Esmeralda ran as fast her legs could carry her. She stopped once she came to a set of winding stairs that seemed to lead down to the bottom of this place.

"i have to go after her,or she"ll get hurt" she thought to herself

Esmeralda heard footsteps following her so she gathered her courage and ran down the steps to the basement of the house as fast as she could.
'I have to keep running.' She thought.

Frollo was incredibly fit, even for an older man. He kept running holding the brim of his robe up so as not to trip. He then reached the pair and smiled cruely. "You have no where to run gypsy!" He stated in a booming voice, pointing his index finger towards her. "You will be punished for your evil sorceress acts against Paris!" His eyes were dark and cruel, his lips were curled into a malicious smirk, and his face was ugly, and almost had a demented look to it in the dark.

Esmeralda heard his voice but kept on running until she had to catch her breath but she could still hear him running after her.

Frollo's face became flushed with fury as she continued running. He ran towards the steps shoving Tiana out of the way in the process "Out of my way stupid girl!" He hissed at the princess as he began to descend down the steps, the long red tail of his hat flowing behind him.
"You won't get away! Not this time!"
He thought to himself, beginning to grind his teeth together in anger.

She ran harder and fast but tripped when she felt something wrap around her ankle.
'Oh no!!!' She thought with horror as he came closer.

Tiana got up and ran the other way" i have to hurry and tell the others"she said she ran as fast as she could she stopped in front of the others
"we have to hurry esmeralda is in danger, follow me" tiana said
she ran as fast as she could leading the others to esmeralda
"i just hope iam not to late"tiana thought to herself

Frollo flew down the stairs as fast as he could before reaching the basement. He looked around then noticed the figure of Esmeralda on the floor, stuck to something.
The minister' cruel moth once again formed into a wicked grin as he slowly walked towards the gypsy, his hands out in front of him as if he were praying.
"The time has come at last gypsy." He spoke in a satisfied cruel voice.
"You have no where to run.. no where to hide.. and no one to help you." He removed a small knife from his left sleeve and continued to advance.

Esmeralda did her best to undo the thing around her ankle to advail...
"Oh no!! Someone help!!" She cried out.

A large figure that couldn't be seen due to the shadows took hold of what was around Esmeralda's ankle and got her free. Then pushed her behind him. with a Shhh!

Esmeralda saw a huge figure block Frollo from her and she looked up at the shadowed figure,
"Thank you but who are you?" She asked, still trying to unhook whatever was on her ankle.
