I knew my face was flushed. "He's not my boyfriend," I snapped, "and only if he wants to." I turned to Ki. "Ki?" I wouldn't beg.
He shook his head, sighed, and muttered, "Yes, I'm coming. Might as well. You're my partner. Stick together to the end, right?" He attempted a smile.
I smiled back and turned to Gabriel, explaining, "He hasn't been with us for long. He still thinks we ought to be loyal to one another." I smiled wryly. "Where to?"

"Well ....I really have no clue where he is right now." Avangeline said desperate for an excuse but not exactly telling a lie, she really didn't know where Sethadoes was but the gun to her head wasn't cutting her any slack.

Sam sighed, stuffing her gun back in the holster under her hoodie. "Ah, fine. Look kid, I'm letting you go on two conditions: one, you have to promise not to kill me, 'kay?" she said, holding up a single finger. A second came up. "Two, you have to let me come with you to find this 'mentor'. He sounds interesting. Sound good to you?" the blonde asked, careful to keep a hand on his pistol just in case.
Gabe snickered as the girl confirmed his suspicions about the boy. No experienced assassin would talk about "sticking together". "So you got stuck with a rookie? Exactly why I don't work in pairs." he said with a sigh. He turned his head, looking up and down the street. "I'm not sure where the old geezer went, so I'm not sure what direction to head in. Do you have any idea of where he'd go after a fight?" Gabe asked, his icy eyes flashing in the moonlight.

"Off to find his apprentice," she said instantly. "Unless, of course, he got distracted. And Sethadoes gets distracted easily. But we find Asriel" ((is that her name still, or has it changed again? LOL)) "we find him, most likely."
I have changed this into third-person because it may be confused for people to read first-person.

Asriel made no sudden movement that might provoke Sam to bring her gun back out before hesitantly mumbling, " Okay."
(I have no clue where I left off or where Dolo is soo, )
Sethadoes shook his head returning to finding Asriel somewhere along the streets. Since having no such luck in his current direction he decided to go in a different one, soon running along the streets, darting in and out of alleyways, and quickly covering ground.

Sam clapped her hands together, instantly in a better mood. She snubbed her cigarette on the ground, letting go of the pistol. "Alrighty, then! Let's go find your mentor. I'm guessing he'd be deep in town if he's a bad dude, right?" she suggested.
Gabe raised an eyebrow. "He has an apprentice? This is news to me. Even my boss didn't know about it." he murmured. He began limping along down the sidewalk, trying to spot any sign of life on the streets.
"So what is his apprentice like? Is he as strong as I am?" Gabe asked, wondering what man would be worthy enough to be the apprentice of the old b*stard.

"He should still be in town, if he give a damn aout where I am he will be." Asriel said looking around before deciding to go back in the direction she came from.
Sethadoes turned to look around a bunch of apartments. (where sam and asriel just were! Lol)

Sam followed the girl down the street, shoving her hands in her pockets and looking around. After a few long moments of silence, she sighed. "Soooo, what's your name, kid? Should've asked before I tried to kill you, but you know." she said with a shrug. Then again...wasn't the other way around?
Gabe paused for a moment, not saying a word. Then, very suddenly(here you go, MJ), he burst out in laughter. It had been a long time since he had heard something as hilarious as that. "Are you kidding me? Sethadoes's apprentice is a little girl? The great assassin that has more kills than even I?" he asked, chuckling.

She crossed her arms. "Sethadoes doesn't joke," Jez said, watching the man laugh hysterically, "and when he does, it's never funny. So he's not joking. She's very talented. I've seen her work on tape. She's very good." Jez paused. "Besides, why is that funny? He took me on as a little girl, and I was the best of the freaking best. I still am one of the best. I only laughed because you had a common misperception. Listen. You wanna attack Sethadoes, fine. But I've got nothing against his little apprentice, so you leave her alone." She didn't add why. "Deal?"

"Nightwing? No last name or anything?" Sam asked curiously. What a funny name for a kid. "Nightwing"? Was the little girl part of some birdy-themed gang or something?
Gabe's laughter died down to a snicker every now and then. "Doesn't matter if she's good or not. When it comes down to it, the only things that matter in an assassin are their hearts and their physical strength. No matter how you look at it, a little kid ain't gonna be able to kill someone without remorse, and they'll be easily outdone in physical combat. Hell, even I didn't start my assassin training 'till I was fourteen." he said, snorting in disdain.
When Jez made the comment about not harming the apprentice, Gabe simply shrugged. "Hey, I've got no quarrel with the kid. Won't touch her. But if she gets in the way, I ain't holding back. That a good deal?" he asked back.

(I heard the name Nightwing somewhere and thought it was kinda cool sooo...)
"Nope, Just Nightwing." Asriel replyed, aproching the place where they'd first seen Kione and Jez.
Sethadoes sighed and slunk down to sit alongside the wall of an ally for a second. (i've got nuttin to do with him...yet)

Jez's eyes narrowed, and she opened her mouth to argue further, but she calmed herself--a rare thing for Jezebel to do. Jezebel never calmed down. She shot first and asked questions never. But she didn't strike, verbally or physically.
She exhaled slowly. "Sounds fine to me," she said, hoping that Asriel wasn't as attached to and protective of Sethadoes as she had once been. It had cost Jez her feelings, her heart, and any capability of loving anyone ever again, but it just might cost Asriel her life.
((DUH DUH DUH DUH! Sorry, I just HAD to do a dramatic ending, I had to I tell you!
...I've pretty much given up on Kione's character. I can't do a boy's POV very well...))
