Well, guess who's back? That's right, it was the manananggal Tess here for another go at the maze. She hoped that this time she'd be successful, Trixie's been putting everything in its many mouths again and it had almost ate the ribbons decorating Tess' room, which was unfortunate for both purple tentacle and winged vampire.

With a wave to the imp that went on its merry way, Tess started back to her quest to navigate the maze. She turned this way and that, eventually finding things very familiar and braced herself for the next obstacle. This was where she got stuck the last time. Hopefully she won't run into the-
"TELL ME A RIDDLE!!!!" bellowed a voice.

Maritess had read up on riddles and stories and other mind-teasers. She was an undead but she wasn't the sort that feasted on brains, even if most of the books she checked out of the library with the title of BRAIN-TEASERS ended up being cookbooks. Still, she somehow managed to satisfy the wall and was given passage. Yay!

Maritess was confident when she flew past the wall. Perhaps a little too confident and apparently this overconfidence was like honey to the strange creature that lurked within the maze. Because it made a beeline for the winged vampire and chased her out.

Hoooo boy. Shehk didn't really like this 'practice in maze' stuff. 'Taking care' of an animal-familiar hadn't really been her cup-of-blood, namely because that was like.....well... -she- was a beast. She didn't have any need to take care of the weaker beasts because they were lunch.
So it was with great irritation that Shehk stepped into the maze....

(HARDCORE FAIL!!)
Shehk couldn't help but frown at the imp who was attempting to assault her, having scaled up the side of the maze to frown disapprovingly down at it. SHE hadn't been given permission to transform into her natural body, nor did she have any way to eat the ******** without getting in trouble.....
so she'd just navigate her way out from up there to keep her from killing the thing.
Because sadly, she couldn't go on any further from there since she hadn't even managed to not be tempted to eat the first injured thing she'd come across.

It had been more than three days since Barth had managed to drag himself back to this class. What was the point? Who was even enforcing it?
And more bafflingly, how did he pass this stupid class so he could cross it off his roster.
Standing before the maze again, he remembered all the walking and hassle. He looked around. No sign of a professor, just the stupid hedge. Oh well, he'd come to class, right? That counted for something.
Barth took a long, relaxing nap outside the entrance and didn't bother about the maze portion. Really, he could probably get used to this kind of coursework.

Lilwolfpard Roll 1- If you roll a 11-100, you pass and can go on to round two. (RP meeting the below obstacle) Upon entering the maze you meet a tiny little imp, seemingly injured and whining at you for help. The imp is green in color and maybe only 2 feet tall. It is thin and looks as if they have a splinter in their foot. (If you roll a 11-100 you can do whatever you like, help or not, and you still pass. If you roll a 1-10... well helping it or not it will turn on you and chase you out of the maze.)
Lucien was a late for class, and in rather quite a hurry when he made it to Creature Feature. Of course, there was no sign of the teacher and the maze was once again tempting the air elemental spirit. There was no question, there was no choice... Lucien entered the maze once again. It seemed he didn't remember how he ran away from a great beast last time he dared to enter.

Lilwolfpard Roll 2- If you roll a 26-100, you pass and can go on to round three. (RP meeting the below obstacle) Awwh you made it past the little imp with no troubles! You should feel high on life (even if your hearing weird noises all around you that sound like things that want to eat you.) Walking further along something blocks your pathway. It is large and...reminds you oddly of some huge stoney bolder. Only this one moves. It tells you that in order to get past you need to tell it a story or a riddle.. and if it approves it will let you pass. ( if you roll a 26-100 it will like your story and let you pass. If you roll a 1-25 though... well it will not like your story and your stuck in the first part of the maze, only to be chased out by something else. )
Nor did he remember that there was an imp that liked to play in the middle of the path and he floated right over the thing as it whined and cried for his help. The imp seemed to hold no ill will to Lucien for this thought and allowed him to pass by and onto a dead end... sort of. There was a boulder in Lucien's way and it was asking him to tell it a story? Why did this seem to familiar? Lucien shook his head and thought.
"What is always slow to come, but never actually happens?"
Not saying a word, the boulder moved and allowed Lucien to pass.

Lilwolfpard Roll 3- If you roll a 51-100, you pass and can go on to round four. (RP meeting the below obstacle) You hear a deep rumbling growl of something near you. It sounds as if the noise is in the pathway next to you... but after pausing and holding your breath, you can somehow tell the creature has sensed you and is looking for a way to get over to you. A flash of white and red through the foliage of the maze tells you its something large... and mean. ( If you roll a 51-100, you pass the creature after hauling some tush away. If you roll a 1-50... The creature gets around the maze somehow and chases you out. )
Lucien stopped suddenly in his tracks as he heard a noise. A rather bizarre noise. He decided it was in his better interest to hold still, and hope whatever it was went away. But the breathing didn't stop, but it seemed to be moving around him. Lucien didn't quite understand why until a beast appeared around the corner and ran towards him. He nearly didn't put the pieces together as he turned heel and was chased out of the maze.

Once again, by the time he had approached the spot where the imp had appeared on West's first foray into the maze, the green creature was nowhere to be found.

Alcyone was back and even more determined to prove her worth. This maze was not going to defeat her! She really wanted to get through this and see what was at the end and she wasn't the type to just give up anyway. Once more, Alcie stepped into the mysterious maze and began to make her way through the tall hedges. It seemed strange though... the first time, she managed to get past the large boulder and then the second time, she couldn't get past it. There really didn't seem to be a strategy in doing this maze so she just needed to be quick to adapt.

Again, the water demon saw the small imp limping in front of her and he seemed to have another splinter in his foot. Leaning over, Alcie helped him pull out the small splinter without incident. He seemed pretty grateful this time so she smiled at the imp as it ran away. Now, onto the next task. She had been trying to think of a possible story she could tell the boulder. If it didn't like her story, she was going to be very upset.
