Alec giggled, holding her hand now. "No, you sound smart." He laughed, leaning in and kissing her forehead for a second. "And I like the idea of being a defender of mankind...I sound pretty important." He chuckled.

Echo giggled with him, "you are important ~" she leaned in so her head was resting on his shoulder, and she rested her hand on his chest.

"Yay." Alec smiled, gazing down at her for a moment. Ah, she was so pretty. He was glad she was his. "That's new to hear." He joked, wrapping his arms around her.

Alec giggled, pulling Echo close to him. "So are you..." He murmured, kissing her once again.There was a small shout from across the lunchroom, and suddenly someone was sitting by them. His dark hair hung into his face, but he wore a small smile all the same. "Hey Alec." The boy laughed, watching as he held Echo in his arms.((Agreed. >.< ))

Echo jumped a little, embarrassed by the boy who came up to them. She pulled away from Alec so that she was sitting up straight, then looked at him for an answer of who the boy was.

Alec blinked, letting Echo pull back. He turned to the boy blankly, his eyes widening. "Er...Echo, this is Skylar." He mumbled under his breath, putting a hand to the back of his hair. "Skylar, this is Echo..." He turned to Echo for a second, raising an eyebrow. "He's my brother." Alec explained in a soft tone.
The boy named Skylar nodded, smiling towards Echo. "Hey." He said clearly, far unlike Alec's stuttering awkward voice. There was barely any resemblance between the two.

Echo looked at Alec, and Skylar, silently comparing them. They didn't really look like brothers to her, she gave Alec a disbelieving look, then turned to Skylar and gave him a shy smile, "Hello, n-nice to meet you"

Alec blushed softly at the look, glancing back at Skylar. True, they didn't look like siblings at all. Probably not even cousins, or long lost ancestors.
Skylar grinned. "Yeah." He giggled, looking back and forth from Alec to her. "You guys are really...friendly."

Echo felt her cheeks turn hot at Skylar's comment, she looked at the floor, "Y-yeah . . . well, I mean no . . . er, I-I guess . . . um" she looked at Alec for help, obviously not used to meeting new people, or being in a relationship for that matter.

Alec's blood sped to his face and his eyes narrowed at Skylar. He noticed Echo looking at him, which was surprising for he wasn't that bright or observant. "She's my girlfriend." He mumbled, matter-of-factly, pulling Echo close to him again. Almost in a protective way.
Skylar nodded, watching them for a second. "...I see...She's awfully cute." He smiled, not meaning it as a compliment or an insult really. Just as a statement.

Echo felt her cheeks turn bright red at Alec's words, and soon her whole face was red after Skylar spoke again. She probably looked like such a dork, blushing like that for no reason. Biting down on her lip, and tried to calm herself by making music in her head, starting with the guitar.

▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀ Ashley Reina Murdoc ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀  Ashley walked in and sat down at an empty table. She just sat there and looked outside the window. Ashley sighed with boredom and rested her head on her hand. After a while, looking out the window began to bore her as well, so she started observing the surrounding of the cafeteria.

Alec blushed again, though this time it wasn't out of embarrassment. He had never felt the urge to hit anyone before."We're leaving." He said quickly, grabbing her arm lightly and pulling her out. Je stopped by the lunchroom doors, standing there quite dumbly. "Um...I'm sorry. He doesn't really know how to...act around people." Alec admitted, glaring softly towards Skylar.Skylar, himself, was just watching them. "Okay. Bye Echo!" He shouted with a small wave. Noticing a girl sitting at a table not too far away, he smiled and sat down right by her. "Hello." He grinned. "I'm Skylar."
