find items that work for me? I heard looking at graphs helps a lot but I'm not sure how so.

Hmm yeah, I always look at the LMP and ABP, and see if there's a big difference between them. Sometimes the abp is like.. 100k and the lmp is suddenly 200k, I wouldn't offer because the owner of the item would probably want something like 200k, while the item is probably usually only worth 100k.
You can see that too if you look at the graphs, and check the daily average price per month. If you see that it has been about the same price, in this case 100k, every time, you're sure that the 200k is inflation, so don't offer on it.

Another example is an item that's abp and lmp both around 100k. So, you think, this item is probably worth about 100k.
If you check the graphs, there's two things that you'd probably see: Or it really is always about 100k, or the price changes a lot.
On the first thing, it always being around 100k, you can offer. Not too much below, because they'd call you a lowballer. But some people are willing to haggle , and others agree with your offer in one time. So, if you think that 80k would be a good price to offer for an item worth about 100k, you'd probably get it. At least, that's what I usually have. Sometimes they'd want 5k more, so that'd be 85k. Still 15k profit.
But if you have the second thing, the prices changing a lot, you have to watch out. If 100k is about the lowest it goes in the graphs, you can just offer. If 100k is about the highest it goes, you shouldn't offer. And if 100k is in the middle, it's your own choice to take the risk if you offer.

Some people also look at the Sales volume. If items don't sell much, they usually offer way lower as the abp/lmp. There is a chance that people accept your low offer, but others might not.
I mostly don't look at the Sales volume, only at the abp, lmp and average price in a month. But again, that's totally up to you.
