I think he wants us to get back to talking with each other again, since most of the people in HV and SY that werent originally in HV dont really know each other or talk much. Give people a chance to make friends and such, that and I think hes still deciding on who he needs to promote to help him, lol.

Give people a chance to make friends and such, that and I think hes still deciding on who he needs to promote to help him, lol. Not only that, but being guild captain is alot harder than it looks, when no one is helping him come up with ideas. Why don't you Pm him KiD, instead of sitting around and waiting for some miracle to happen? Making a good guild takes time and organization, and Usagi-San is very organized.
