 Show Me How To Lie....
Remaining seated, he waited patiently for her to finish before speaking. He shook his head, looking slightly disappointed. "I never said it was a study date, and if I somehow lead you to believe it was, I apologize." he told her, his tone sincere. "This certainly isn't a dream, and I wasn't trying to trick you." he continued, having calmed considerably. His eyes were no longer narrowed, and he seemed more relaxed. He ran a hand through his hair, looking a little frustrated. "I would never try to trick you. I just wanted you to reconsider your future. To not resign yourself to what you were convinced you had to do." he leaned forward, his elbows on the table as he rubbed his temples. "I was not trying to trick you." he says again, more firm this time.

Sky didn't know if she wanted to stay for a second. But she knew it wasn't right to stay. "Yes, but you have no interest in me other than getting me to go to college. You should really think about other people's wishes before you do that kind of thing." She commented before heading towards the door.

Show Me How To Lie....
Raising his head, he looked her in the eye before she could turn. "I am interested in you." he told her, watching her go. She could leave if that's what she chose, but he wasn't about to stop her. He had shifted his body back in line with his image when it became clear she wasn't going to throw sand in his face. He leaned back in the booth, watching her go. It was true, he did want her to go to college, but it wasn't as if that were the only reason. He had been hesitant at first, but there was something.... She was stubborn, frustrating, and masculine, but there something about her that intrigued him in a way he hadn't been before. The waitress stopped momentarily, and Adney motioned for her to wait. He pulled the bills needed to pay for the meal and handed them to her, before waving her away. His gaze fell back on Sky. She would probably still leave, but he wasn't going to force her to do anything.

Sky paused at the door to the restaurant as she opened it. The food was good but the chat was sour.The teen wasn't sure she liked this. She didn't like to be toyed with. That's the reason she acted like a guy. So they would just leave her alone.
Behind Adney a cloud of dust appeared and from it was Ashley. "Ah. She's so grumpy. I never get matches up. Well I guess I'll have to give you your reward for going out with her." The sandman said handing a bag of the magical sand the siblings used. "Don't get it in your eyes and you can use it on who you want. The best way to get the person awake again is to kiss them." The boy told the man.

Show Me How To Lie....
Watching Sky go, he jumped at the voice coming from behind him. Glancing behind him, he looked at the student. His face was a mixture of emotions, constantly changing as if he couldn't decide what he was feeling. He looked at the bag of sand before shaking his head. "No thank you." his voice was low, and as flat as he could manage. Standing from his seat, he ignores the waitress returning with his change, his hands in his pockets. He left the restaurant, intending to go find a bar or something. He couldn't be hurt or confused or frustrated if he was drunk. He was a clingy drunk, but figured he'd find his way home eventually. That, or Pyry would come and drag him home.

Lillie and Yuri had a nice time flirting with each other as they got to the restaurant. It wasn't long until they were in a booth with menus in front of them. Lillie asked for a lemonade to drink before she started to look for something to eat. She had to be careful about what she added. Item with mercury were out. She did know she would have to have some iron in order to avoid issues later. There was a small stake with a salad that looked like a good choice. "So what are you going to get?" She asked.

 ▬Yuri § Solotov▬ Yuri had enjoyed the walk with his lover, the conversation mostly consisting of flirtacious comments on the way was more than enough fun to get them through the walk. As they were soon inside the building and taking their seats, he flipped through the menu slowly, looking up as Lillie's question reached his ears. "I think I'll be going for the lamb cutlets and mixed vegetables tonight, what about you?" He asked. Over the years, Yuri had experienced a variety of foods with Lillie he never would have thought possible to stomach, although in some bad cases he actually couldn't, so more Human-based foods were practically nothing when it came to taste. With that palette that he wouldn't have held if he stuck with the Knights, Yuri wasn't fussy when it came to things like American, Italian, Japanese foods and the like.

Lillie glanced at the menu again to make sure she got the right title for the food. The item looked like it was something that her father would probably eat. "I'm going to have a steak and a salad. I think that will be healthy for the baby." She answered with a smile. She was already in mommy mode trying to think of the different ways that she could help her child grow big and strong. She again placed her hand on her belly. She couldn't fully believe that she was pregnant. Even though it was much to early to feel anything.

▬Yuri § Solotov▬ Yuri smiled back and nodded, that sounded like something that wouldn't bring any negative effects to the baby, although as always he was never a hundred percent sure. As a waitor came by to take their orders, Yuri relayed the dishes to him, his lamb being 'well done' since the concept of rare meat made his stomach turn just a little. Looking back to Lillie, he saw her hand on her stomach and gave a small smile. "Firstly, sorry in advance for all the questions that are likely to come up in the near future...secondly, any idea when our little one's going to start kicking?" He asked.

Lillie gave her order before looking at her husband. She smiled softly. "You and I both have a lot of questions that need to be answered." She answered stating that she didn't know the answer. "I don't know when the baby will start kicking. I don't think it'll be till the second trimester though." She answered. The excitement on her face seemed to burst out and brighten the room around her. She couldn't wait a moment longer for the baby to come.

▬Yuri § Solotov▬ Yuri smiled back, somewhat glad he wouldn't be the only one with a mind filled with hundreds of questions. Nodding in response to her answer and taking a mental note, he sighed lightly. "Second trimester sounds like a pretty long wait...but the moment you feel the baby kicking, I want to know, alright? If I'm at work, just call, they'll understand that I'd rather be home for this than protecting some rich man with paranoia." He said cheerfully, but was dead serious, he wanted to be there for every little thing that happened during the pregnancy. Even if it meant travelling all the way across town on foot, he'd be there in no time.

Lillie grinned. She couldn't wait for the baby to even come. She was happy that at the end of the year that she would have the ability to help with the expenses. She would be done with her masters degree then. "I promise to tell you everything as it happens. The morning I start feeling morning sickness, the moment I feel it kick, the moment I get the time for the ultrasound, everything." She answered. It was so early in the pregnancy that she found the tattoo before she got morning sickness. "But you have to promise me to not leave work right in the middle just because something happens unless it's serious."

▬Yuri § Solotov▬ Yuri grinned back and nodded. "I promise, no leaving work unless it's serious." He swore, although decided to omit the fact that he was mostly likely going to think of everything that happened as serious or important. The morning sickness was probably going to be one of the hardest things to adjust to, but he knew that parenthood wouldn't all be happy times, it was just another thing to cope with. In the back of his mind, Yuri prayed that the time between now and when the baby was born would go by quickly and with as little hassle as possible.

Lillie was happy that Yuri seemed to listen to her on the most part. She knew that she make him aware of all the other things that come with having a baby. "Well you also need to know the other things that will happen to me, at least during the first trimester. Cravings, my breast will probably hurt with the lightest touch and they will become bigger, I'll ache and go to the bathroom a lot." She warned her husband. In short Lillie was going to be in the bathroom for about half the day and no sex.

▬Yuri § Solotov▬ Yuri tilted his head lightly when she said 'other things', but got the gist of what she had implied, things were going to be a little more 'hands off' whilst the baby grows. That honestly wasn't a problem for Yuri, as their expression of each other's love for the other didn't always need to hit the extremity of their physical relationship. With a slight grin, he nodded to his wife and raised a hand, almost in oath. "Alright then, I also promise that I'll try to behave myself." He said jokingly as he lowered his hand. "Any other things you think I should be aware of before they happen or kick in?" He asked, figuring now was as good a time to ask as any.
