Erm... in a sense, yes... but Azi, you should've explained a bit. This note is from the academy / dojo thread: • Note: Any techniques not categorized as Nin, Gen, Tai, or Bukijutsu are reduced as if Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. So... bloodline techniques, medical techniques, kugutsu...

what are the rules about new tehcniques in bloodlines, especially if we had learned all we could previously? Especially about the magnetic minipulation part, is that a freebee for anyone over gennin? and what about techniques that were broken into 2 (clone skill) what are the rules on that?

Hey two questions regarding the Medical Class
Im looking into what Medical techniques I can learn and the limit for the medical class reads as six techniques.
Do the low level academy student jutsus count?
Do you count both dark and light techniques as together or separate?
because if I only get six techs as a Genin then I pray to God no one ever needs me to be the healer until I rank up.

[ Yoko: } If there were techniques that were dropped, you can use those posts and access them to a new technique if one was added. However, if you have no old training posts to make use of, you'll have to learn the new techniques. The only time this doesn't apply right away, is if you're in the middle of a fight.
[ Winter: } Yes, low level jutsu count as jutsu, and yes, it's 6 in total.

[ Winter: } Yes, low level jutsu count as jutsu, and yes, it's 6 in total. I'm new here so maybe I missed something, but that seems like a really low number for a specially. With 7 "academy student" techniques, 7 "Genin" techniques ,and the other specialty classes either getting 10(genjutsu) or 35(ninjutsu) in there specialty this appears to me to be completely unfair and leads to Genin level Medical ninja being useless in there specialty. At best they are hyper focused while the other classes are prepared in every part of their specialty. If Medical nin are supposed to be both rare and invaluable, as the description reads, then they should be able to handle their field with full proficiency. It's not like one guy can be the defibrillator, one the MD, and one the medicine man. There are not enough of them for that.

The numbers are very restricting on all classes, to be honest. Though, I'm slightly confused by what you mean by "7 academy student techniques, 7 genin techniques", also, I'm not too sure where you're seeing 35 ninjutsu.
Also, just encase you didn't know, you can overlap techniques you've previously learned to learn new ones. It should also be noted that the medical class featured in the guild is more a less modeled after Tsunade and Sakura, as it allows a taijutsu style.

In the list of Esijutsu they are devided by level also by Dark and Healing Esijutsu, The Ninjutsu class gets 7 jutsu per element. If there are 5 elements(earth, fire, wind,...) that is 35, If it is limited to 2 elements that is still 14 jutsus. The medical class gets total of 6 over two categories. That to me, Is a big difference, and makes Medical nin unable to cover their field.
I'll shut up, It's you guys guild and rules, Just wanted to point that out for someone's consideration.
Thank you for listening/reading
