The solo cloud
Renire felt a surging pain through his body. As he looked down he saw Tatsu's leg had made impact with his side. He felt the right side of his body numbing up. He hopped away against the wall. "Is that all you got weakling!?" Renire stood up wincing he could barely stand but his pride would not let him fall. He gripped his sword as it was engulfed in cloud flames. Renire was ready to finish the fight and he was not planning on losing.

"Impressive!" Tatsu tore his blindfold off his face. His eyes were calm. "So... let's finish this!" Tatsu's blade ignited with Rain Flames. He knew he had to finish this fast because his Rain Flames on his wound wore off and he started bleeding again. Tatsu dashed forward and jumped into the air. He spun around and brought his sword down with all his might. "Fifth Dance: Sonata of the Waterfall."

Renire stood his ground. He gripped his sword tightly as he poured his remaining cloud flames into his sword. He observed as Tatsu spun and then swung down at him. Renire put blade of his sword on the ground and then swung up to counter Tatsu's attack. Renire was covered by the light that the sparks created. And with the light his as would seem almost pure white. "Lets finish this!!!" He said attacking with the rest of his strength.

There was a bright flash as the two blades met. Both of the combatants fell back from the impact. Tatsu smashed into a wall and coughed up blood. "Guh!!!" He fell down to the ground with a dull thud. His blade flew up into the air and landed in front of Tatsu sinking into the floor. "... Damn... it...." He got up and leaned against the wall gripping his sword arm. It was hurting. Just jarred. Tatsu pulled out his sword from the ground and pointed the blade at Renire.

A blinding light covered the battle field. As the two were sent flying Renire smiled as his still out Cloud wolves leaped and saved him from the crash against the wall. The put him on ground, Renire's arm was broken and all he could think about was the pain. He stood up and saw Tatsu still pointing his sword at him. "I guess we're both just plain stubborn." Renire sighed, with his unbroken arm his pulled his box out and crush returned to his. He also sheathed his sword. He wince his right eye since that was the arm which was broken, his right one. " Tatsu lets heal up for the tournament this match is a draw." Renire walked over to a resting area. He didn't know how long it had been since they started fighting. Renire wrapped his arm up and put it on a sling he put ointment on all his wounds and sore spots. He laid down on a bed after taking a few pain killers. "Tatsuya that was a great figh...." Renire dozed off into sleep.

Tatsu chuckled. He laughed out loud. "Heh..." Bianca returned to her box and Tatsu stretched his tired body. He cleaned his sword untill it shined a clean silver. He found his sheath. It was cut not all the way but still cut. He super glued the sheath and they put his katana in it after it dried. He leaned it against the wall and breathed in calmly.
Tatsu took a nice, long, hot shower and put on a fresh pair of clothes. He rubbed some of the ointment that was in the first aid kit and bandaged the wound that was on his chest. From here on out, he and Renire were going to train. He set his box weapons on a stand by his bed took his blindfold and washed it.
"Renire... I wonder if you can do it?" He looked at the sleeping figure and grinned. Tatsu set his glasses and his blindfold on the table and laid on the bed. Silence... sleep...

"Tatsuya wake up man my arm is fully healed now, time for you to help me with my sword training" Renire went into the bathroom and took a shower. When he came out he brushed his teeth and put some pants on. He ran to the kitchen and made himself a protein shake. Along with that he made his self cheese toast and gulped it down. He went back to his room and put a no sleeve tight shirt on and some sandals. He grabbed his sword and put it on his waist and went out to the center of the chamber waiting for Tatsu to come out.

Rain | Takashi  Tatsu yawned as he stretched. "I heard ya." He wore his usual white shirt and a comfortable pair of pants that was flexible. He also wore a pair of sandals. His hair was cut shorter than it was and he had grown a little bit taller.
In the past three months, he had been teaching Renire about sword techniques and styles as his arm healed. Tatsu grinned as he saw Renire out in the main chamber waiting for him. Tatsu pressed a button on the walls an at least 50 dummies popped up out of the ground. "Alright let's warm you up. "Piece of cake man!!!" Renire cracked his knuckles and rotated his right arm in a circle to stretch the muscle in it. Renire gripped his sword and slowly drew it. It seemed as if time was moving in slow motion as he moved. Renire completely drew his sword and leaped towards the dummies. In an instant Renire appeared on the other side of the dummies. I looked as if he did nothing. Renire put up his arm and held up three finger. He dropped them one by one. When the last one fell the dummies shattered "Easy." It looked as if Renire had done nothing but in that instant Renire vanished. He leaped around the field of dummies cut them down in groups then he appeared. It was shown in plain sight how strong Renire had become thanks to Tatsu. Though Renire would never thank Tatsu for anything. "Whats next coach?" He said awaiting for a response, " O, or do you want me to do my new move again?" Renire asked excitedly.

Rain | Takashi "Impressive!" Tatsu drew his double bladed katana. "I see you're improving. But... What I'm going to teach you know is something that will be difficult. For the next three months. You'll have to be blind. Without sight. It's something that will improve all your other senses. It's really going to be difficult. But I think you can do it." Tatsu produced a silver blindfold. "If you don't want to... you don't have to. Also I'll be teaching you three different types of martial arts."

"Alright it's just another challenge I will have to overcome" Renire took the blindfold from Tatsu's hand. He closed his eyes and then covered them with the blind fold. Everything was dark , it made him feel uneasy. "This feels weird." He said but when he placed his hand on his sword, he felt reassured because he knew his blade would guide him. "Whats next?" he asked eager to continue his training. He gripped his hand on his sword but then loosened it remembering a wielder who's hand is uneasy shall be cut by his blade.

Rain | Takashi "First of all." Tatsu walked towards Renire. "You need to get used to sounds." Tatsu took his sword and sheathed it on Renire's right side. "Where did that sound come from? What was the sound?" Tasu went on Renire's left side and drew his sword. "It's vital, for you to know where sounds are coming from. If the room is spacious the more dangerous blindfolded combat is. Since it seems that the sounds is everywhere instead of a pinpointed focus." Tatsu sheathed his katana again and then jumped behind Renire landing with a soft thump. "Second, you need to be able to feel the vibrations of the earth. The movements of the wind." Tatsu closed his eyes. "The most important thing is... to appreciate what you have. Your eyesight, your hearing, all of you senses. That is the key of this whole thing."

Renire slowly came to embrace his new restriction as a gift a curse. Immediately he could hear things a little better and he the drifting smells of the kitchen. "Maybe we should clean that place." He said with no facial change. He drew his blade and sliced it around a few times. The blade still moved fluently he did not have to see to use his blade as it was already an extension of himself. "So are we going to train my sight, smell, hearing, and touch now???" Renire was eager to learn to go on as if this was his normal life. He remembered when Tatsu fought him blindfolded, he gave Renire a little trouble.

Rain | Takashi "Yeah, that's what we're going to do... As you know your blade is like a part of you, an extension. You need to know exactly how long it is, how sharp it is, how much it weighs." Tatsu put on his blindfold. He expertly spund his blade around and tapped Renire's blade lightly with it. "Do you think you can spin around while moving, not hitting anything while dropping your blade to your other hand? What's the distance? In battle, how do you find out the terrain? Luckily for us we still have our vision, unlike my master who is blind and can take on a whole family by himself."
Tatsu took his sheath. "Like you know in battle you have to be able to use anything at hand, whether it be your weapon or the sheath of your weapon, your shoes, anything. Also your companion, your box weapon, are your eyes. Let them be the one who guides you through battle." Tatsu's ring ignited and he pressed his box weapon into the slot. Bianca appeared and whuffed softly at Tatsu.
Tatsu grinned at Renire. "Also, don't be afraid to ask for help. Set your pride aside, be humble, this will clear your soul and let you grasp the true meaning behind everything." He spun his katana around and sheathed it once more.
