 Haku would stand up and look at thana. "Th-thanks Thana." He would dust himself off and look at kid. "I-It's a pleasure.... to make you accquaintence." He would have a bit of blush still on his face.

"Nice to meet you too." Kid politely nodded at Haku, What an ... interesting group of weapons and meisters we have this year... he thought as he glanced around. The symmetrical male was rather odd with the whole collapsing ordeal, but he surely wasn't the one to be talking with his...issues. Kid looked around again, surveying the crowd and wondering if any witches were here using soul protect. Can't have another...Medusa incident, that definitely wouldn't work out... he thought sternly. He ran his fingers through his hair to keep them symmetrical as he could feel a random loose strand about to pop out. Patti and Liz...I wonder what the two are doing...what could my Father have in mind... he thought with a frown and looked at Thana, it still hurt glancing at her unsymmetricalness and shuddered.

Haku smiled and looked at kid. Then he turned his head to thana,"you are assymetrical you know, but it suits you. You're not normal, and you stand out. I like that about you thana."

 Andrew Jackson Andrew breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that Haku was alright. "Yes! No ambulance or whatever!" he said happily, mentally pumping his fist in the air.  Thana JamisonThana gave a small sigh of relief when Haku stood up, and gave a small salute in response. "No prob." she said, then raised an eyebrow when Kid gave a small shudder. "Okay. Should I do this instead?" she asked, then raised both hands and saluted at directly the same time as the other hand, which looked very odd, then bowed jokingly at Haku at his compliment. "Why thank you, good sir. I very much like your style too. And Kid, quit staring at me like I'm an oddity. I can feel your eyes on me." she said, then stood up, a small smile on her face.

A twitch of annoyance spread across Kid's face as he casually glanced to the side. This girl.. he thought with an eye roll, I suppose I'll have to suck it up this year since Patti and Liz aren't here. Speaking of weapons, not many of the students here are communicating... Death the Kid took a survey of all the DWMA students, but as he predicted, not many were talking. He shrugged, Not my problem if they don't find partners. Though Father did say.. oh well. Kid finally glanced back at Thana, Andrew, and Haku. He wasn't quite sure of what to do in such a situation, of course, the male suddenly cried out in despair. Well, I suppose I'l----OH NO! thought Kid as his golden eyes widened with fear, "D-D-D-D-DID I FORGET TO FOLD THE TOLIET PAPER?!?!" Kid was obviously stunned by his relevation as he sank to his knees, mumbling some random things about being useless and such.

 Ash tapped Leo's shoulder and whispered in his ear, "Hey, we should go now, hm? Let's get started on finding a kishin!" Her smile grew at the thought of using her weapon for the first time, and she hadn't explored the city yet.

Andrew Jackson Andrew stared dumbfounded at Kid. "You're not useless! You're awesome!" he said, acting all cheery as usual. Thana JamisonThana gave a small snort at Kid's toilet paper remark, then watched as Andrew jumped around.

Haku looked around and sighed. "So thana are we just going to sit here and talk or are we gonna do stuff." He looked at Thana and said,"I want to become a death scythe!"

Kid smiled at his partner, regaining his composture much quicker than usual as he listened to Haku talking to Thana. "Ah, that's right, we should get started too Andrew. I think there's a new mission up, something about a kishin?" said Kid as he looked at his cheerful partner, "We can go roam the streets, or what do you want to do?"
