In The Kitchen Hobo Scruffy SoThatAznGirl And I didn't list it, but Barbossa is the standard serial killer, so his role may only be town lynched.
Actually, in every game, instead of one, the serial killer has been immune to mafia kills. It's become a standard thing to assume.

l-Kathulu-l Well hell, I've got myself into one hole that isn't worth digging out of. I am Barbossa. If you let me live then I will kill who you want and not kill any townies. LPS, retract your vote for me and so will I then. Unless you want me dead. There are two mafia factions. How do we know you won't go to one of them?

In the face of yesterday’s tragedies, the band of pirates decided to seek out Tia Dalma to discover the enemies among them. As a select party canoed up the forested river, they anxiously discerned eyes staring at them from every direction, eerily lit by candles floating alongside the boat and flickering in the hands of the island people. When they finally reached her shack, they were alarmed to find it crumbling into ashes. On the steps leading up lay a warrant still burning slowly. It read, “By Order of the East India Trading Mafia, we hereby seize In The Kitchen for conspiracy with pirates and thus treason to the Crown.” Miles away, a heart locked away in a chest thumped erratically, knowing its demise to be quite near....
Racing back to the main ship, the pirates argued over who turned Tia Dalma in. With mob mentality, the crew turned on Totagomi as the traitor. “Nay, it be not me!” he yelled for naught as the crowd rushed to tie him up and throw him overboard. And of course it was bad luck that they did not listen to him, for as he drowned, Gibb’s empty flask rose to the surface.
Disheartened by the double loss, the crestfallen pirates took a moment to rethink all of their actions. They did not see Bari-chan cast a rope off the other side of the deck and slid down to a waiting boat. As he prepared to untie the ropes, the last thing he ever heard was, “So it seems you shall never remember this as the day you were caught by Captain Jack Sparrow.” The entire crew was drawn to the scene by a gun shot, where they saw Jack climbing back up the rope, leaving Commodore Norrington to drift away quietly.
