jack sucked in a breath want out? he made it sound like it was really something bad jack opened his mouth to say something instead smiled moving to hug light "m not sure what ur in but ill stay by you if you need me" he said squeezing his eyes shut tight

Light tried to lighten(lol) the mood," Now let's just forget the whole mess and eat; huh?" He playfully tossled Jack's hair and disappeared into the kitchen.

Light prepared a meal, while Jack was changing. He felt whatever insurcurity he had melt away and an ounce of hope return. Sure he'd have to move, but if he gets predictable, they'll just track him down in the next town. He'd spent six long years alone and misrable, now... Now he had someone worth fighting for.

jack walked back out intot he kitchen sitting down he stretched his arms upward sighing "im ahave to go home soon" he said unhappily

after all that comotion jack still felt a bit tired while eating he began to space out think about nothing in particular accidentaly getting food on him but not noticing
