Dreia sat up feeling her neck and felt wetness, she brought her hand to her face and her eyes widened in fear then looked at him, seeing blood around his lips. "My Lord!" she said terrified.

Dreia didn't look at him, she was terrified at the sight of her own blood. She began to breathe very fast meaning she was scared.
