The policy was that she was to detained and the kid would taken back to his village, but he could relate to her. He did not see a point in going through with that, she looked like he could trust her. He also remembered the story's of her family but he would let it go. Vash picked up her file and held it over the trash. It suddenly combusted into flames and fell into the can. He then went into his desk and got new papers for her and placed them into a file. "You don't have any connection to the hidden rock, and you are from Crater city. Fill that and why don't come back tonight and we can work the rest of this out...ok?"

She shifts Tyler to her other arm and fills the papers out like he wanted "sure, ok" Tyler was chewing on an animal cracker cookie. he then decides to have a tantrum "sorry about that...you know toddlers..and i think this one needs to be cleaned up"

He smiled and realized all kids do such things. "I guess I will see you tonight then?" He then put her new file back into place.

"yes you will" she picks up Tyler's diaper bag and leaves with him to take him home for a diaper change and his nap.

((so time skip to tonight I guess))
Vash walked along the second floor. Most of his living corders was on this floor. He was walking along the hall until he came acros the mes of papers that had knocked of his home desk. He thought about picking them up, but then he remembered the grief they gave him...

Later that evening Didi arrived as promised, she had no choice but to bring Tyler with her, so this time she brought his portable playpen so he could sit and play with toys she brought for him. "Hello, I'm here" Tyler babbled and it sounded like he was saying he was there to, he could speak but not very clearly, Didi was working on his speech so he could speak clearly for when he was old enough to enter the academy.

Vash smiled as he opened the door to let them in. "come in, you can have a seat over here" He pointed to the living room were some seats had been placed around the table. " I will get something to drink and join you shortly."

She nods and goes in and sets Tyler's playpen up and puts him in it with some toys to keep him busy then she sits down in a chair

Vash went into the back room and got out a bottle of fine sake and two cups, along with a carton of milk for the boy. He then made his way back and had a seat next to them and placed the cup in front of her. He then put the milk down and offered her a drink. "Here, have some."

she sets her cup down "good, but i fear my brother is after me, since i refused to rejoin the Akatsuki..i never want to go back to that or have my son mixed up in it"

"That is the reason I let you stay.....You clearly have a reason to live, why should I be the one to stop you. But if you say he is after you then you have painted a target on my village. What do you expect to do about this?

"well, for one he doesn't know my where i am, and last i heard, he thinks i died...my brother needs to be straightened out...i hate to see him like this, our father took us away from that life, in never thought he wouldn't turn to that life, i am willing to help catch him and lock him up...outside o the village of course, i don't want to endanger any lives including my sons"
