"Okay..." Yuugi said, sounding a little disappointed.
"Can we wrestle tomorrow?" He asked, playfully pushing Bakura over a little bit.
"Please?" He gave Baku the best puppy-dog eyes he could muster.
To the second thing, he asked, "Can you sing me a song? Just a little one. It doesn't have to be very long. Please?"

"Yugi, please in the name of all that is good in this damn world, just let me sleep." Bakura let out a long sighed and pulled at his hair a bit.
"I don't sing and trust when I say I can't." He grumbled. "Aren't you tried?"

"Okay.." Yuugi said, though he sounded a little disappointed.
"And I'm not tired.." He said, and wriggled out of Bakura's grip.
"I'm not tired!" He said again, this time a little more sure of himself, "I'm going to go read, okay?" He went and got a book from where his own mattress was, digging it out from underneath it. After that, he came back over to see Bakura. He sat down next to Bakura, the book curled in his arms.
"Bakura ga daisuki." Yuugi said, smiling. He had said that he liked Bakura a lot. Not quite love. But almost.
He curled back up in the blankets, opening the book, flipping through the pages. But he couldn't really read, just look at the pages, because it was so dark.
"I'll get you something tomorrow. And I'll make you breakfast. It'll be a good breakfast, okay? The best one you've ever had before."

Ryou noticed Jou blushing and felt slightly less embarassed, knowing full well he wasn't the only one. "All kids do..." he said with a little smile. Atleast he thought Yuugi was a kid...he was much shorter than what would be expected for his own age. His eyes moved to Night who was still starring at the other boy. Taking him up in his arms, Ryou rubbed his head.
"That would be nice." he said as he continued to watch Night purr and shove his head into Ryou's hand, obviously wanting much attention.

"It will be." Yuugi said, he climbed on top of Bakura, laying himself across Bakura to make a sort of X.
"I'll make sure it is. I'll keep you warm, too." He smiled, "I promise." He buried himself over under the blankets, sliding off of Bakura's back and laying by Bakura's side.
"Promise, promise, promise." He said, snuggling up to Bakura and giving him kisses again.

"Okay...knock it off." Bakura said sleeply as he started to run his hand through Yugi's hair.
"You're hair is soft." He mumbled as he played with a lock of Yugi's hair. "How the hell do you do that? Can't even get mine cut right, let alone soft."

Ryou looked to Jou and smiled slightly. "Oh...well he is sort of..." he paused and shook his head. He shouldn't talk about people when they weren't there...it wasn't right. Instead he just continued smiling and listening. Once Jou began to move he followed quietly, listening and examining. How was he supposed to live here? It was a reck...or atleast a reck considering where he was used to living.
As the blonde finished Ryou yawned widely. "It's a nice place." he lied and smiled politely. "I'm sure I will be fine..." He paused as Night jumped down again and meowed loudly, his mew stifled by a cute yawn and sneeze. "You tired?" He laughed and watched Night meow again as though saying that indeed he was.

"I took a shower yesterday. It'll be clean for awhile." By taking a shower, he meant that he had managed to sneak into an apartment which still had the water turned on and take a quick shower using the complimentary shampoos. But it was still effective.
"Do you like it? I'll take showers more often.." He said, smiling and kissing Bakura again, "I promise I'll take them more. Because you like them." He curled up next to Bakura, "I promise." He pressed his nose against Bakura's.
"Because I love you. I can say that now, right? You're not mad at me anymore..."

Bakura looked at Yugi sleepily and nodded. "Yeah, you can say it. I like it when you say it. I was never mad at you anyways."
He yawned and held Yugi close. Most of the times Bakura didn't like people so close, but Yugi was so warm and soft. "I can't be angry at you, you're too damn cute. Not sure if it's a bad thing or not."

Yuugi smiled, "I love you, Baku. Love you, love you, love you." He gave Bakura a kiss for every time he said it.
"And I know you love me. Because you want me to be happy forever, don't you?" He curled up in Bakura's arms, "I don't want you to ever hit me.. Or to yell at me. I love you. You see this book?" He held it up a little.
"My momma used to read it to me. I can't read it, but I remember the story." He opened it to the first page.
"'Once upon a time..'" He started to read, "'There was a little girl named Wendy and two boys named John and Michael. They loved each other very much. They were all brothers and sisters. One night, they met a boy named Peter Pan.' Do you know who Peter Pan is, Bakura?" Yuugi asked, looking at Bakura instead of the book now.

Bakura nodded while he played with Yugi's hair, a far off look on his face. "Yeah, I've heard that story before. Peter Pan was a boy that never wanted to grow up."
He closed his eyes and sigh. "Smart guy, growing up sucks a**. I wish I never had to either."

"And he could go anywhere he wanted!" Yuugi said, "He could fly. I wish I could fly.." Yuugi was just focusing on Bakura's breathing now.
"I would take us all away from here so we wouldn't hurt anymore." He kissed Bakura's nose, "And then we could be together forever. Go to sleep, Bakura, I'll watch you forever." He smiled, his arms squeezing Bakura tightly.

"You would do something like that. Always thinking about other people." He opened his eyes a bit and smiled just a little at Yugi. He slightly wondered how long Yugi would promise to stay forever. A part of him almost wated to return the kiss or say those three words, but he didn't.
"Thank you." The words were soft, as thank you was right up there with I love you on the list of things Bakura never said.

"I love you forever." Yuugi said, promising." He had put the book away, just snuggling up close to Bakura now.
"Baku, can I hold your hand?" Yuugi asked, ducking his head into Bakura's chest, "I can hear your heartbeat." He said, smiling.
"My heart beats for you. Here. Can you feel it?" He had taken Bakura's hand anyway and placed it on his chest, "Can you feel it? I love you." He nuzzled against Bakura, Bakura's hand still on Yuugi's chest.
