Lyrica swam through the water, and found a bright red jewel, but no matter how hard she tugged and pulled the stone wouldn't budge..... it was at the bottom of the lake..... and Lyrica was losing oxygen fast....... really fast....... but the surface was so far away, and the gem's light was fading..... she wouldn't be able to find it again....... but...... Lyrica was drifting up, unable to hold her self down any longer, she was to tired. her eyes closed slowly, she couldn't even think any more...... she forced her self down, and electricity coursed thought her, into the stone, and it loosened, but she still couldn't get it out...... she had so little time..... she shocked it again, and it broke free. Lyrica drifted up, unconscious...... but she had the stone in her mouth, so she wouldn't lose it......

Rose stopped when she heard Jade's scream. She perked up her ears alarmed, running back towards the direction of her voice, to find Lyrica floating unconsciously in the water. She jumped in the water, and helped Jade pull her out. Dragging her carefully towards the shore. She noticed the red jewel in her mouth. "Lyrica??" Rose put her paw in the water absorbing it, and placing it on Lyrica's head. The water absorbed into her, healing her and restoring her energy and oxygen level. Rose waited patiently, sitting with Jade waiting for Lyrica to wake up. neutral

Lyrica coughed, spitting the red gem onto the rocks, feeling much better. Lyrica shook her fur and looked at rose and Jade, smiling weakly. "thanks" She coughed, feeling terrible she had been in need of assistance..... just because she she was too stupid to let the gem go...... Lyrica sat down heavily, and picked up the stone in her paw, looking at it closer......

"What's that?" Cali walked over to the group with a cut on her arm. She didn't seem to mind that it was still bleeding as she sat next to Jade

Lyrica looked down at the stone that was no longer glowing, trying to figure it out for herself. Lyrica looked up at Cali. "it's something i almost died over......" Lyrica said. "i was so foolish......" Lyrica mumbled quietly to herself....

"yeah, but i'm the leader! i'm supposed to set an example, not risk my life for some little glowing gem...... it's to bad it's not glowing now.... it was so bright, so beautiful..... no matter how hard i tried, i couldn't resist it..... i had to send my powers through it to finally break it off..... who knows what else lies down there......." Lyrica said, trailing off......

"Maybe it's a spell." Cali looked at the water. "My sister used to blab all about magic and spells and stuff..." She looked back at Lyrica. "Besides your a great leader! You've done so much for the pack~"
