I'd wait for sizzla to roll, but that roll will suffice for a spot and I kinda wanna get things moving. Your eye is caught by the glisteny sheen off of wet scales in the moonlight. As you squint in to the night ocean, your eyes are met by several pairs of gold fish eyes. A head breaks water. Its a sahaugin, normally an attack like this would likely be seen during the day, but the night time makes it virtually impossible to detect. You can't tell how many their are, but you know if they're coming to the ship, they prolly boast a fair number. They come.

The captain peers over the edge. "Gods' sake. Mr. Worth keep her steady, Gwei, drop the drag hooks. The rest of you, ready your position, we got a shark scuffle coming our way and Ill be damned if I Let a couple of these ruin the voyage." As the crew swings into action, readying weapons and securing sails, and the like, the captain pulls a small metal contraption from his pocket. He holds it up to his mouth and blows into it, whispering some sort of incantation clumsily. Black liquid begins to eep from it, its flow increasing even now as the captain lets go of it over the deck. As the thing drops into the water, the first porous coral grapple hooks find their way onto the railing of the ship's deck.

Nalani looks out at the creature that's heading toward the ship, automatically registering it as a Sahaugin, her favored enemy. She'd hated the creatures since coming to the island, and she'd always had a great fear of them. But now was not the time to be afraid...Now would be the time to act.
"Oh great! We've barely even been on the ship long enough to get settled, and now this?" With that, Nalani pulls out her swords, gripping each tightly, and then ducks for cover behind some crates on the deck of the ship.*rolls for hide* Hide +7 EDIT: Oh yeah, a big fat 1...It's going to be a quick death... crying

As the captain's contraption leaks inky blackness into the ocean, he grins. "Now we'll have a chance." He turns to the crew and to the passengers(thats you guys), "You know the rules men, as for you three, keep out of the water, not only are the sahaugin down there, but so is the icor.
Before jumping over the railing of the ship and landing on the surface of the ocean, Salastri hands Nalani a drop shaped bottle of very clear blue liquid. "take this, that boar you encountered earlier has taken a lot out of you."
Some Crew members begin to cut and remove some of the hooks from the rails.

Nalani downs the liquid in the vial, feeling instantly refreshed. It was a feeling she hadn't had for awhile. "Thanks Salastri. I feel better already," she said with a grin. "What can I do to help? I hate these bastards! They're always causing trouble!"

The liquid tastes like common salt water on Nalani's lips, but the restorative properties are amazing. Nalani's wounds heal fully.
