Max shrugged. "Yeah. Those rumors are true.I cant just leave, I dont have enough money. Im trying to save up as much as I can, so I can leave because my mom and dad are already mad at me for being pregnant." She said, looking at the floor looking at where she was walking.

"That's good." Tonks smiled, then looked at the pet store as they passed it. "I'm thinking of getting Remus a dog or something for Christmas. He's living in that dumb apartment all alone."

Max giggled. "Dogs are cute. You should." Max said looking at the kittens and dogs in the window. "Its weird they have a pet store in a mall, dont you think?" She said.

"A little, but why not? They're shelter animals, and it's no-kill. They're healthy, too. Hmm...." Tonks stood infront of the window, looking at all the puppies. "Do you mind if we go in for a look?"

"PUPPIES!" Tonks shrieked almost as soon as they set foot in the shop. She ran over to a crate filled with different breeds and mixes. "I wish I could take them all!" she whined, looking at all their adorable little faces.

Max laughed, "Thats what I say whenever I see those puppy commercials." She commented, walking next to Tonks to look at the dogs she where looking at.

"What kind of dogs does Remus like, again?" Tonks asked, more to herself then Max. "He always wanted a dog when he was little, and I can't remember what breed...." Suddenly, her whole face light up. She reached into the kennel and pulled out one of the puppies. "This one!"
(That's a picture from one of my friend's photobucket....Oh well, I don't think she'll mind ^^ Sorry and thanks Lily! :3 Oh, and in the roleplay it's smaller)

Max nodded. "Thats really cute." Max commented looking at the dog. She set the bags on the floor, so her arms could rest for at least a little bit.

"Is this the dog you'll be getting, miss?" asked an employee, walking over to them.
"Yes please. I'm getting a Christmas present for my brother, and he really likes dogs." she explained, "Could you check to see if it's a boy or girl, please?" The employee nodded, taking the dog from her and lifting it into the air to check, then gave it back to her. "That's a female."
(I always wondered how they knew. I got my kitten, Ruby(who grew up to be a demon! D:<) and I was like, 'Why does he do that?' 'To see if it's a boy or girl.' 'How does he know?' No reply. XD)

Max stood next to Tonks, and looked at the dog in her hands with a warm smile. "The dog is adorable, it would be a great gift to him." Max commented.
(Omg I asked my mom when I was young and she said Im to young to under stand and Im like WHYYY so she said that they can tell the difference by looking at their tummy colors XD)
