what? she asked wanting to run and hug him, but she didn't want to force him to do something he didn't want. as tear started to roll down her face.

a couple of phoenix's came out of nowere burning the house as one drags suzaku out and they start to fly back to the temple of the phoenix's.

 Night walks in feeling depressed still holding Suzaku and sees that the house had burnt down so he walks over and lays in the grass under some tree with her laying next to him he holds her like if he let go he would lose her.

suzaku clunged to him in her sleep also not wanting to let him go.

He doesn't fall asleep worried about what may be waiting to steal her away again instead he watches her sleep gently rubbing her back.
