Silverah Do powered character customs include a civilian form when you buy the first stage, or do those have to be purchased separately? Nessy: The civilian has always been a separate stage that is generally Stage 0.5 and not necessary for play. However if you would like to buy a civilian form for the powered character you acquired in customs you may purchase the civilian at the same time as the powered.
You may not however, otherwise stack customs such as getting an alternate outfit for your existing powered character at the same time as getting a new powered character. So, to be clear, if you wanted to get a powered character and their civilian form at the same time it would be possible, but would cost 1.2 mil or 1.5 mil, instead of just the flat 1 million for the custom? Natsube: Yes; even when getting RL customs, the civilian is an extra charge as it is unnecessary for playing purposes, more of an extra than anything else. So it's just following how things have always been.

For the new custom system, does Natsu's slots fall under this ? Say, if you win a rl slot from Natsu, are you barred from getting template customs for three months as well, or are the two systems completely independent ?
Also, would guardian cats on templates be considered bribe only ?
Nessy: Slots are completely independent of each other and at the moment yes cats on template are still bribe only. That will probably change as we figure out a fair price for them based on rarity needs.

Sorry about the lame grammar question, but would they be written:
[Name] Page of [Planet/Etc], or [Name], Page of [Planet/Etc]?
Nessy: [Name], Page of [Planet]
Mouse: Gonna disagree with Ness here, actually, pretty sure it would be no comma. You're the Knight OF a specific place -- the place would serve as an adjective grammatically in your name, so with that in mind it would be [Name] Page of [Planet].

Does the Negaverse subspace have an official name? (other than subspace) Also, how big is it?
Nessy: You can assume that there are several rooms off the throne room which is probably the size of maybe two high school gyms. It's a huge room! The official name is the Dark Kingdom.

Senshi powered up injured -> Civilian powered down has injury
But;
Civilian powered down injured -> Senshi powered up having injury?
Basically, if a civilian with a broken arm were to henshin up, would they still have a broken arm?
Nessy: Injuries pass across both forms so yes absolutely.

Can a senshi phone be taken apart (like unscrewed to see all the parts) and put back together? Or is there some kind of magic on them that would prevent that, like you might get a small shock if you took a screw driver to it?
Mouse: They can't be taken apart by screwdrivers, etc. Mauvian technology is way ahead of conventional Earth tools, so they're effectively seamless.

Cell phones. Do they work from space? Can someone on their home planet call someone back at home?
Mouse: Senshi phones can only call other senshi phones, but they would work from that long a distance.
Also, first-stage zodiacs are a weird place between super and eternal, do they have the super limit on space travel
Mouse: Stage 1 Zodiacs would have the Super limit, and stage 2 the Eternal!

Does Destiny City have a Community College, or is it just SHP or DCU?
Akina: I personally always viewed SHP as their sort of community college, but since DC is supposed to be a metropolis, I don't think there would be any harm in assuming your character went to some small (other) post-secondary school within the city. I'd just keep vague on the details about it in case another college were to come along. The others can confirm this though!
Mouse: I figure there can be others, but they would be much less popular / well-known than SHP because the credit transfer isn't as good and their degrees don't take you as far. Other than that, Akina is right -- SHP serves the role of a community college in DC.

Seeing as corruption tends to make a few negas crazy, and concerning if that person also went through some rather traumatic events (torture), how crazy could said person go before it became a concern? I know that a few Negas (Obsidian and Tanzanite) can get pretty brutal, and a few have gone rather nuts during fighting, but if it's kept ONLY in the realm of battle and not outside, is it okay or can it also lead to them being a bit unstable as a civilian as well?
Stae: Get all Crayzizzle up in that Hizzle.
While we tend to ask that people steer clear of specific severe mental illness (Schizophrenia, Sadism, etc), there's nothing wrong with playing out the progression of a character's sanity in a way that realistically corresponds to their IC actions. If a person suffered from something like what Wolfy did, I think it would be more unrealistic not to explore the possible impacts it would have.
Go nuts. Stab some bitches. Put on a tube top and go troll the corners as Wolframina. Just remember that if you go too overboard, people are going to notice and there should be IC consequences. Tanz went overboard with the crazies when she carved names into bodies, but she also suffered the consequences of catching the BMC's attention. Crazy is fun, just keep it balanced with fitting consequences.

Doing as told...
As far as quests are concerned:
Can I assume that my character has been awakened prior to when I actually acquire them and begin playing?
Akina: The general rule of thumb for this is probably going to be no. We don't want to open the door for brand new characters to come in and be able to say that they have more fighting experience, city knowledge, or history/influence than characters who have OOCly existed longer than them. There is a little wiggle on this, perhaps, but not much. I know that, for example, Neso was awakened ICly prior to when I OOCly received him, but that was because he was awakened... and then never henshin'd again for the three months between. So he gained zero knowledge, experience, or additional stuff in that time period. Basically, you can't handwave your character having to learn the ropes! Not entirely, at least.
Mouse: Gonna second the above: any newly-acquired senshi character is always going to be a greenhorn in their senshi duties. This would extend to Negaverse and Knight characters as well.
Wanting to handwave the awakening or recruiting process so you can get right to the part where you're playing your powered form is fine, so long as you establish that they're newly powered or, as with Akina's example with Neso, somehow as inexperienced as a newly-powered character.
Can I assume that my character was awakened somewhere outside of Destiny City and is just now coming here?
^^;;
Mouse: This is doable and has been done before, but if you want to do this we'd like you to toss your backstory ideas to the mule so we can see the how and the why of it. <3
Stae: Seconding what Mouse said! Just be sure to make a note of how far outside of DC they were awakened and how. There has been some IC development about where/when powered characters have been awakened outside of DC. For example, we know the Negaverse has had a presence in both Africa and Europe, but that the only senshi to awaken in Europe were killed, and that there have never been any who showed up in Africa. So in part it will depend on how far outside of DC they were awakened.

When is Graduation for the high schools in Destiny City? And are they all the same date?
Stae: This hasn't been set in stone, so this is just my view on it. The others might have other plans for it.
Like most colleges, I imagine they would have different dates for each school graduation. One or two might overlap, but since universities determine that independently, they would probably be staggered a bit. This also allows people to ICly attend their friends/family graduation ceremonies without missing their own if they happen to be the same year at different schools.
However, I'd love to hear what players would prefer for this? Would you guys prefer one mass high school graduation somehow? My high school did this because both our school and the neighboring two only had about 80 graduating seniors and wanted to save the County money.
Akina: Echoing Carmen here. Realistically, the dates are probably staggered, but I am also not opposed to saying that all the ~*~UNEXPLAINED DAMAGE~*~ to Destiny City has strapped the city's budget and, therefore, the resources for schools. So it is feasible to say they might combine together for a ceremony. If this is something people really like the idea of (or perhaps have a plot idea for!), definitely shoot that over to the mule. =D

Blue Eyed Melloon Senshi powered up injured -> Civilian powered down has injury But; Civilian powered down injured -> Senshi powered up having injury? Basically, if a civilian with a broken arm were to henshin up, would they still have a broken arm? Nessy: Injuries pass across both forms so yes absolutely.Expanding on this question, if a senshi had a cast on their civilian arm, would this cast still be on an arm? If not, would there be any kind've magical fortification to a broken arm? Or would the senshi/nega just be SOL? Akina: Huh. I have never really thought about this one before. I usually just said that my character didn't henshin when injured. But! I would assume that a cast disappears when they do, but the arm would remain broken. (Ouch!) So either they need to find a way to quickly support it or go through a battle with a broken arm. Honestly, I think the safest way to handle this would just be to say that they aren't able to henshin during that time. It gets messy otherwise. Other GMs can probably weigh in on this.Mouse: There'd definitely be no magical fortification to a broken arm, etc, and I think it's fair to assume that the cast would vanish with the rest of your civ gear when you try to power up. Your Negaverse superiors / guardian cats and mentoring senshi would likely have briefed you on this offscreen, so the majority of powered characters would know that it's extremely stupid to go into battle with that kind of injury.
So, you'll just have to wait until you're mended to return to fighting evil by moonlight! However, powered goodguys have somewhat accelerated healing and Negaversers can speed up the process a bit by consuming energy or star seeds, so you can recover a bit faster than average.

I'm trying to come up with the Knight identity for my quested Knight of Saturn. I'm running into some issues, mainly because Saturn is a gas giant and has no real landmarks. I know that landmarks from Earth or mythical landmarks/places are acceptable, it's just that I'm trying to keep him close to Saturn.
Would it be alright to use a landmark from one of Saturn's moons (Roncevaux, on Iapetus), or would he then be considered a Knight of Iapetus? If this is not alright, would naming him after one of Saturn's rings or ring formations be ok?
Akina: Naming him after a ring formation would be fine. And he couldn't be a Knight of Iapetus because, at present, you can only elect to be a Knight of one of the planets, or of the planet belonging to an IC character. Personally, it does not bother me for him to be a Knight of Saturn who is named after something on one of Saturn's moons though.
Mouse: I'm down with that -- this particular Roncevaux would be assumed to be a place on Saturn instead of on Iapetus!

If you're writing a normal solo that involves memory flashes to things that happened in a previous RP, can you still count those words from the previous RP in the word count for your solo?
Akina: If you are literally just copy+pasting words from something else you have written, then it would not count. You could only count the parts of the solo that were original content. If you rephrased/rewrote the flashback, it could though.

Getting mixed reviews so I'de love a official ruling if possible XD
When a senshi is corrupted, does their civilian hair grow to the same length as it is in their powered form? Or does it....stay one length in civi, and grow when powered up? If their hair is the same in both, is it the same if someone is corrupted directly to nega and was never awakened? Cause it'd be odd explaining civilian longer hair grown over night if straight to nega XD
Mouse: It's been unofficially played as the hair growing when powered up / staying its normal length in civ form, so I think that's what we should stick with. Chalk it up to the instability of a sailor crystal charged up with Chaos energy.
