Elizabeth nodded, then pointing in to the woods, "It's just about am mile away, east of here. Alexander and I used to go there and play when we were little vampires. The adult vampires could never find use because something in the forest masked our scent." She pointed to a small path, "Just follow this small path, it should led you to it."

Justin nodded and started to walk along the path. He felt like he could trust Elizabeth with his life. no, it was more than that, but he couldn't put it into words.

Elizabeth just lay in Justin's arms, looking around at the familiar forest around her. It'd been years since she'd come down this path. Soon, they reached a large glen leading down to a wide mouthed cave that was concealed by a wall of rocks. Elizabeth smiled; this place had always been a good hiding spot when she'd needed time to think alone. Inside, Alex and Elizabeth had put a couple of blankets, build a fire pit and put other things in there encase there was ever an emergency and the cave was needed.

Justin smiled at Elizabeth gratefully. "I can't thank you enough for all you're doing to help me." he said.

Elizabeth smiled up at Justin, "Well, like you have told me, I do not liking seeing you hurt either." She said as they made their way in to the cave.

Justin smiled back at her. He wanted to say something important to her, but he didn't know the words exactly.

Elizabeth kneeled next to the fire pit and started a fire to kept them warm. She moved back some, sitting a few feet from the fire. It didn't hurt her like sunlight did, but she didn't like being too close to it.

Elizabeth just watched the fire, her red eyes glazed over in thought. She brought her knees to her chest, leaning her chin on them as she stared in to the flames.

Justin looked at the fire, almost hypnotized by the dancing embers. he then closed his eyes, relaxing his mind and body.

Elizabeth got up and went to the blankets. She picked up two and went back over to Justin. She put one over him before sitting down with her own.

Justin held the blanket gently and fell asleep.

Elizabeth stayed awake, continuing to watch the fire. She wanted to keep a lookout and make sure they stayed hidden.
