I guess so. You still wouldn't be able to do other exclusive stuff, or absorb people/androids to get stronger.

No, it's being taken to the Red Ribbon Army to be studied. Check the DB News thread, we also get a rewards for being in the SL.
Edit: Why is Maeyo wanting to see Kami? That makes no sense, he is part of Piccolo now. Did you mean Dende?

When he says Kami he means God which is obviously the Gaurdian so yes he does mean Dende.

I would consider Cell a Bio-Changeling since he has his three, well four forms.

Yes... Can't just say you took their zeni though, you'll probably have to kill them then you can take their Zeni unless they stated earlier at some point that they don't carry their Zeni on them.

Hmm, I was wondering when you will be creating Super Saiyan, I think it should be when a saiyan reaches the Ki Level 120,000 or something.
