Nagisa followed at a lazy pace, staying just behind Sora the whole time. "You getting cold feet there Sora?" She asked kindly. Nagisa looked up at the mountain. It hadn't changed a bit. She could tell DN was cowering in her little cell. She seemed stronger, but like she didn't want to go anywhere near the mountain. What could she be so scared of? She was the mountain's defense...right?
((I would guess that the guy controlling the mountain and Dark sides wouldn't be too happy to see a doppelganger that got defeated.))

Ides Muramasa  NPC | Spirit of the Southern Mountain | Father of DeathThe mountain began to shake as dark energy gather at an alarming rate. It seemed like the mountain was a volcano about to erupt with dark chakra. Black clouds formed at the tip of the mountain as they began to slowly eat away at the rest of the sky in Kumo. A massive chakra entity was forming and making it's presence known. The dark chakra element began to form in front of Sora, starting to take a humanoid form. The high level of energy spewing from this thing was unlike anything any of these ninja had ever seen or felt before. The feeling of death lingered in the air as the dark chakra began to solidify into the form of a large man. Looking down at Sora with a cold stare, the mountain spirit smirked. "So you are the girl who has been running around trying to find out information about me and Ukiyo Sumizome? What brings you here woman."

Sora ๑ HikariBlue Bird XXXX ๑ XXXX Run Around Forgive and Forget but don't Repeat ❂Sora was frozen in place with fear as the dark chakra formed. Her eyes grew wider as her face grew paler as the girl struggled to both run away and stay in place. She truly wanted to run away, it wasn't just the Rokubi this time (actually, it never was), but at the same time, she wanted to stay and find out what she could.

It was only after the shapeless mass of chakra had taken a definite form and spoken that Sora finally relearned how to move. The first thing she did: dash behind Nagisa to hide, almost tripping in the process as she used the speed that being a Rokubi host gave her. Only after she'd found something familiar to grip onto, which happened to be Nagisa's shirt sleeve, did the girl peep over and process both what the strange chakra being had said and what she had done.

Surprisingly enough, the first thought had was the embarrassing maneuver she had just pulled off. the girl thought wordlessly to herself as her fearful eyes remained glued to the stranger. However, not even her embarrassment was enough to get her hands from letting go of their death grip on Nagisa's clothes, even though Sora did try for a moment or two. Finally, after giving up on trying to regain some sense of dignity, the girl focused on what was said by the dark figure.

She took a deep breath and immediately placed a mask of serious confidence on her face, which was pretty much futile considering that Sora was still behind Nagisa like a little kid hiding behind her mother's skirt. "What brings me here is my business and none of your's. Are you I-Ides?" the girl replied as best and as shortly as she could. Except for the one stutter at the beginning of the name, the statement's tone matched her act and even that much wasn't easy to pull off, which was why she hadn't wanted to say a long explanation. Anything longer would have definitely caused her to lose her act. Nagisa watched as the mountain performed it's theatrics. They were somewhat less surprising than the first time she came to the mountain, though it was certainly more grand. The being that materialized vefore them was not a dark version of either of the girls however. That did surprise Nagisa. She could hear DN's whimpering in her ear, but ignored it. DN was scared of this guy? Nagisa let Sora do the talking, since it was her mission. And merely ended it with a plain "What she said" He seemed rather familiar. Thoughm not in any way Nagisa could place her finger on.

Ides Muramasa NPC | Spirit of the Southern Mountain | Father of DeathIdes looked directly into Nagisa's eyes with a sharp dreadful look. He began walking closer and closer to her as he placed his hand in front of her face, and began walking backwards. DN could be seen, getting ripped out of Nagisa, starting with her hair which was held firmly in Ides hair. After a couple of paces, DN was on the floor screaming in agony with the look of complete fear on her face. Ides, still holding her by the hair lifted her, as his hand began to glow as bright purple and DN began to dematerialize. "My name is Ides, child. If you are asking me this then you must be the girl that Ukiyo had told me about. Sora, I will allow you entry onto the mountain. Though Nagisa, you will not be able to pass."

The girl wanted to climb the mountain, but she also didn't want to do it alone. Finally, she decided and stepped out from behind the jounin. "I-I," the girl started then stopped for a moment when she noticed that she was stuttering. She began again, her voice calm and a smile on her face as she turned to look at her friend, "I think I'll be fine from here on out. Thank you for guiding me all the way to the mountain." Sora then walked on towards and past Ides, half her thoughts on hiking normally and confidently up the mountain and the other half working on fighting against both her own and the Rokubi's fears. the girl thought as she always did, ☪Chakra Points= 34/39 Kunai: 20/20 Makibishi= 15/15 Shuriken= 31/31 Senbon= 40/40 Exploding Smoke Grenade= 7/7 Light Bombs= 7/7 Exploding Tag: 10/10 Steel Wire: 10 meters/10 meters

Misaki rolled to lay on her side, the feel of the cold wooden floor pressed against her cheek slowly bringing her back to consiousness. She blinked slowly, taking her time adjusting back to reality, as she reached above her head for her stuffed rabbit. "Teddy. I feel weird" she whispered as she pulled the rabbit closer to herself. "It's like when I feel other animals are somewhere near, but alot different in some ways." She slowly shifted to lay on her other side, facing her katar, Yin and Yang. "Do you think this is what dad was telling me about before? How I'm connected to this mountain and everything in it?" A slow, innocent smile spread across her face as she sat up to star down at her katar. "Teddy. I think we have guests coming here."

Nagisa wasn't quite sureabout letting her go up on her own... This mountain was Ukiyo's there was no doubt about that. She turned to Ides as Sora made her way up the mountain. "I'm sorry, but I would much rather join her. May I ask what would happen if i tried?"

Ides Muramasa NPC | Spirit of the Southern Mountain | Father of DeathIdes raised his eyebrow at Nagisa's question as the dark sides of everyone in the village slowly began to appear around him and in front of the village. "You can pass if you like. But you would have to make it through them." Within that group the most blood thristy one itching for a rematch and a piece of Nagisa was then newly formed DN as she looked at her counterpart with hatred.

Normally, such a hike would be easy for her, but the emotional toll that the southern mountain was taking on Sora made the girl feel weaker sooner. Finally, just as she caught a glimpse of the top, the girl decided to take a short break and take the chance to read the letter she had taken from the bar. The girl looked at the outside of the envelope for any clues but found none. The contents still a mystery to her, Sora carefully opened the letter at arms-length, just in case it happened to be dangerous.

Dear Daddy,
I know that I had gotten the chance to see you last weekend but I just couldn't wait any longer. I miss all of the stories that you tell and it gets lonely being here without anyone to talk to. I know it's for my own safety but still, what is a young girl to do? Speaking of your stories, my favorite one is the one you told me about how you met Mother. It sounds so romantic that you saved her, using the power of the anigan. I know that things are different now and you two aren't together, but I hope one day you two will settle your differences so that we can be a family. Then we can live in a big house and I can bring all of the pets you've given me! Daddy, even though a lot of people think that you are evil because of the things you do, I understand why you do them and I don't think you are. I have been teaching myself how to read and write better so that I could understand the wording in all of your books. Mistahism seems interesting, but its practitioners seem to live a hard life. Is that why you keep me sheltered here daddy?
You told me when I felt like I was ready I could go down to the village, but I'm not sure whether I'm ready or not. I'm actually kind of scared. What if I see mother? What if she doesn't want me? I know you said you given her amnesia but is it that easy for a mother to forget her own daughter and for so long? I think I might stay here where it's safe and secluded, even though I know that I will eventually have to go down.
Well that's enough for now I guess. I hope things go well with you, Sarukin and that other girl that you mentioned. Let's see...what was her name? Oh yeah, Aoi. I'm going to miss you.

Sora nearly dropped the letter upon reading the second word. the girl thought as she reeled backwards a bit. A moment later, the girl remembered reading about a daughter in Ukiyo's diary. For a second, she calmed down and was about to read again before realizing, . Sora did a quick scan of her memory, trying to dig up any rumors she might have heard about the sannin and a daughter. Of course, there were many, he was a well known womanizer but… never one that sounded like his real daughter, never one that mentioned him and the raikage.

The first series of surprises finished, Sora took a deep breath, promised herself that she wouldn't be shocked until after the letter, and then got shocked again. Apparently, not only did the daughter write letters to her father without anyone knowing, but she also saw him in person every week or so. Sora thought as she finally gave up her balance and laid down on the ground. Figuring that she'd probably topple over from surprise once more, she didn't bother to pick herself up and quickly read through the letter.

Thanks to a nifty trick (it was just holding her breath, really) Sora managed to finish the letter without any more pauses for over-exaggerated surprise. Actually, now that she finished the letter, a lot of her questions at the beginning had been solved. It made sense now. The daughter was hidden, and well, so few people knew about her. Actually, considering that Ukiyo was a sannin, Sora wouldn't be surprised if she was hidden so well that no one but Ukiyo knew about her. Sora thought as she picked herself up and stored the letter safely in her pocket, Several other thoughts crossed Sora's mind as she continued the last leg of her hike. Before long, she stood in front of a large building on the mountain's summit.

"Hello?" the girl called as she walked up to the door and tried to open it, "Anyone home?". Honestly, she doubted that anyone lived on a mountain as scary as this, which was why she didn't knock, but it wasn't like being sneaky would help, either. A s she twirled around in circles, Teddy dangling from her hands, Misaki thought of the feeling from the mountain. Maybe some curious person wants to see what's on top. Daddy did tell me that people used to visit the house I'm in now, for whatever reason. She giggled as she stopped to toss Teddy up in the air. Maybe... I think I can have some fun! A rattle at the door followed by a soft "Hello?" startled Misaki and caused her to grab her katar in one hand and tuck Teddy under her other arm and run to the wall near the door. "Anyone home?" She knew the voice was very female, but unrecognizable to her, meaning a stranger had come by. "Be careful where you step, stranger" Misaki said softly, but loud enough for her to hear. "This is the home of the true believer and soldier of Mistahism. Here, his power resides."

The genin didn't know. Not like she could think about it at the moment, either way, she was too shocked. Quickly, though, Sora recovered with a shake of her head and chose a personality. She didn't trust whoever was in the building, especially after her declaration. Not like the girl had anything against Mistahism, it was just that threats usually didn't come from people one trusted. "Really?" Sora bantered loudly and confidently, "So should I levitate then?".
