Should I say yay or should I say nay?
I may say nay, but if I say yay, will it outdo the nay that is opposite to the yay?
Yay or Nay?
Hmmmmmmm.....
Well, I do actually like having relatives, however I agree when people say it is a little much. Unless these last two can provide an excellent RP reason, or some sort of explanation as to how they are related to me, then they can't be Kuchiki.
-Slick-it, I know he can develop something already, I've known him for a bit. -The other ((I forgot the name)) I think it was Saeko, I met just only the other day, so I am not too sure of her RPing ability, though both profiles are good.
slick-it you may want to tone down on the Bankai sweatdrop There needs to be some sort of weakness or limitation there, seeing as most ((actually all)) characters here do.
Recall the whole drama with Byakuya is his loss of his wife and lack of family, if anyone were to actually have children it may be Rukia. Byakuya apparently, according to Baraku, only had one son, but that is perfectly fine with me. I just need to know how the others are related to me sweatdrop

@Raine ...Those are excellent points. And Hisana Kurosaki is Rukia's biological daughter. She just doesn't know it. sweatdrop But I'd have to say nay for these two. crying It kinda hurts to know this is my first time rejecting a profile/two profiles.

...He said it's because of the RPC Skeletons. THe reason he didn't include the history is because he thought there was supposed to be a "Bio" section instead. I tried to explain-- Eh, screw retyping everything. I'll just quote what he said! slick-it Well, first off your character profile format is to blame, because the Bio is not included therefore the reason for my character being a kuchiki is unexplained. And yes my bankai does have its limitations, the only thing i was doing was following your profiling format, explaining the attacks in much details. This character profiling format is to blame for my "flawless" character no offense. ...He's blaming it on the RPC Skeletons. A little back-up maybe?!

This character profiling format is to blame for my "flawless" character no offense. ...He's blaming it on the RPC Skeletons. A little back-up maybe?! -Firstly, there is a reason there is a "Relatives" Section of the bio, which he failed to include, secondly, there is a reason why the character's "History" is included. The History section is the Bio, more or less, he needs to place his entire history, origins, how he became related to others, his ranking and his time growing up in the Sereitei. He failed to adhere to the Character Profile Format. If you study his profile, he did not include the History or the Relatives, so how are we to infer the relations? He is to blame. -Secondly, yes, the profile asks for the attack details, if it is asking clearly for attack details, then OBVIOUSLY it would ask to include all limitations as well. By providing only what the attack does, he is not showing us the limitations. We need to know what the limits are, otherwise, we consider it to be a flawless character.

@Raine Alright, alright. I see where this is going. But we PM'd each other and he agreed to edit his RPC so it wouldn't be a Kuchiki; his character's gonna be a Kasumioji like my other RPC Yuganahana. Comments, questions, or complaints?

Personality: Kūkaku is known to be violent and very aggressive, often scolding and beating her younger brother Ganju. Ganju is not the only victim of her aggressive nature, as she has also scolded, threatened, and beaten others, such as the various members of Ganju's Gang, Ichigo Kurosaki, and other members of her family such as her nephew Raine Shiba, Kaien's son. Kūkaku has also been known to change the location of her house without warning and without leaving any information as to where she changed locations.
History: Kūkaku is the acting head of the Shiba family, which fell from the status of nobility after her brother, Kaien Shiba, died. Because they knew only that Kaien was killed by a Shinigami, both Kūkaku and Ganju are distrustful of Shinigami when first introduced. After Kaien's killer, Rukia Kuchiki, explains how he died and apologizes, the Shiba make amends. Kūkaku seems to have some kind of relationship with the Urahara Shop, knowing Yoruichi Shihōin and claiming to have worked with Kisuke Urahara in the past.
Weapons {Kukaku Brand Chili Pepper Smoke Bomb with Bloody Tears Effect} Originally developed by Kukaku herself, his is a very powerful smoke bomb that, upon explosion, spreads a large, obscure cloud of red chili powder that intensely burns the eyes of whoever is caught inside. Occasionally it will burn the victims' throats. {Sword} Kūkaku possesses a sword which resembles an ordinary katana. She keeps it attached to the back of the stub of her right arm.
Release: None
Abilities: ~High Spiritual Power~ Kūkaku being of the Shiba family she possesses a high level of spiritual pressure. ~Keen Intellect~ While short-tempered, Kūkaku has shown herself to be a rather insightful woman, able to quickly understand the situation at hand and act accordingly with it. She is apparently a well-informed person, having good knowledge of events in Soul Society. ~Enhanced Strength~ She strictly (if not brutally) disciplines anybody with an intense blow of spiritual power, in which detonates on hitting a solid object. ~The Kakaku Hō/Flower Crane Cannon~ Seen behind her house is a Kidō-driven device that makes use of Kūkaku's special invention, the reishūkaku/Spirit-Gathering Core. This invention uses its bearer's reiryoku in order to generate and maintain a spherical shell of energy that allows a measure of protection against the barrier surrounding Soul Society. Kūkaku uses an advanced Kidō technique to fire this device, which is mounted behind her house. She also used a level 63 Hadō when, along with Jidanbō, fighting against the other three gate guardians. ~Kidō and Hadō~ As seen in the anime series, Kukaku Shiba can use up to a high level of Hadō in most situations; so far only number 63 has been shown. The Kido part of her abilities has been seen during use of the launch of the Flower Crane Cannon.
Other Information: None to tell
