The Doctor stared at her with a mixture of regret and confusion.
"You're not a monster Ally," his tone was suddenly very serious but very gentle as well, "don't ever think you are."

"There was nothing you could have done against Daleks, not even Time Lords were prepared," he replied gently, "if they found Gallifrey... Girmix was not hidden to them. Whatever happened Ally, it wasn't your fault."
His eyes bore intently into her face.

Ally looked up at him. "Believe what you want Doctor" she said as she threw him the coat and stood up from the coach.

The Doctor caught the coat and draped it over his uninjured shoulder. His face looked saddened as he looked at Ally.
"Ally... it really isn't," he said, "why don't you believe that?"

she patted his hurt shoulder and smiled "don't worry about it" and she skipped off to explore the tardis.

She was asking for something impossible but at the moment, Ally didn't want to talk about it. Fair enough. He winced as she purposely patted his bandaged shoulder.
"Uncalled for!" he yelled out as she skipped away.

Ally turned around and stuck her tongue out at him playfully but then she tripped over the stairs and went down down down. her yelling became more distint as she went down falling.

[this shouldn't be as funny as it is to me! *literally broke out in giggles*]
The Doctor wonder if the TARDIS had a sense of humor. Granted you couldn't DIE in the TARDIS but falling down several flights of stairs, that had to hurt. He peeked down the stairs once the swearing and the thumping stopped.
"Watch out for that last step..." he called out stifling a laugh, "it's a doozy."

She yelled some swear words at him but it was hard to hear since she was so far down. "WOAH YOU HAVE A POOL!" she yelled.

The Doctor grabbed a clean shirt and hurried down the flight of stairs. Thankfully the TARDIS shortened the walk.
"Yes I do have a pool... apparently it's in the library now," he said as he buttoned up his shirt, "fancy a swim... and a read?"

She glared at him as he came down the short flight of stairs. "Did your Tardis extend the stairs when i was falling down?"
