 "Dear god!!" Lydia gasped as the mantis took off with Cameo. "You! Boy, please stay here and help her." she says to Ichi and points to Lyrica. "I'll be back." she unsheathes her blade and races after the creature.

 Lyrica was bleeding from seven cuts, small and big. The mantis scurried quickly into the hole in the center of the city. It folded it's wings carefully, not realizing he was hiding cameo from the other bugs under it's wing coverings. It trotted down to it's mate, getting her to pull all the glass out.

  Cameo's eyes fluttered open, to... darkness, well no s**t. He tried to move his arms one of them was pinned and the other one had pain shot up it when ever he so much as twitched. Great broken and it was losing alot of blood fast.... there was something pinning his legs down as well, he focased on getting his good arm out not realizing he we on the mantic still, he thought he fell off onto something. Ichi sighed softly and walked up to the girl on the ground, he crouched down and brushed some of the hair out of her face pausing, she was actually kind of beautiful, especially her strange choice in clothing.First thing he did was ripp off a large part of his shirt, his jacket was to valuble in the sense he needed to keep warm he used that overing it with a little bit of rubbing alchohal he kept in his back to wrap the wounds. Then he started to feel around her arms and lower chest checking for fractures and brusing.

Lydia slipped into the hive behind the mantis and followed it quietly in the shadows until it stopped at another one who was trying to help its injuries. She peered at them in the darkness and could see Cameo still atatched and looking beaten. She quietly snuck as close as she could without being seen and stopped about several feet away from the two gigantic creatures. Crap...what the hell am I supposed to do now? she thought and looked around for a way to get Cameo out of there.

Lyrica slowly opened one eye, feeling someone poking her. she tried tosit up, but gasped in pain, falling back over again. she looked at itchi, frowning. "what are you doing?" she said slowly, taking a breath between each word. she looked at herself, seeing a lot of blood. "this is going to take a while to wash out out" she sighed, trying to ignore the flaring pain.

Angel was following behind Lydia all along and now they sat watching the two creatures, Lydia hadn't noticed Angel following her. But Angel couldn't blame her, Cameo was in danger after all. Angel looked over the two creatures and pulled out her guns. She tiptoed behind the injured mantis and quietly called out to Cameo, "Cameo!" she whispered. She looked around to see if any bugs heard her, she tried once again. "CAMEO!" She whispered.

Cameo turned a little and wince hearing his voice, "A-Angel?" he called quietly, the mantice felt him move and moved its injured wing a little snapping Cameo's pinned arm, he let out a loud scream. Ichi in the mean while was tending to Lyrica, he laughed softly and continued his work pulling out a thred and needle for one of the bigger cuts, "Well why the hell do you think I'm doing it now missy? if I leave it for later you'll be dead."

"s**t." Lydia mumbled and rushed quietly up behind Angel and grabbed her shoulder, pulling her back. "Are you freakin insane!" she said under her breath as quietly as she could. She was about to scold her even further when she heard the sickening crack and Cameo's loud scream that echoed the tunnels. She turned back and seen the mantis turning its head towards its wing. "That means we act now." she said and while the mantis was distracted by Cameo she rushed forward and sliced her blade through its wing, careful to miss Cameo, and tore it completely off causing him to drop to the floor. The creature hissed and threw a scyth around to hit Lydia, but she ducked and wrapped her hands under Cameo's arms and drug him back. "Angel distract it more while I get him to a safe spot!" she yelled over her shoulder.

lyrica laughed softly, then gasped. "where did everyone go?" she mumbled, relizing this strange boy was the only one in sight.

Ichi shrugged, "They pissed off the mantice so they had to go save Cameo down under in the nest, he's not to far in, Mantices normally stay near the outside of it so they'll be fine." he re assured ripping up more of his shirt to use as bandaging. Cameo felt himself being dragged away, he bit his lip hard to prevent himself from screaming, finding it difficult, he knew who it was, but his mind was just in full blown panic. his breathing a little to fast. which hurt his broken ribs. He was bleeding and beaten up pritty bad.

Lydia dragged Cameo over to a small crevice in the cave, unseen by the mantises who were now freaking out over the severed wing, the female was was now trying to eat it while the male was frantically pushing her away. Lydia looked down at Cameo to see how injured he was. She knew his arm was obviously broke and she could see the cuts and bruises on his body. She gently opened his shirt and ran her hands along his body to see if there was any internal damage. By the shortness if his breath and the feel of his sides she noticed a few broken ribs. "Oh god we got to find a hospital...even an abandoned one." she said and took a hankerchief out of her pocket she kept with her and wiped the blood off his wounds.

Angel whipped around and kicked the female in the face, when she landed on the ground, she pulled the trigger and blasted the male in the neck. She unstraped her axe and cut through one of the male's legs. When the female charged at her, Angel shot it in the eye. It reeled back in pain and the male tried to charge Angel, "LIKE HELL YOU'RE GOING TO GET ME!!" She threw her axe and it sliced into its head. It tumbled down, the female now charged at Angel, "Lydia! Get Cameo out of HERE!" She charged back at the female, her guns almost out of bullets.

"I would if I could!" she yelled back and looked down at Cameo. "Hang on dude, this is probably gonna hurt....like hell...." she says and picks him up by the arms again, dragging him back and to the exit of the hive.

Cameo felt his head rushing, he couldn't see and he hardly understood what anyone was saying, he groaned and closed his eyes, nodding a little at first, but when she started to pul he let out a loud scream in pain.

Lydia was about four feet away from the exit when Cameo let out a shrill scream. She paused. "Crap." she said when she seen another mantis had heard it and was now heading straight towards them. "Hold on dude." she said and sat him down carefully, then drew her blade and ran twards the mantis. It made the first move and swatted its scyth at her. She was able to dodge it but didn't notice the back swing and it knocked her in her stomach and slung her against the dirt wall a few feet away. She groaned as she rolled onto the floor and the mantis scurried after her. "Hell no." she said and shoved herself up, ignoring any pain and waited till it got closer before she swung her blade and slashed it right across the neck.
