Matsu finally arrived at the snowy field in front of the village. The wind was blowing through calmly, adding a chill to the area. Matsu then spotted a tree in the distance. It stood out in the area for it was the only tree in the area. That must be where Rikuto had found me. Matsu thought as he calmly walked towards it. It was a pine tree just how Rikuto had described. As Matsu neared it, he could clearly see that it was healthy and strong. "How strange it is to find you out here by yourself." Matsu whispered looking up at the tree. He then looked surprised as if he had been taken off guard. With his Byakugan active, Matsu could see chakra being held inside the tree. Inside, resembled a chakra network although it had not chakra points, simply arteries that carried the chakra. That explains why it's so strong. Matsu stepped closer to it in order to place a hand on it but suddenly kicked something at it's base. Matsu grunted in pain as he looked down at what he had hit. It appeared to be made of metal. He crouched down and wiped the snow that had built upon it revealing a piece of blue armor. Intrigued, Matsu continued to dig through the snow, finding a second piece. He knew it belonged to him for it matched the greaves that he already had except this armor was a raiment and gauntlets. Matsu sat back in the snow and tried desperately to remember why it was that he was found there. Why so much armor? Why stripped from me? Matsu then noticed a garment in the snow under the armor. One of the sleeves was torn and the entire shirt was soiled with mud and blood. Matsu deactivated his Byakugan in order to avoid exhaustion. Slowly and thoughtfully, Matsu placed all of his items into his bag and closed it tightly. The bag was now quite heavy with all of his armor and clothes but Matsu managed to stand nonetheless. He took one last look at the tree in a pondering manner and proceeded to head toward the Dojo in the distance.
Before he reached the Dojo, Matsu remembered that he had been watching Rikuto from afar. Stepping aside from the entrance into the Dojo, Matsu made a single Tiger hand sign and activated his Byakugan. He stood there for a few moments, looking over the village. He then stopped when he spotted Rikuto's violet hair at the edge of the river near the streets he had been walking through before. So there is where you ended up. Matsu looked to the snow thoughtfully and decided. He pulled his bag closer and began to jog in Rikuto's direction. Maybe she can teach me something I don't know. Matsu smiled in his run. Thinking about it, she surely knows much more than I.

He was calm now as the cold had been removed from his body. he continued further into the dojo until he reached an open space perfect for his particular training. He grabbed his family sword and smiled as it glistened He grabbed the scroll with the jutsu he would be learning on it.

Description: The user will hold his sword high above his head and strike down completely missing any opponent to stir up a "mist" of the users element. The technique is used as a diversion tactic, to obtain some space. As the user's rank increases, so will the range of the mist.
There was a check next to the jutsu he had already learned, He began reading onto the next jutsu and nodded. "Alright beautiful, looks like daddy's gonna be breaking in a new jutsu, you ready for this?" He asked the blade as if it weren't an inanimate object. he then got started on the jutsu He began striking upwards first to practice his strokes but being drunk as he was his strokes were sloppy and uneven and as he tried to continue it just looked even more sloppy. he then began adding chakra his chakra manifested itself as flames as it surrounded the blade, He brought up the blade and tried to let a burst of chakra loose and instead of what the scroll read should happen he went flying into a wall. Skye looked at the blade. "Someone's a little tense with daddy huh?" Again posing a question to the inanimate blade. ╚══════════════════════════╝ |

Gale walked into the dojo, confident that his new white tee and neon blue sweats were just what he needed for this kind of training. He worse his headband around his waist, it provided a nice belt. If someone were to look at him right now, they would wonder why he just dressed down to run a marathon considering he was getting out his violin, and that took no real sweaty effort. And really; the suit was no real importance since he was only going to be practicing Genjutsu today.
He brought out his bow using the wax on the strings, the boy then placed the newly waxed bow on the the 5 wires of his pale pink violin. It made an ear wrenching noise that made him glow red with embarrassment. It had been a while since he tuned this thing. So after some fiddling and turning, he had it all tuned up and ready to go. Gale focused his chakra into his arm, down the bow and into the violin, as he started to play. It was a cheerful tune, quick and precise; it sounded a little woodsy in fact. Eyes closed as he focused on the music he was playing and the hypnotic rhythm it created, he didn't notice the furry little snow rabbit hop into the dojo and sit as his feet, dazed at the lovely music. The little creature lightly nibbled at Gale's sandal, making him open his eyes and looked down a little shocked. "Oh yeah it worked!" He breathed and bent low to pet the little creature on the head. It seemed a bit miffed that the music stopped, but stayed by his side. [1/1 Yukashii no Jutsu [ Charming Technique ] Learned]
He started to play another tune. This one was a lot darker, and faster. The notes seemed make his own heart beat pound in his chest. Closing his eyes once again he was sucked into his own illusion. His body stood stiff; except his working arm that seemed to be acting on its own as he played the fast music. In his mind he saw himself dart around the dummy in front of him, moving at speed uncanny to any other, then he vanishes into a fume of mist. And the next moment he stood behind the dummy, stabbing the wood with the kunai from his pocket. Softly he whispered at the wood statue; "Good bye." Satisfied the boy pulled himself out of the illusion, and he found himself slightly sweating from the intense playing from his violin. See? He hadn't overdressed... After a few minutes of mission searching Freyr had found the perfect one. All it was, was learning a jutsu. So easy he could do it in literally five minutes. He was a pro at this ninjutsu stuff, no one should worry about him. He would have enough experience after all these missions, and become a chunnin in no time! He could practically smell victory! It smelt like fresh strawberries. Well, if that's what being a chunnin smelt like, he should hurry up and become one! Gale was right behind him stepping into the dojo. Hopefully it wasn't too gross for him. It was even approaching Freyr's standards of gross. "What are you planning on learning, Gale?" He asked his brother, not really expecting an answer. He had quite the knack for genjutsu, so he was probably going to learn that, Freyr guessed.
Looking through the water scroll he picked up from the entrance of the dojo, Freyr decided to kick off his free ability to learn jutsu by learning... an E rank one. Way to show off his new skills, learning jutsu he was capable of learning in the academy. But if that was the case, he should be able to do it really fast, right? So, he wanted to learn Mizu no Yaiba, so he would be able to have a sword at all times. He didn't really know how to use one, but he was sure he could learn.
Freyr focused his chakra into the palm of his hand, and tried turning it into water. He had excellent control over his chakra and did this easily, creating a swirling ball of water seemingly hovering beneath his overturned hand. That was easy enough. Now to shape his chakra-infused water into a sword shape. He swept his other hand with chakra at his palms over the ball of water, extending it to form the shape of a very short sword. He frowned a bit at it's size, but shrugged, assuming it would be better as he practiced it more. The water solidified in his hand and he swung it around a bit, even landing a solid little cut in a training dummy's flank. He let his grip on the handle of the water sword go and his jutsu splashed on the ground like it was never anything but water. [ 1/1 Mizu no Yaiba { Water Sword } Learned ] [ Learn a Jutsu! Next... it would probably be good to learn a healing move, in case him or his brother got hurt during training. Good thing he got an eiseijutsu scroll too. Huh. Healing hands? His hands were already healing, baby~ Uh, ahem. He smiled as he read the jutsu. By the looks of things, this one wouldn't be as easy as that water sword thing. He started off with concentrating his chakra once again into a ball in his palm. [ 1/2 ]
Wow, learning a medical jutsu that was not self-harming while listening to his brother play violing was excellent. It was relaxing, to say the least. Freyr frowned, wishing he could play an instrument. He had learned the piano as a child but gave it up after his mother died. She was the only thing keeping him learning, so once she was gone, so was his motivation to play piano. Shaking himself from his thoughts, he put more focus into his jutsu. His palm grew green; a good sign for any healing jutsu. He was pretty sure it worked, but he just needed to make sure. Taking out a kunai, he sliced it across his forearm, creating a shallow cut. He put his hand with the green ball of chakra on top of the cut and it was healed within moments. Well, that wasn't as hard as it could've been. Good thing he had practice from home. "Ahah~ Gale we're so good at this. Aren't you glad that Dad taught you now?" It seemed like his twin was really trying his hardest to learn techniques, and succeeding too! Did he really learn more than Freyr did, or did it just seem like it? Two really wasn't that impressive of a number, but the older twin just got lazy and decided to stop learning. He did this in the academy often too. Maybe that's why he graduated so late.
He already learned two types of jutsu in this session, why not learn a third? Along with his other two scrolls there was also one for Fuuton. Freyr had only dabbled slightly in his talent for the wind element, and wasn't that great at it. Supposedly it was like water but more swishy. Yeah, the person who told him that was a real genius. Looking through the scroll, he found one that caught his eye. And by caught his eye, we mean made him as excited as a fat kid seeing a candy bar at fat camp. Riding the wind. "LET'S DO THIS." He said to himself, before walking outside to an open area. Wouldn't be nice to run into walls when he was riding the wind. [ 1/2 ]
Freyr took the advice of whoever told him wind was swishy and focused his chakra under his feet to be exactly that; swishy. It was supposed to lift him several feet off the ground. Ehh, he was a bit lacking with that 1 inch gap between the ground and his feet. His solution? More chakra, and more chakra, and MORE CHAKRA! Soon the boy was three feet off the ground, since he put all his extra chakra into his feet. Now to move. He willed the air ball forward with the powers of his incredible chakra control and the sphere of pure wind sped forward at the average speed of about 15 miles an hour. Might not seem like too much, but it did that in less than a second. As expected, Freyr fell right on his butt, and his sphere dissipated. After trying it again, he was able to keep a slow speed while sitting down on the ball. With more practice surely he could go hundreds of miles an hour! Maybe. Okay, probably not. Gale looked down at his bow and frowned. One of the stings had snapped while he was playing. One out of the 78 that composed his bow. Now it was 77. He wasn't sure if he liked that number, it wasn't even and that made him a little upset, but on the other hand it was double digits; and 7 was his lucky number after all. So after he plucked the broken horse hair off, he decided that this was actually a good thing; and maybe it would bring him luck. Then he noticed someone approach him, this girl was nice looking enough.
"Hello miss Riku. I'm Gale, and yes I am a musician. What are you?" After saying that last sentence he felt like he worded it wrong, and in his mind he thought; 'She's human, duh' Then he smiled at her again, "I was just about to practice a new jutsu, would you care to watch?"
Although he asked, he didn't wait for a respond and closed his eyes once again and started playing. It was an older tune, almost like some freak carnival music. Slow but a little dark; nothing physical happened, and he knew that would be the case, so this was mainly so he could show off his music and train at the same time. In his mind in front of him the wooden dummy was surrounded by a pink see through box. If there was actually someone in there, they would be trapped in the illusion, unable to say or do anything. But for this it was just a wooden dummy and would have to suffice. Gale opened his eyes suddenly and stopped playing, disabling the technique all together. [1/1Mokugeki [ Pantomime ] Learned ]
