"Shh." Riyo could tear him a new one later when he was okay. Right now she wanted to concentrate on making him feel better... After she'd successfully made him feel terrible.
"Klyde.." She started, moving a hand to his head. "I don't want you to hurt like this..." Gently, her thumb brushed away some of the blood that leaked from his freshly cut lip.
Without much hesitation, she moved her hand behind his head and pushed it towards her neck, gently running her fingers through his hair as she did so. Riyo knew he'd probably hesitate because of what happened last time, but there really wasn't another option. "Please... I'd rather do this than cut my hand open and pour it down your throat."
Turning back to her little keyboard as the janitor left. Kohaku's fingers moved to their appropriate position on the keys and began to play something solemn and melancholy, which started to carry through the house in a subtle manner.

With her head on the bed and being on his left side, he couldn't see her all too well even while turning towards her. Shun was able to see how exhausted she had seemed though. Waiting for a few moments, he let out a breath and spoke up.
"If you're tired.. you can come up here.. there's room," he mumbled. The assassin also wouldn't mind having her a little closer but that was secondary to his concern.
Hearing the door open, Blade didn't bother looking to see who it was. He found out anyway by the voice that called out to him.
"Doesn't matter. Move on," he said. No, he wasn't feeling alright at all but there were probably larger concerns than the well-fare of a useless thief.

Neko frowned a bit at Blade's blunt emoish tone. Sure this situation was s**t but really? REALLY? Hormonal little twerp. "Yeah, alright." He would leave him be for now. "I'm going to head to the store shortly, I need to you keep an eye on everyone while I'm gone." Since he was the only guy not laid out at the moment. With that he moved away from the room in search of Riyo and Klyde.
Klyde winced again as Riyo lifted his head up to her neck. O...oh god no. He couldn't do this. Not now. Not after what had happened the last time. "N..no." He shook his head. "P..please don't." But the hunger was already painfully obvious, he could even hear the heart within her chest pumping blood throughout her body. He was so close...just one little bite.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Neko asked having come to the doorway. That was enough to snap Klyde out of whatever trance he had started to fall under. "I think we've had enough trauma for one day." Neko said making his way into the room reaching down to grab hold of Klyde. "I'm going to put him in bed and then you're coming to the store with me." There wasn't much room in his tone for argument, those bright icy blue eyes staring at Riyo.
(forgot to post for Mitsu shmerrrr)
Mitsu's head leaned up a little when Shun said she could crawl up on the bed to lay down. At the moment her mind wasn't processing the kind of awkward situation that could put her in...she really just wanted to lay down. Again she stood, or tried to, as soon as she was on her feet she slumped falling against the bed and Shun. The stress, panic, and over all bad day had taken it's toll, she was out like a light.

Riyo immediately tensed when she heard Neko's voice bellowing from the doorway. "I..." When Klyde was pulled away from her, she immediately recoiled.
For a short moment, Riyo felt like defying Neko, telling him he wasn't the boss of her. But the look from those cold eyes told her she'd better not ******** around.
Standing up, the feline waved to Klyde shortly before looking down at the ground, ears folded back. ".. I'll meet you in the bus.." She mumbled, looking at the ground like a beaten puppy and stepping out of the room.

Blade didn't say or do anything once Neko had left. Sure, he could watch the place. Whether he could actually do anything if something were to happen was the real question. Given his current track record, it seemed like he'd just be useless as usual.
Watching her as she flopped up onto the bed and against him, Shun let out a light sigh before closing his eye. There wasn't really anything he could do right now aside from trying to relax and take some solace in the moment.

Neko only gave a short nod to Riyo before he lifted Klyde up and onto the bed.
"Gah..." Klyde grumbled in discomfort as he was lifted pain shooting through his body. The soft bed was of little relief feeling no different than the floor he had just been laid out on. "R...riyo..." His voice trailed off as he watched her leave the room, a proverbial cloud hovering over her head.
"Stay put," Neko told the vampire shortly before he followed behind Riyo toward the bus. Everyone was accounted for and alive so he didn't feel to terrible about leaving but as he decided before he couldn't be gone long. Hopefully Blade would pull his head out of his a** and keep an eye on things.
Once Neko was outside, Riyo only a few steps ahead of him, the feline did something a little unexpected. "Hey." He said his tone a little softer than normal as he reached to place a hand on Riyo's shoulder to stop her and turn her around. Normally Neko wasn't affectionate...he rather failed at it actually, but that didn't keep him from trying to pull Riyo toward him, arms wrapping around her. W...was he hugging her? He was hugging her....what was the world coming to?
Klyde gave a bit of a sigh watching the two go. Maybe this was for the best. While he wanted to make sure Riyo was okay...he didn't want to attack her. He didn't want what happened before to happen again.
Mitsu had only managed to land half way on the bed, her body limp in her unconscious state. Slowly she started to slide, her lower half taking her off the side of the bed toward the floor where she landed with a soft thud.

When Riyo heard Neko's voice call out right behind her, she wondered what he would preach to her about. The fact that she was going to let Klyde feed off of her? Or the s**t that had happened prior to that? "W-" She hadn't even managed to get a word out when Neko surprised her.
She thought about asking him what he was doing, but that didn't seem appropriate. Had he been that worried?
Quietly, her arms lifted to reciprocate, little tears filling her eyes. He HAD been there, hadn't he? It seemed like he always was. "...Thank you." In all honesty, she could never thank him enough. All of her friends gave her something, but he always seemed to step out of his comfort zone to lend her a hand..
And speaking of which... Glancing to the side for a moment, Riyo just happened to notice the tattoo had gotten bigger. "... Are you okay?"

When Mitsu started to slide, Shun just thought she was shifting, but this wasn't the case when he heard the thud following. He turned his head slightly noticing that she had slipped off.
"Mitsu..?" he uttered, trying to call out to her. When there was no reply, concern hit him once more. Things really didn't last did they? Now he didn't really like the idea of her being passed out on the floor while he was up in the bed. Grimacing, he closed his eye and focused what energy and strength he had left. At least he kinda had his blood all over the damn room.
In one moment he had appeared on the ground next to her, weakly grabbing onto whatever he could before reappearing up onto the bed. This didn't go without consequence as he let out a cry of pain before writhing on the sheets. His insides felt like they were on fire and it didn't take long before he started to sputter out blood once more. Breathing heavily, it didn't take long before the world went black to him.

Neko stayed in the hug a moment longer until Riyo started to pull back. A little curious about her question he looked down toward his arm and at the tattoo that had grown since a little while ago. "I'm fine. Far better off than the b*****d who came here." Because there was nothing left except the clothes the man had been wearing and whatever had been in his pockets.
"Come on, let's get to the store to grab a few things. We can get some blood from the vampires and some food to make meals." Though Neko had to wonder if anyone would be up to eating tonight or not. Maybe he would make breakfast or ....something in the morning....god the thought just seemed awkward. Cooking for a bunch of teenagers...was he a nanny now? He felt like a nanny.
Mitsu only let out a soft whimper when moved, the motion of being teleported making her feel weird even in her sleep. When she was rested in the bed though she relaxed next to the assassin, unaware of the new pain he had caused himself. At the moment her body was trying to recoup from this horrible event.

Better off than...
... What had he done to the guy? Riyo was about to ask, but the subject was quickly dropped as Neko set them back on task. "Alright." the feline sighed and wiped the tears away, hopping on the bus so they could do some shopping.
---
Later that night, when Riyo and Neko returned, her first priority was to take the bottle to Klyde. She knew he hated it... God she knew... But... It was something..
"Klyde." She called softly as she peered into the room, a look of worry on her face. "I'm back.. And I've got this stuff for you." At the very least, he could drink most of it and she could top it off with some of her blood to chase the nasty flavor... Like sugar after bad medicine.
Desmond, after passing out from pain for awhile, had finally woken up... Still in pain. ********. The noise of somebody at the door had been just enough to stir him from his pain-ridden slumber.
Quietly peering around the room, he half-expected to find Mitsu worrying over his bedside or napping next to him...
But she wasn't.
She was still with Shun, wasn't she? Where else would she be? Well... Maybe she'd decided to get up just moments prior and get something from the kitchen... That could've been true, right?
Right?

At some point while Neko was out, Blade had left his room. With as quiet as the house was right now, he just spent his time wandering around rather aimlessly, not sure what to do with himself at the moment. When he heard people returning, he shied away from the entrance, making his way to the outside back area of the place. It was night and the stars were out, so he went and did what he normally did when he wasn't feeling so hot.
It had been awhile since he had felt like this and it didn't suck any less. That was for sure.
Shun stirred a bit at the door, but he remained unconscious for the time being. His body was trying to deal with the amount of abuse it had taken the entire day, which was a fairly slow process.

While Riyo took the blood into the house to tend to the vampire Neko unloaded the groceries. They had bought quite a bit to hold them over a couple of days....he was a nanny. Damn it all.
Setting everything down on the table Neko moved to the refrigerator and started to move the beer around to make room for actual food. God...how did Jess live off of candy panties and beer? Or did the man just eat out every damn day?
At the sound of his name Klyde began to stir a little. Shortly after Riyo had left sleep had claimed the vampire but normally he wouldn't have been roused from his sleep so easily. Pain was just keeping him on the brink of not being able to comfortably rest. "R..Riyo?" He murmured opening his eyes.
It looked like there was cold sweat all along his body still but the hot feeling had started to fade out. A little bit of improvement even if he still felt like s**t. Turning his attention to the bottle in her hand, Klyde grimaced but knew it was better than nothing. At this point he preferred that than having to drink from her. Weakly he raised his hand for the bottle trying his best to sit up so that he could drink it. Dear lord the pain.
The sound of the door had caught Mitsu's attention bringing her out of the sleep she had fallen under. A little confused and dazed she opened her eyes not recognizing where she was. W...where was she? What kind of horrible dream had she just had? As she started to move she noticed the pain in her throat and glancing over she saw Shun. Oh...it hadn't been a dream.
"Shu-eh?" Her voice still wasn't working like it should making her sigh with frustration.
Carefully crawling out of bed Mitsu pulled the covers out from under Shun and covered him up. She had gotten a cloth earlier to switch out from the cold compress and it was that and the water she had in the room that she used to clean up the blood around the assassin's mouth. It pained her to see that he was doing so badly. Maybe it had been a mistake to ask him to come after all. Then maybe he wouldn't have gotten sick and hurt so badly.
Once the assassin was made as comfortable as she could manage and cleaned up the best she could Mitsu leaned forward to press a light kiss to his forehead. It wasn't something she gave much thought to, it just seemed like the right thing to do. She had done it to her brother before after all.
Wishing she could whisper she would be back to check on him later, Mitsu quietly left to check on Desmond only then noticing someone was in the kitchen. At first she frozen but decided to investigate with caution. It was a relief to see it was Neko just putting things again....and was that bottled blood on the table?
"Oh hey," Neko said looking up and seeing Mitsu. "Take one of those to Desmond would you?" He gestured to the bottles.
Nodding Mitsu entered the kitchen to grab the bottle before making her way to find where Desmond was. He wasn't in the room they had picked out so it took her a moment to find him, slowly entering the room with the bottle held close. By now the bruise on her throat was a little darker, having had time to settle in.

Jess did indeed eat out everyday. He was a rock star. He could afford it. And when he couldn't, he signed autographs so he COULD afford it. Because honestly, dog s**t tasted better than his cooking.
"Yeah. It's me." Riyo said softly and took a seat on the bed next to the vampire, kicking her shoes off and her feet up on the bed. God, he looked terrible..
Unscrewing the cap, she offered the bottle to him, though considering his condition, she eyed the bottle carefully should his hands decide to drop it. "Are you gonna be okay?" The trip to the grocery store had given her a chance to clear her mind and realize that... It really wasn't anyone's fault (but hers). Things happen. They didn't know what the man had been there for, what he had been capable of... And it's not like it actually happened.
She owed Blade a couple of apologies, that was for sure...
Desmond had been about to force himself out of the bed to search for his girlfriend, already looking strained just sitting up, but it appeared that he wouldn't have to. There she was. See? Nothing to worry about.. Yeah..
"Mitsu." He called out to her hoarsely, a weak smile on his lips. Though, it was hard not to notice the huge bruise on her neck... And the bottle in her hand. Both which made him frown.
But... The bottle was better than nothing. And much like Klyde, he didn't want to risk hurting his girlfriend anymore.
Much like Blade, Kohaku had the idea of going out and walking the beach while it was available to them. She should've been frightened after the run-in with that man... But she really wasn't. While she felt bad for everybody else, the fact that she was out doing something with her life instead of shutting herself in a room was exciting.
But it didn't make her any more useful to everyone... She couldn't yell out a warning or even scream to make it known something was wrong. Couldn't ask somebody what they needed. It usually didn't get her down, because usually she wasn't in that kind of situation..
Sighing, the mute bent down next to where the waves touched the beach and started playing in the sand, scribbling out notes to music.

While Mitsu moved and gave him a light kiss to the forehead, Shun stirred slightly but soon settled back down. His body was going to need a lot of rest most likely after everything that had happened.
Walking along the beach, Blade looked as he saw Kohaku out here as well. Watching her for a bit, he just moved to stand next to her to see what it was she was doing exactly. He could see that they were music notes but aside from that he wasn't really sure if it was anything in specific.
Letting out a sigh, he turned his attention from the sand towards the sky again.

Neko continued to put the groceries away that he had brought in, moving the edible underthings to different cabinets to free up some space. Once he was done the refrigerator and the cabinets around it were pretty well stocked with food for the time being. Job complete Neko opened up the refrigerator and grabbed a couple of beers taking himself outside as well.
The night air at the beach was a little cooler than it had been during the day, though it still felt rather nice. As his feet hit the sand of the private beach Neko noticed both Kohaku and Blade standing outside. Well, might as well investigate.
Quietly he walked over to the two, glancing up at the sky where Blade was staring for a moment....there was nothing there. With a light frown Neko turned back to the boy, his whole stance screaming the song 'No body loves me everybody hates me'.... With a sigh he held out one of his beers to the kid. "Here, it's been a rough day." It was just a beer anyway. Turning to see what Kohaku was doing he noted the music she was scribbling into the sand. "Think you guys can help me with breakfast tomorrow?" Not that he really wanted help but maybe an activity would snap them out of this glum mood or at least start to.
Klyde gripped the bottle as firmly as he could not wanting to drop it and spill it everywhere. That wouldn't help a thing. Taking a deep breath he brought the container to his lips and threw it back trying to down as much of it as possible before the taste settled in. When it finally did he pulled the bottle away, the most disgusted look on his face. Normally he was able to hide it but right now he couldn't muster the energy to try.
"Thanks for bringing this..." He said softly. Looking toward her when she asked if he would be okay he gave a nod. He hadn't died permanently, he would heal, it was a basic truth. Klyde would just feel like s**t until that finally happened, though even now he could feel the synthetic blood nourishing his system allowing it to repair faster. "Are you going to be okay?" He asked looking into her eyes for a true answer.
It seemed Desmond was staring at her throat and subconsciously Mitsu brought some hair over her shoulder to try and hide it a little. Stepping into the room a bit more she came to a stop by the bed unscrewing the top on the bottle before handing it out to him. Once his hands were around it she started to climb up cuddling close to Desmond for comfort. He still looked pretty sick and she wanted to ask what had happened but she couldn't. Hopefully her throat would be back in working order tomorrow. She could only hope.
