Description: As a descendant of Dragons, Anima is heir to all the power and majesty that the race is accustomed to. In her, that heritage has favored speed and finesse over brute force. As well, she has gained a few tricks through this heritage. She can grow wings, wings powerful enough to take away the strain of flight. (Does not cost Ki to maintain flight.) She can accelerate in brief bursts of surprising speed, though only three times in any single battle. (She can, for a single post, increase her Speed stat by 1/4 of one other stat.) Also, her True Form Transformation's stat increase becomes Speed +8 and Power Level +2, instead of Defense +8 and Power Level +2.
Activation Cost: None for the flight benefit, 300 for each acceleration.

Technique Name: Draconian Tithe
Description: Anima is the Dragon of Absorption. She can take in another's strength and make it her own. This ability has evolved to become even more insidious. Just by being near someone who has an increase in their stats, her ability will trigger, and slowly begin to drain that increase, feeding it to her to make her stronger. (It starts in the third post when a foe is near her. Near meaning general combat range. That post, all of their bonuses get a -1, and that subtraction is added to her stats. The next/fourth post it becomes a -2. then -3, and so on. This theft is temporary, their stats will return to normal a short time after leaving combat with her. Likewise, she can not retain this boost.
[Example: If she's 4/4/4/4 and the opponent is naturally 6/6/6/6 but have a transformation active that gives +6 to Strength and an item that gives +2 to PL [6/12/6/8] then once the drain begins, she would steal one Str and one PL, then the next post another of Str and PL, then the third post, just one Str, and so on.] This drain works on any and all increases beyond a character's base, be it transformation, items, customs, what have you.
Activation Cost: 300 per post of active draining.

The only question I have about this technique; is that -1 [per stat] per post. Or -1 [per stat] per post, and then after 3 posts, -2 [per stat] per post?
(Not quite. The draining doesn't start until the third post, but after that, it increases each post. So if her opponent has a boost of +6 to Str and +2 to PL, the progression would be:
post/turn 1- nothing
post/turn 2- nothing
post/turn 3- they get -1 Str and -1 PL, same is added to her
post/turn 4- they get an additional -1 Str and -1 PL, also added to her
post/turn 5- they get an additional -1 Str, also added to her
...[6-8 all same as post/turn 5]
post/turn 9- nothing, as she would have fully absorbed their +6 Str and +2 PL by this point.)

Bios-Changling
Dimensional Rift Tracking
A technique created by Reaver, to which grants him an interesting ability. This ability is nothing more then allowing him to either use the rift torn through space and time by the use of the techniques; Instantaneous Movement or Instant Transmission. How he uses this rift which only someone with this ability can see, is by either allowing him to have a moment where he can actually enter and follow behind the person who had used it before him, without him needing to actually use the technique on his own. [Though this counts as one action] This technique also allows for him to instead send his own attack through the rift, and become able to harm the opponent who had attempted to dodge his attack earlier, by striking them when they believe themselves to be safe.
Activation: Same cost as the technique the opponent used, when he is moving through their rift. Only the cost of the technique he plans to use, plus 500 if he is launching an attack through the rift towards them.

I'm just using it to stop runners and people who try and dodge everything with tele techs. xD
Think of it like the 'rifts' in that movie, Jumper. One guy teleports, and it leaves a rift in the air for another guy to go to the same direction. Same thing, just with techniques going through it added in. 3nodding

Description: This technique is used in one of two ways. The first is from a long range, a beam of energy as sharp as any blade is shot forth from the blade in an upwards slashing motion, heading in a straight line towards the target. The second way is in close range, where the user attacks up close, and uses the ki to launch himself upwards and away from the opponent, leaving a shockwave in their wake.

A passive technique which actually causes Xerxes' False Super Saiyan transformation to lose it's post limit. Allowing Xerxes to achieve a 'perfect; Saiyan form, by negating the limit of posts others are normally restricted to. As a side effect to this, Xerxes does not receive the benefit of a doubled Ki pool. This does not work for his Great Ape form, or any other possible transformations.

Technique Name: Deal With The Devil
Description: Beatrice is a Demon. The infernal connotations through history were often thought mere rumor or imagination, but some of those rumors are true. Such as making a deal with a devil. Or in this case, Demon. Beatrice considers herself a bit of an outsider, an observer of secrets, a holder of treasures. She has taken it upon herself to be a broker of these secrets and treasures. As such, she can make deals, barter with others for mutual benefit.
(She can make 'deals', giving someone else her words, teaching them a technique, or giving them an item. But nothing is ever free, there will always be a cost. The cost will be agreed upon in the negotiations, and are final once agreed upon. She can not renege on her side of any agreement, but neither can she coerce others to make agreements. If the other party does not keep their end of the bargain, then they shall be penalized. Punished by having the 'devil in the details' come after them. Or rather, she will steal a portion of their 'soul' [this does extend to things that might not intrinsically have a soul!] This soul portion contains a portion of their power and life, to the tune of 1/4 of each stat/Ki. If she does indeed gain this soul portion from someone, the stolen power will become hers, though the guilty party can always come back to try to barter for the return of their soul.)
A secondary ability is merely a way to facilitate exchanges, of techniques or other abilities. She can actually reach into someone (only if they are willing) and grab a technique or other ability, pull it out, and place it in another vessel.
Activation Cost: 800 to forge a contract, 400 to transfer an ability/technique. Broken contract reparations are free.

Technique Name: Jupiter's Judgement
Description: Bubbles, in a fit of rage after his home was destroyed, told himself that if he ever met any one with evil intentions, he would show them true judgement. The user gets into a power up position and energy, usually green, appears, the energy is loosely in the shape of a ball but is flying around the area. When the user clinches one of their fist, the energy is compacted into a ball which forms a ring. They lift the other hand and swing it down as their hand forms a fist. The 'Jupiter' composed of energy is pulled down hitting the opponent. It is similar to the Supernova technique except that the energy is mostly sent into the enemy's body so the planet is not harmed unless the user is trying to hit multiple targets.
Activation Cost: 1600

Technique Name: 35 Deadly Swords
Description: It is just as the name implies. Doragon first uses the Multi-Form technique to summon five of himself. Each of the clones have five swords. One in the mouth, two held by the tail, and one held by each paw. After summoning the clones, Doragon jumps into the air over the opponent and releases the sword in his mouth, letting it fall on the enemy. The clones then do the same, circling the opponent and dropping the swords one by on.
After the technique is used the clones all vanish. When this happens, the Multi-Form Technique can't be used for two posts.
Activation Cost: 400

Description: this attack is similar to the kamehameha but it only uses one hand and if the persion shoots there own energy beam at the the users attack it makes it larger it can only be used twice at most as it uses up half the users energy to do it.
Activation Cost: about 900 ki

kid buu did it when the was trying to destroy grand kai's planet so i figured why not i do it. Trust me Ryuji can only do it twice and its really difficult to use he almost died using it once, i promice i will not god mound please guys give me a chance. I am always true to my word...
